Beware!!! Do not play blackjack
more lessOk. I repeat. Do not play blackjack on here. I’m a regular at my local casino. Playing blackjack at least once a week. I have had some really bad times and the cards just wouldn’t fall. That is nothing like what I’ve experienced on this app. I don’t mind spending some money on this app to have more chips but they might as well charge your card and send you a screenshot of their middle finger. If cards were to come out at a real casino like they do on this app. I better be at a magic show. I bought more just to see if they would change. I cannot believe the crap this app gives you. I enjoy the layout and the side bets they have but they will take every chip you have in seconds. I would say you have more of a chance getting a dead seahorse pregnant while it’s filled with birth control and you are sterile. I can’t describe the cards they pulled. Over and over and over. Non stop. Do not waste your money on this app!!! Beware. Not fun at all!

Lose status and coins and all history on initial update
more lessUPDATE: After a couple hours (and a complaint to support staff) I went back into the app and my status was reinstated and missing coins were now available. ORIGINAL: Today there was a software update pushed out. I was at status 26, had 200k points, and had purchased a point package that gives 1m a day for 7 days. ALL gone after the update. And player level is set back to ‘1’. Their support info says to retain history you must connect the app to facebook, which everyone knows is a BAD idea these days. And fact is many people don’t have facebook ID’s anymore if they ever did. If you buy coins do NOT buy the multi-day payout package. If you buy coins, use them up in a day, else you will lose them after the next software update. I have several slot apps and this is the only one that requires FB to retain your history and status. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP.

more lessI really enjoy playing the game, I would enjoy it even more if I could play longer. I’ve never been able to buy more coins, the app just freezes and hangs there, so once I’m out of coins I have to wait until I receive bonus coins to play again. If it weren’t for that issue, I’d rate the app higher and be able to enjoy playing much more. So I downloaded the app onto two separate devices. On one, I linked my Club M card but I didn’t on the other. I’m always going broke on the app that has my card linked to it, and still haven’t been able to buy more coins, but on the app not linked to the card I have managed to keep between $3-$5 million dollars on it and have not gone broke. I’ve noticed this same phenomenon when using the card in the slot machines at the casino so I rarely use my Club M card.

Easter Deals
more lessI purchased one of the Easter deals, which is not a bad bargain. Except for the fact that the app messed up during the transaction, I was charged an additional charge, and I’ve not had any luck in getting a response regarding a refund. Also, I’ve been wondering if there is some type of reward for buying drinks? People seem to get quite angry if you don’t realize that they’ve whipped a drink your way and you don’t thank them. It’s kind of annoying when I bet $27,000 and I have a game that says “big win” when all I’ve won is $600. Some games say big win every time you win any amount and receiving $90 when you’ve bet $52,000 is hardly a “big win”.

more lessThis is by far the worst app made in comparison to other real casino apps. Your competitor apps are better and run specials to earn points faster and level up and the games they have mimic the ones in the casino and the games on their apps actually win. Think about it, if they are winning on the app they will want to win in your casino on the game. We frequent Mystic plenty and this app is extremely disappointing and is hindering future presence. Poor planning and branding on Mystics part.

more lessLove this app! Why do you ask. Because it reminds me why I shouldn’t go to mystic lake. All you do is lose. Just like the casino. This app is a great tool to avoid mystic. Keep it up please. Responding to the dev feedback. I honestly don’t want u to change the odds. Like I said, this app has kept me out of the casino for over a month now due to the reminder that I can never win. It’s saved me at least $2k so far.

Past few weeks payouts are so bad
more lessI’m not sure when the update to this app was but I noticed the betting denomination change, payouts radically reduced and bonus rounds either take alot more “bets” to trigger and the payouts have gone down significantly. So disappointing as it was fun to play but now I run out of money so quickly. I understand the actual casino wanting to make alot off gamblers but this shouldn’t be the same payout structure.

more lessFirst off, a lot of these games are rigged, we all know they are. This casino app is no different. For example, in blackjack the lower your bet is, the more you win. When you start betting big, the games get harder to win. Same thing with the slots and every other game in this casino app. Its cheesed
