The Insperity Retirement App is a read-only app that lets you view your 401(k) account and current plan information any time from your iPhone®, iPad® or iPod touch®. For online transactions, visit the Retirement Service Center.

Your account’s security is important to us. That’s why we ask that you do two things before using the Insperity Retirement App:
1.Make sure that you have created a unique user ID and password for the Insperity Retirement Service CenterSM before you log in using your mobile device. You can do this by logging in to the Retirement Service Center and changing your user ID and password under the Security tab of the My Information page.
2.The first time you log in using your mobile device, you will be asked to register your device through the Retirement Service Center. Once you have registered your device, you can begin using the app to check your 401(k) account at any time.
If you have trouble logging in, contact the Insperity 401(k) Contact Center at 888-401-5273 or click Insperity Retirement Support (link provided) to access the mobile app user`s guide.
There is no charge from Insperity Retirement Services to download the Insperity Retirement App. However, rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

It doesn't even let you acknowledge account alerts, which cause that annoying red bubble to show up on the app icon. Even to dismiss that, you have to go to the actual website to acknowledge the alerts (select "see more" in the Alerts box)... You're better off accessing the actual website through your phone's browser. more -

Poor User Experience
Jan 26, 2013 By RJ7bbAfter I finally followed all the hassle steps of creating a username & password on Insperity ESC and approving the device, I got in, but the navigation in the app is poorly designed (if standard iOS cocoa touch widgets were used it would have been better than the clunky navigation bar at the top), the messages/notifications badge on the app icon never go away even after you read all stories so the number 11 is stuck there indefinitely, and the app provides little value. You can't use it to review fund info, fund performance or make any changes to your 401K allocations. It's a read-only app, and it provides poor user experience even with that limited functionality. more -

What’s Groovy
App does what it states. Love that I can view my account daily while on the go and not have to be in front of my computer just to check my balance!

What’s Subpar
The title says it all...I noticed someone found the same thing I did a year earlier. Can’t login! To the Insperity Dev: pull those from the App Store until you get your act together.
