Frustration!
Apr 14, 2018 By Gromm-OI definitely enjoy this game but am frustrated by the fact that I cannot communicate with “contact us”! Every time I try to get an answer to a question or help in solving a problem I receive a “postmaster notice”....that I cannot read...it is in Chinese! Is there ANYTHING ANYONE out there can do to correct the situation? Perhaps contact the developer/provider? I would have given the game a 5 star rating but for this extreme annoyance. I do not recommend this game if you often find yourself in need of assistance. more -

Was better prior to name change

Cannot send friend requests or gifts, can not log into with Facebook. It give me error of needing iOS 5.0 and I have the most recent iOS. I see others have this issue as well. I sent a request for support and received email all in Chinese or other Asian letters back-so needles to say I cannot read it. Game needs update and fixed. more -
RIP OFF, No Customer Service Email

I have holiday themed items (presents) taking up inventory space in the barn as the tool (santa sleigh) to harvest them is no longer available and I don't want to use gems to cash them out.
