Great gam, when everything is functional... Mar 30, 2020

I have been playing this game for at least 2-5 years and no complaints. Now, 2020, there is nothing but problems with the 6 hour timer on the requests that has been going like 18 hours and now it only works if you say something in the comments. I have and a few times it either went to ready to use or at least started to count down the time. Now, today I go to play my three challenge bingo’s and guess what????????? Not only is my team only 6 of the 30 members we “had” but now I’m not one of those six so I can’t even play today. Our team is in 4th place which around 30,000 points. But teams 1,2, & 3 are between 120,000 to 150,000 points so with 3 of 6 players showing we will never reach any of these first three teams. We have always been in the Top 5 winners. What in the world is happening in and with this game? Very upsetting and aggravating with this mess. Can you please fix the game and just let us play without SOOOOOOOOOOO many issues Please??? One other thought; there has got to be a way to purchase or earn more food items so you can complete the customers without it taking months to fill just one customer’s order!!! Thanks more

This game is ok and several things stop me from calling it anything better than that. 1) the in game cost per card is pretty high compared to the number of bingos I get per round (2 if I’m lucky-more often none or 1) so you run out of “money” pretty quickly. I stopped playing for a month and just logged in to collect my daily money so I could build up enough to play for awhile. 2) some of the caller voices are irritating/difficult to understand based on the way they say the numbers. Yes, I’m talking about you, creepy little girl voice caller. If People can’t tell the difference between the way you say 17 and 70 there is an issue. 3) for some reason I keep getting a “lost network connection” notification several times in each round. Yes, the system eventually catches up and auto daubs missed numbers but it doesn’t build up your power up meter and it throws off your odds of getting a bingo before they’re all gone. It’s really frustrating. I think I’m going to play off the ticket money that I currently have and then delete the game. There’s a lot of bingo apps out there to try and this one hasn’t won me over. more

I like that I have a variety of choices in games to play, only thing I do not like is the amount of chips. I play several bingo games, and in those games, the amount Dailey reward of chips I get, go higher as I complete levels. I am on level 106, my Dailey reward of chips has never, ever gone higher. Level one I got 680 or 730 if I watch a video. When I complete a level, I am rewarded chips, but barely enough to play 2 cards. Basically, I am not really rewarded chips, at least not as many as I believe I deserve. All my other bingo games show there appreciation and reward my moving up. I refuse to make any in app purchases. My other games I do purchase chips regularly, and I do it cuz if they reward me for playing. This game does nothing. I think being on level 106 shows my loyality, the least they can do is is quit being so cheap and show me they appreciate the game play. They don’t scratch my back so I refuse to scratch there back by spending my $. more

The game is very fun but when you win different items like milk, you never see it in your stash to use. Sometimes you see items in your stash and it disappears. So I’m working on winning these items and never get the chance to use them. It seems that I am giving other players food but I never see any come my way. I don’t know if it’s the game or people but I would think if they are getting shells for it they would be giving me food. I like the different phases of the game. The created use to have a feature that I like that if for instance if you phone rang while you were playing and interrupted the game it would give you credit for that game. They should go back to giving you credit when a game is interrupted. It seem that some phase of the game that use to work to give you money and different items stopped working at one point. Please fix the whole game because the whole game working as it should is fun!!!!!! more

I’ve been playing this game daily for about a year. For the past few days it has been stuck on the opening screen attempting to connect with server and says “test” in the upper left hand corner. I’m assuming they are having some technical difficulties, but some communication about that would be nice. Trying to report anything to them is impossible because the link given on here for the developer goes to a deleted Facebook page. I also agree with a lot of the comments I’ve read that it would be nice if it gave you a little bit of time after the final bingo is called to at least daub your last numbers for xp if nothing else (I’m a perfectionist so it drives me crazy when I can’t at least daub the last number called.) It is a frustrating game if you can’t buy some packages because the card cost is so high compared to what you are given daily for free. more

Tried emailing and it hasn’t worked. I was supposed to have 3 lives to help in the battle with my club. Normally it works out great and I get the life back. This time I was told multiple times to reconnect on one and had to do it multiple times. The first 2 times were fine. The third time I couldn’t even play the game because it kept asking me to reconnect. So I closed the game. Usually I get the life back. This time I didn’t. I had to use another life. I had to reconnect about 2 times and it was fine since I could finish the game. The 3rd life just went away. I wouldn’t care if I didn’t get any bingos, but would have liked the chance. Again, emailing support wasn’t working, so I hope this will, especially for my team. I also can’t play the computation games, or whatever it’s called and can’t even get in now. Can someone please let me know what’s going on. Thank you. more

Love this game a lot..but.....i am on a team right now that only have five out of thirty players playing and on top of that the team captain that started this particular team is no longer playing and hasn't for at least two months. Most join a team then leave the game entirely and are still filling a spot that they are not using...there is NO way to quit a team in order to find another team that has players playing...i have written to support about this issue and have gotten no response.....How do we quit a team??.? AND then hopefully find another that has lots of full time players??. It is a five-star game but only a one star for team compatibility more

I’ve been shorted clams so many times on collection day after battle that I’ve lost count. Most of the time when it says I’ve won 100 clams, they don’t get added to my total amount. Sometimes it happens when I’m awarded less than that too. I’ve emailed Bingo Journey but never got a response. It’s a fun bingo game, better than others, but this really stinks. I’m writing this approximately 2 or 3 weeks after my first review, and I just got screwed again...clams awarded on collection day not being added to my account, I’m starting to wonder if the ingredients awarded are also being withheld. Weeks later and the clams awarded on collection day are still not being added to my total. It’s happening often now, about half the time or more... more

I used to really enjoy this game. But I used to be able to win on a regular basis and build up my score over 10,000, as well as build up free power ups. That was when we had the same goals every day. I rarely ever had to spend money to buy extra bingo bucks. Then you changed the game. Not only are daily goals much more difficult to achieve, and sometimes impossible without spending extra money to play the game, but I rarely get bingos anymore! I have to save up my bingo bucks, and because it takes so much to play a game, I’m out after just a few games. Because I’m not winning, or only winning one game, my bingo credits go down really fast. It’s just not that fun to play anymore. It’s too bad, because this used to be my favorite game. I’m on a team, otherwise, I would consider deleting it. more

I love this game. I just decided to get it a few months ago. I play it daily for a few hours and I enjoy it. If I had to say anything I would say I think you should add 2 things if possible ,it couldn’t hurt the game, if anything it’s more inviting I guess you can say. Maybe make a special game within the game ,where if we win whatever kind of special it may be we can earn a 24 hr opportunity to use the bigger betting for levels lower then required. Also after picking our number of cards maybe we can have a window where we can choose to add more cards but after the clock counts down to 10 your number is what you chose to begin with. Just a thought but great game regardless. more

[August 11, 2021] They seem to be trying really hard to make the game worse as a means to force you to spend money. They keep “adding new features” which really means, taking anything that rewarded you and making it so that you get next to nothing. You know, I’m not against paying for in-app purchases on games I play frequently, but only if the cost is reasonable for what you get. In the last update, they ruined the team chest challenge and created a “grocery store”. To give you a sense of how bad this is: it took me 40,000 game bucks to gather 100 crown/medallion thingies (and that was with winning a decent number of the bingo games). The reward for 100 crowns? 180 game bucks! Hmmm… WHAT???These guys somehow think that $10 (real dollars) is reasonable for 2 rounds of bingo that might take 5 minutes. Insane! Offer 10,000 bucks for $1 and you would be on to something. You are WAAAY over-valuing what you offer. Keep making these so-called “improvements” and you will have lost this player forever. Seriously. On that note, their customer support is NON-EXISTENT. I have NEVER received a reply to any query or issue. Ever. more

Far too many glitches, mystery server disconnections (when I'm able to access everything else online, including other games - so the problem is their server), fewer and fewer prizes like powerups - and it doesn't matter how high you bet, winning a double-daub or instant win power up simply never is awarded, a variation of ingredients for Food Town are scarce since you will always find yourself winning the same one- or two-star ingredients dozens of times, and the big annoyance is the inability for anyone playing on an iPhone or iPad to send gifts. That one is the most obnoxious because this began on early October and even though there have been complaints posted here (that are deleted often), MANY emails sent to support and either completely ignored or a form letter of a reply is sent that says they're working on it. It isn't just me. This has become a huge complaint among players as reported in the Facebook group. Four months is an awfully long time to fix an issue that's an important game feature. more

So, I was skeptical when I downloaded this game. I love bingo and have high expectations. I love this game and all the little side games and ways to earn credits and prizes. I’m never bored. BUT, I have sent 2 messages, with simple questions, and have not received a response. I don’t like being ignored, especially when I have made in app purchases (which I rarely do). After I had made these purchases, a flashlight icon has appeared by my profile. Now when I play, the numbers called light up on my cards before I can tap them. I get that this is supposed to be helpful, but I can’t stand it. Bingo isn’t a “thinking” game, so really the only effort being made is finding your numbers and making sure you don’t miss them. With this flashlight, the game is pretty much being played for me. So, I have sent messages asking how I can turn it off or opt out, but I have been ignored. I don’t want to quit this game because it’s really hard to find decent bingo. I’m hoping this review will help! Brandi more

Before the update, this would be a 4 star review, it would’ve been a 5 star if new rooms have been added… I just wanted to see if y’all will be updating the game again soon to add more rooms/locations to the game? I do like playing the game, however, the payouts (since the most recent update 5 days ago) are a lot less and wins are a lot less now, which is really disappointing. This was one of the very few bingo games that actually gave out good fair wins and fair payouts… Also, are y’all going to bring back the option of club members to exchange cards to each other to help each other out? It seems like club members are not able to assist one another like before… The members of my club, aren’t exactly loving the new version thus far…especially since no new rooms are added, payouts are a lot less, and the ability to help each other is a lot less… I hope things turn around…if not, this game unfortunately will go to the game graveyard like many others. I’ve spent my hard earned money (it was a guilty pleasure/treat) supporting this game because of the win ratios, fair payout sizes, club member assists, but it just seems like that’s all gone away now…with no value added for the player. Just makes it harder to win, make it a challenge, but not to the point where a player hardly wins, or doesnt win good payouts… I know I am not the only game supporter of yours that feels this way either. more
Game is confusing and moves too fast to allow you to use more than two cards at a time Jul 25, 2019

Within the game I cannot find the use of the purple gems you collect at various times, in fact cannot find any specific area where you can just easily select help on any given topic. Instead you have to issue a support ticket and then wait however long to get a response. Every game I have ever played has an area within the game where you can go to get your game playing questions easily answered but not this one. It had the potential of being fun but again, I don't see much how the farm benefits the bingo aspect of the game since you seldom get an item to "cook." The worst issue is attempting to play more than two cards at one time. The numbers are called far too fast for the player to have to switch back and forth between 2 cards at a time. I can't even imagine attempting to play 8 cards in one game! Would give a better rating but for right now, that's the best I can do. more

I’m lowering my rating of this game because of all the changes they made to the game. This used to be my favorite game but not anymore. You have to spend money daily if you want to play more than 1 or 2 rounds. Also since the daily quests were changed it’s pretty much impossible to get a puzzle piece! You have to play 8-10 rounds(?) to get a puzzle piece so it’s going to take a very long time to complete a puzzle. The food deal used to be a good thing to get extra coins but now it’s not because it’s hard to get the items needed to complete an order and trashing an order doesn’t help because it just puts another item that I can’t make. It’s pointless!! I’m so disappointed in Bingo Scapes! I used to love playing this game and would be the first game I played everyday but, now, if there’s nothing else to play or do then I’ll play. So unless you have PLENTY of money to spend on a game, I wouldn’t bother with Bingo Scapes! more

There once was a time I enjoyed playing Bingo Scapes but since all the crazy changes all this game does is cause my to say words that are not lady like.. Purchase power ups with purple gems... Don’t have any? That’s okay just buy some... I’m not saying the game should be totally free but it seems like the developer/s think those who play are made or money or have a money tree growing in their yard.. It does come across as the developer/s are money hungry or this is their get rich quick scheme because there are people who do and will buy buy buy... The fun is being replace with aggravation... I have about 8 or 9 different bingo games I play so deleting this one won’t be all that difficult.. Why when you have a good thing do you need to make changes that causes people to leave, I will never know.. I play games for amusement not to see if I can go in debt as I’m certain others do the same... Have a nice day more

While I’m playing almost daily there’s always server errors. I’ve done everything support has said to get that to “stop” but it doesn’t. I also don’t like how we almost never can collect cards or especially high up cards, the game makes it nearly impossible unless you’re spending hundreds of dollars. Bingo rarely happens. You waste more money than you ever get. Be lucky to when one bingo in a set of four. Hardly ever a puzzle one. You don’t get a lot of cash in the daily bonuses. Of course it’s designed to make you spend money or else you’re not getting anywhere for a long time. And lastly my biggest concern and almost turn off from playing the game is the season battles— I just for the first time should have hit the highest ranking and I was suppose to and so excited.... yet I was robbed of it by the game this morning! Not cool! more

This game used to be great but now support doesn’t return emails. I’ve written twice now about completing the level sprint and paying extra gems to open more boxes. I got 50 double daubs and 50 instant wins. Got credited for double daubs but not instant wins. These are even more important now that this game has gone the way of Bingo Party and changed daily and weekly tasks to having to complete a task before moving to next rather than simultaneously. That’s the reason I left Bingo Party wasn’t fun anymore when I had to do one crappy task before moving on. And you have to play/spend more to do so... Really no need to make that stupid food anymore either... And your cards... All I get are Jack except for 2 elephants and 2 cats so can’t complete any sets but 3 over and over and over. Spent shells on Epic card, played challenges to earn epic card, opened packs to get epic cards and it’s always that darn Jack... Guess this ones out too... more

I really enjoy playing Bingoscapes, but I have become very frustrated. The power up for the instant Bingo usually shows up when the majority of bingos have already been won, which is not a prudent time to use it. The payouts are so small that if you don’t win a bingo your cash runs out really fast. Granted that the game must be profitable, but come on really? You can’t be a bit more generous. I bought the 30 day Elite, but that doesn’t go very far the higher up you go. Can’t you make the amount depend on what level you’re at? I have found it difficult to win the last puzzle piece to complete a location. I usually get bingos on the other cards. It took me over three weeks to win a bingo on the card with the puzzle piece. The bonus game on the left of the screen changes every two days. Why not keep it up for a week or two! Corn is good! The people who can play 4 cards at a time have all the advantages, but not everyone can handle 4 cards at a time, especially if you are playing on your phone. Yes you can toggle back and forth between cards, but after a while the numbers get too far ahead and you are so busy marking your cards it’s hard to see whether you have a bingo. Can you slow the numbers down a little? more

I really like this game and have been playing for a few years. I updated my password to FB and now my game was reset to level 1. I’ve contacted support several times. Jamie, support tech said she could update the game back to my level using the UID AND SHE STILL HAS DOBE NOTHING, why didn’t she just update the game. My 7 contacts to support was to reset my game. This has by far been my FAVORITE game for about 2 years. Recently I have been extremely frustrated. Food town was so fun to move up with levels until getting to level 10. I swear it took me a whole year to pass. Now I’m onto Level 11 and it’s even worse. It seriously makes me not want to play it. This game is EXTREMELY stingy on the food they give out to complete the orders. Here I am on level 281 and I feel like I am not going anywhere in this game. I will continue to keep playing it since I still love it, but come on…..make it fun again!! more

I’ve rated this game with less than 5 stars but, the makers pout so to prevent that from happening again, I’ll ask this same question I’ve been asking for now going on 10 months...how many months/years/hours does it take to get 2 stinking pieces of garlic? I’ve enough wheat/potatoes, etc but...garlic, can’t get. So, I’m deleting the game yet again and maybe be the time they develop a vaccine for Covid or he**freezes over, I might find garlic when/if I return to this game. All they want is $$$$$$$!!!!! more

You don't give any incentives and the amount of money you get if you do happen to win is not what you payed for the card . Sorry but you have to do better then this ! Tried emailing and it hasn’t worked. I was supposed to have 3 lives to help in the battle with my club. Normally it works out great and I get the life back. This time I was told multiple times to reconnect on one and had to do it multiple times. The first 2 times were fine. The third time I couldn’t even play the game because it kept asking me to reconnect. So I closed the game. Usually I get the life back. This time I didn’t. I had to use another life. I had to reconnect about 2 times and it was fine since I could finish the game. The 3rd life just went away. I wouldn’t care if I didn’t get any bingos, but would have liked the chance. Again, emailing support wasn’t working, so I hope this will, especially for my team. I also can’t play the computation games, or whatever it’s called and can’t even get in now. Can someone please let me know what’s going on. Thank you. more

I’ve been shorted clams so many times on collection day after battle that I’ve lost count. Most of the time when it says I’ve won 100 clams, they don’t get added to my total amount. Sometimes it happens when I’m awarded less than that too. I’ve emailed Bingo Journey but never got a response. It’s a fun bingo game, better than others, but this really stinks. I’m writing this approximately 2 or 3 weeks after my first review, and I just got screwed again...clams awarded on collection day not being added to my account, I’m starting to wonder if the ingredients awarded are also being withheld. Weeks later and the clams awarded on collection day are still not being added to my total. It’s happening often now, about half the time or more... more

At first I really enjoyed game and liked it but now some of these higher rooms the caller has such a thick accent it’s hard to understand the numbers and I have to double check the numbers which causes me to lose time looking them up, whether they are fake or real accents, you should just call out the numbers in a normal voice, I want to play not there to listen to someone faking a darn accent. It annoys me so much , your Singapore room is one of the worst rooms her accent is so thick and whiny it grates in my nerves and I am to the point of just deleting this game. Just get people to call numbers this isn’t Hollywood! Otherwise I like the rooms and the games . It has a great concept but the callers ruin the experience for me. more

I have played every bingo game there is and this one is my favorite. By far it outdoes all other options and bingo games. However, the lottery portion where you guess numbers every single day you come on? At the end of the week on Sunday you do a lottery to get your ticket and win extra. I’ve NEVER won. I pick the same numbers every week for months and months. I never change my numbers. And I never win. I even spend stupid purple jewels for extra chances and I still never win. Ever. I know. It’s a stupid thing to complain about but I spend money on this game so it’s annoying if you NEVER win an extra bonus level. more

I really enjoy this game a whole lot!! I like how it has many different levels and places that you have to earn puzzle pieces to complete. The only reason that I only gave 4 stars is because I was playing the 2 card game and I got both bingos and the game told me that they were bad. Also a few times it was in last place and got a bing right before the game was over and it wouldn’t give me my bingo. Other than them two issues this game is fun and makes me want to keep playing game after game! It’s really the best bingo game that I’ve ever played because your not just playing for bingo, your playing to get to the next place and level. Thanks for making bingo fun!!❤️👏🏻 more

This is the second time I've tuned in to battle & got prompted that I missed this battle. But I can still see the countdown clock ticking. According to that, I had 13 hours left, so how or why did I miss that? MAKES NO SENSE, I'm here everyday! Back down to 3 star rating! I have been playing 16 months and I have never hit the all 7 of the same number lottery so I am am at lesser 0 for 60. Also on the Go Forward event I got the last puzzle piece Bingo 3 times and was not awarded the last puzzle piece. I also did not get the October daily item for some reason. With a few exceptions I play everyday, I don’t think I have missed a day since July and probably less than 14 days total since June 2020. I like the game but I do not like rigged lotteries or not getting credit for things I do. Please fix more

I play this game all of the time and I enjoy it greatly. There doesn’t seem to be an FAQ I can find to answer some of my basic questions. I sent a message to support about a blue card pack I got from the food donation wheel and never got. How come I can connect in-game and become friends with my club members? I was obsessed with this game! I’m currently playing the anniversary puzzle and now that I only have have one piece left, it has now become “impossible” to win the last piece. Numbers on my puzzle piece card are barely called anymore or I will have the outer numbers called and the inner numbers will never be called so the dog has no path to all of the cakes released. I refuse to spend money just to win $300 game bucks. And in the off chance I do win (every 30 games or so), it is not a puzzle piece card. more

I have been playing this game for at least 2-5 years and no complaints. Now, 2020, there is nothing but problems with the 6 hour timer on the requests that has been going like 18 hours and now it only works if you say something in the comments. I have and a few times it either went to ready to use or at least started to count down the time. Now, today I go to play my three challenge bingo’s and guess what????????? Not only is my team only 6 of the 30 members we “had” but now I’m not one of those six so I can’t even play today. Our team is in 4th place which around 30,000 points. But teams 1,2, & 3 are between 120,000 to 150,000 points so with 3 of 6 players showing we will never reach any of these first three teams. We have always been in the Top 5 winners. What in the world is happening in and with this game? Very upsetting and aggravating with this mess. Can you please fix the game and just let us play without SOOOOOOOOOOO many issues Please??? One other thought; there has got to be a way to purchase or earn more food items so you can complete the customers without it taking months to fill just one customer’s order!!! Thanks more

This game is ok and several things stop me from calling it anything better than that. 1) the in game cost per card is pretty high compared to the number of bingos I get per round (2 if I’m lucky-more often none or 1) so you run out of “money” pretty quickly. I stopped playing for a month and just logged in to collect my daily money so I could build up enough to play for awhile. 2) some of the caller voices are irritating/difficult to understand based on the way they say the numbers. Yes, I’m talking about you, creepy little girl voice caller. If People can’t tell the difference between the way you say 17 and 70 there is an issue. 3) for some reason I keep getting a “lost network connection” notification several times in each round. Yes, the system eventually catches up and auto daubs missed numbers but it doesn’t build up your power up meter and it throws off your odds of getting a bingo before they’re all gone. It’s really frustrating. I think I’m going to play off the ticket money that I currently have and then delete the game. There’s a lot of bingo apps out there to try and this one hasn’t won me over. more

I like that I have a variety of choices in games to play, only thing I do not like is the amount of chips. I play several bingo games, and in those games, the amount Dailey reward of chips I get, go higher as I complete levels. I am on level 106, my Dailey reward of chips has never, ever gone higher. Level one I got 680 or 730 if I watch a video. When I complete a level, I am rewarded chips, but barely enough to play 2 cards. Basically, I am not really rewarded chips, at least not as many as I believe I deserve. All my other bingo games show there appreciation and reward my moving up. I refuse to make any in app purchases. My other games I do purchase chips regularly, and I do it cuz if they reward me for playing. This game does nothing. I think being on level 106 shows my loyality, the least they can do is is quit being so cheap and show me they appreciate the game play. They don’t scratch my back so I refuse to scratch there back by spending my $. more

The game is very fun but when you win different items like milk, you never see it in your stash to use. Sometimes you see items in your stash and it disappears. So I’m working on winning these items and never get the chance to use them. It seems that I am giving other players food but I never see any come my way. I don’t know if it’s the game or people but I would think if they are getting shells for it they would be giving me food. I like the different phases of the game. The created use to have a feature that I like that if for instance if you phone rang while you were playing and interrupted the game it would give you credit for that game. They should go back to giving you credit when a game is interrupted. It seem that some phase of the game that use to work to give you money and different items stopped working at one point. Please fix the whole game because the whole game working as it should is fun!!!!!! more

I’ve been playing this game daily for about a year. For the past few days it has been stuck on the opening screen attempting to connect with server and says “test” in the upper left hand corner. I’m assuming they are having some technical difficulties, but some communication about that would be nice. Trying to report anything to them is impossible because the link given on here for the developer goes to a deleted Facebook page. I also agree with a lot of the comments I’ve read that it would be nice if it gave you a little bit of time after the final bingo is called to at least daub your last numbers for xp if nothing else (I’m a perfectionist so it drives me crazy when I can’t at least daub the last number called.) It is a frustrating game if you can’t buy some packages because the card cost is so high compared to what you are given daily for free. more

I used to really enjoy this game. But I used to be able to win on a regular basis and build up my score over 10,000, as well as build up free power ups. That was when we had the same goals every day. I rarely ever had to spend money to buy extra bingo bucks. Then you changed the game. Not only are daily goals much more difficult to achieve, and sometimes impossible without spending extra money to play the game, but I rarely get bingos anymore! I have to save up my bingo bucks, and because it takes so much to play a game, I’m out after just a few games. Because I’m not winning, or only winning one game, my bingo credits go down really fast. It’s just not that fun to play anymore. It’s too bad, because this used to be my favorite game. I’m on a team, otherwise, I would consider deleting it. more

This game is by far one of the funnest games I have played. I love the new features that are added, allowing you to play little mini games every day. However, prior to the past few days, I kept being charged anywhere from 1200 to 2400 for 4 cards. There was an update and now it is 400 for 4 cards. I take care of my mother who has Alzheimer’s so this is a great game to play when you need a break. After checking my account, I was charged multiple times for one purchase. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times. So I urge you to check purchases occasionally to make sure your charges. The game itself is def. a 5 star but there are issues with charges that really need to be corrected! more

I would have given 5 stars about a month ago, but all of a sudden the club “Request” changed and I could no longer request food items from it. I also couldn’t help out my fellow club members by sharing my extra food items. The only thing under Request now when I hit it is money or help items. THOSE I don’t want to share if I don’t have to. I need them for myself. AND if I don’t help 4 people each day I don’t get a reward from the guide book. So...whatever somebody did is punishing me not only not letting me be a good person, but wasting my real money I paid to get the perks from the guide book. This needs fixed. more

I really loved this game at first. I was hooked. It has so many levels and tasks that beg to be completed. After I made my first in app purchase, I became so underwhelmed at this app. You basically have to make a purchase to get anywhere in the game. $20 gets you roughly $2500 in the game. If you want to play the adventure route, which gets you lots of money in the long run, it costs $100 per bingo card. If you’re not getting a bingo, you’ve wasted $20 of your money on an in app purchase. It’s like gambling your money. For $20, I’d expect to be getting $2500 in game coins every single day. That’s a lot of money to be just wasted on minimal game play. more

I play almost every day. I love the game but wins don’t pay enough to keep you playing for long. Daily credits are only enough to play one game. In my warehouse I have a purple fish with a yellow question mark it, in my warehouse. I don’t know what it is for & when I click on it nothing happens. The game really really really needs info buttons that explain everything! Recently I have been overcharged (to the tune of about $70 or more) for my purchases. Far too many glitches, mystery server disconnections (when I'm able to access everything else online, including other games - so the problem is their server), fewer and fewer prizes like powerups - and it doesn't matter how high you bet, winning a double-daub or instant win power up simply never is awarded, a variation of ingredients for Food Town are scarce since you will always find yourself winning the same one- or two-star ingredients dozens of times, and the big annoyance is the inability for anyone playing on an iPhone or iPad to send gifts. That one is the most obnoxious because this began on early October and even though there have been complaints posted here (that are deleted often), MANY emails sent to support and either completely ignored or a form letter of a reply is sent that says they're working on it. It isn't just me. This has become a huge complaint among players as reported in the Facebook group. Four months is an awfully long time to fix an issue that's an important game feature. more

So, I was skeptical when I downloaded this game. I love bingo and have high expectations. I love this game and all the little side games and ways to earn credits and prizes. I’m never bored. BUT, I have sent 2 messages, with simple questions, and have not received a response. I don’t like being ignored, especially when I have made in app purchases (which I rarely do). After I had made these purchases, a flashlight icon has appeared by my profile. Now when I play, the numbers called light up on my cards before I can tap them. I get that this is supposed to be helpful, but I can’t stand it. Bingo isn’t a “thinking” game, so really the only effort being made is finding your numbers and making sure you don’t miss them. With this flashlight, the game is pretty much being played for me. So, I have sent messages asking how I can turn it off or opt out, but I have been ignored. I don’t want to quit this game because it’s really hard to find decent bingo. I’m hoping this review will help! Brandi more

Before the update, this would be a 4 star review, it would’ve been a 5 star if new rooms have been added… I just wanted to see if y’all will be updating the game again soon to add more rooms/locations to the game? I do like playing the game, however, the payouts (since the most recent update 5 days ago) are a lot less and wins are a lot less now, which is really disappointing. This was one of the very few bingo games that actually gave out good fair wins and fair payouts… Also, are y’all going to bring back the option of club members to exchange cards to each other to help each other out? It seems like club members are not able to assist one another like before… The members of my club, aren’t exactly loving the new version thus far…especially since no new rooms are added, payouts are a lot less, and the ability to help each other is a lot less… I hope things turn around…if not, this game unfortunately will go to the game graveyard like many others. I’ve spent my hard earned money (it was a guilty pleasure/treat) supporting this game because of the win ratios, fair payout sizes, club member assists, but it just seems like that’s all gone away now…with no value added for the player. Just makes it harder to win, make it a challenge, but not to the point where a player hardly wins, or doesnt win good payouts… I know I am not the only game supporter of yours that feels this way either. more

Within the game I cannot find the use of the purple gems you collect at various times, in fact cannot find any specific area where you can just easily select help on any given topic. Instead you have to issue a support ticket and then wait however long to get a response. Every game I have ever played has an area within the game where you can go to get your game playing questions easily answered but not this one. It had the potential of being fun but again, I don't see much how the farm benefits the bingo aspect of the game since you seldom get an item to "cook." The worst issue is attempting to play more than two cards at one time. The numbers are called far too fast for the player to have to switch back and forth between 2 cards at a time. I can't even imagine attempting to play 8 cards in one game! Would give a better rating but for right now, that's the best I can do. more

I’m lowering my rating of this game because of all the changes they made to the game. This used to be my favorite game but not anymore. You have to spend money daily if you want to play more than 1 or 2 rounds. Also since the daily quests were changed it’s pretty much impossible to get a puzzle piece! You have to play 8-10 rounds(?) to get a puzzle piece so it’s going to take a very long time to complete a puzzle. The food deal used to be a good thing to get extra coins but now it’s not because it’s hard to get the items needed to complete an order and trashing an order doesn’t help because it just puts another item that I can’t make. It’s pointless!! I’m so disappointed in Bingo Scapes! I used to love playing this game and would be the first game I played everyday but, now, if there’s nothing else to play or do then I’ll play. So unless you have PLENTY of money to spend on a game, I wouldn’t bother with Bingo Scapes! more

There once was a time I enjoyed playing Bingo Scapes but since all the crazy changes all this game does is cause my to say words that are not lady like.. Purchase power ups with purple gems... Don’t have any? That’s okay just buy some... I’m not saying the game should be totally free but it seems like the developer/s think those who play are made or money or have a money tree growing in their yard.. It does come across as the developer/s are money hungry or this is their get rich quick scheme because there are people who do and will buy buy buy... The fun is being replace with aggravation... I have about 8 or 9 different bingo games I play so deleting this one won’t be all that difficult.. Why when you have a good thing do you need to make changes that causes people to leave, I will never know.. I really enjoy playing Bingoscapes, but I have become very frustrated. The power up for the instant Bingo usually shows up when the majority of bingos have already been won, which is not a prudent time to use it. The payouts are so small that if you don’t win a bingo your cash runs out really fast. Granted that the game must be profitable, but come on really? You can’t be a bit more generous. I bought the 30 day Elite, but that doesn’t go very far the higher up you go. Can’t you make the amount depend on what level you’re at? I have found it difficult to win the last puzzle piece to complete a location. I usually get bingos on the other cards. It took me over three weeks to win a bingo on the card with the puzzle piece. The bonus game on the left of the screen changes every two days. Why not keep it up for a week or two! Corn is good! The people who can play 4 cards at a time have all the advantages, but not everyone can handle 4 cards at a time, especially if you are playing on your phone. Yes you can toggle back and forth between cards, but after a while the numbers get too far ahead and you are so busy marking your cards it’s hard to see whether you have a bingo. Can you slow the numbers down a little? more

I am looking everywhere in can’t find support for this app. Any advice? Overall I enjoy the app but I’ve been running into a lot of duplicate charges when connection is lost its states will not be charged but I re attempt and sure enough I got two or three duplicates of charges also when I buy packages or promotions I don’t always get what I’ve purchased I have screenshots of the few I have caught and I have reported it but no response to my emails and well in the App Store I tap on the app I downloaded this one and i tap on support and it redirects me to Facebook to a page that says not found. Now I feel I’m being ripped off. Can the developers reply please help me out here. I like this bingo app but not enough to get ripped off I would like to revisit my review with a more positive outcome. My invites have never been rewarded either. And I have like 15 so far. more

This is the best bingo games of the ones I’ve downloaded. It’s my favorite one, HOWEVER they don’t even give you enough coins to play more than a round or two every day. I just want to sit and play hours on end but I can’t. They’re coins cost an arm and a leg too. I can’t justify $100 on fake coins just to get a few hours of play. Sure, your daily bonus increases as your XP does, but at an alarmingly slow rate. Plus, I can barely gain xp because I can’t afford to play! Also, I wanted to talk to support because I’ve been ripped off by coins I DID purchase and also on puzzle pieces I should have won, but they didn’t register, but support is nowhere to be found. It’s such a shame because I’d be their biggest fan and play all day, but I can’t because I don’t have $100 to spend on fake coins. What a disappointment. more

Over 2 years ago I played this game and loved it, until the problems started and nothing getting fixed with each update, it only got worse. They used to have a Support Button in the App, now thats gone too. On their Apple App Store page, there is an App Support link that goes to a dead Facebook page. Currently, the only supposed way to reach Support is using an email address provided under a Players Profile, but you’ll NEVER receive a response. I certainly haven’t. I just recently started playing again, only to find that there is absolutely no support what so ever, (HUGE BUMMER IF YOU'VE BOUGHT SOMETHING & didn’t receive it.) They have Events that don’t work correctly, so you can’t play those if the system jacked up your account for the Event and no help obviously to get it fixed. This developer is only about the money this app brings in, because it’s also not cheap by any means, if your actually wanting to win anything. The game is a massive disappointment. Back to other bingo games that actually work. If they’re still around in another 3 years I’ll check it out again and pray the Developer figures out that the app HAS TO HAVE SUPPORT TO BE LIGIT. more

[August 11, 2021] They seem to be trying really hard to make the game worse as a means to force you to spend money. They keep “adding new features” which really means, taking anything that rewarded you and making it so that you get next to nothing. You know, I’m not against paying for in-app purchases on games I play frequently, but only if the cost is reasonable for what you get. In the last update, they ruined the team chest challenge and created a “grocery store”. To give you a sense of how bad this is: it took me 40,000 game bucks to gather 100 crown/medallion thingies (and that was with winning a decent number of the bingo games). The reward for 100 crowns? 180 game bucks! Hmmm… WHAT???These guys somehow think that $10 (real dollars) is reasonable for 2 rounds of bingo that might take 5 minutes. Insane! Offer 10,000 bucks for $1 and you would be on to something. You are WAAAY over-valuing what you offer. Keep making these so-called “improvements” and you will have lost this player forever. While I’m playing almost daily there’s always server errors. I’ve done everything support has said to get that to “stop” but it doesn’t. I also don’t like how we almost never can collect cards or especially high up cards, the game makes it nearly impossible unless you’re spending hundreds of dollars. Bingo rarely happens. You waste more money than you ever get. Be lucky to when one bingo in a set of four. Hardly ever a puzzle one. You don’t get a lot of cash in the daily bonuses. Of course it’s designed to make you spend money or else you’re not getting anywhere for a long time. And lastly my biggest concern and almost turn off from playing the game is the season battles— I just for the first time should have hit the highest ranking and I was suppose to and so excited.... yet I was robbed of it by the game this morning! Not cool! more

This game used to be great but now support doesn’t return emails. I’ve written twice now about completing the level sprint and paying extra gems to open more boxes. I got 50 double daubs and 50 instant wins. Got credited for double daubs but not instant wins. These are even more important now that this game has gone the way of Bingo Party and changed daily and weekly tasks to having to complete a task before moving to next rather than simultaneously. That’s the reason I left Bingo Party wasn’t fun anymore when I had to do one crappy task before moving on. And you have to play/spend more to do so... Really no need to make that stupid food anymore either... And your cards... All I get are Jack except for 2 elephants and 2 cats so can’t complete any sets but 3 over and over and over. Spent shells on Epic card, played challenges to earn epic card, opened packs to get epic cards and it’s always that darn Jack... Guess this ones out too... more

This game is fun to play. However, the dollar cost to buy the bingo card is not comparable to the dollar won if you win a bingo. I don’t mind spending money to play a game. I know these game developers have to make their money too. But, the game loses it’s charm when you feel like you’re being ripped off. If you pay $20 (game dollars) for a bingo card and you don’t get a bingo, then you lose your $20. That’s fair and makes sense. However, if I pay $20 for a card and get a bingo, I expect to win more than “just” the $20 back. This game awards winnings with more experience points than dollars. Experience points only allow you to level up which only means you pay more for the cards. You don’t win any more money than what you paid for the card in the first place. So, if you want to continue to play the game on a regular basis, be prepared to spend “real” money. more

I am retracting my previous review. I am also uninstalling this game. Bingo is not supposed to be a high anxiety game. It’s supposed to be relaxing. And y’all know that’s what people are looking for, because the first few boards are just that; fun and relaxing. You did it that way to get people hooked and make them think it’s a good game. Once you start getting somewhere however, you make the game extremely difficult. The puzzles don’t drop as often, hardly at all actually, so you’re just wasting money on random boards. And it becomes almost impossible to win a game. I’m talking like one game out of forty may be a winner. It’s a ploy to make you buy game cash to be able to play. Otherwise you burn through your earned game cash pretty quickly just trying to get a winning board and a puzzle piece. It’s ridiculous. more

OK I have written to your support multiple times and no one ever gets back to me. Every time I send an email to tech support it comes back not deliverable! I've tried private messages thru Facebook to your game and no one sees it nor gets back to me. You expect people to use their hard earned money to purchase crap for this game but you don't want to help them when there's a issue. This game was fun but lately with all your updates it's impossible. If you get to play more than 1 round your lucky. The power ups u give are a joke and I know your doing that so people will pay for them. I use to spend money playing this game but not anymore. I refuse to give another cent to a game that has no customer support. Good luck your going to lose alot of players... more

Because of the new update and the fact that you guys have taken a lot of cash and power ups from us when you figure it weekly, I will no longer be playing this game! There are 30 members in our club and absolutely no one likes the fact that cash and power ups were taken from us and now we will be getting much less unless of course we spend real money, which was the plan all along and why this was done to the players! I know complaining will do no good, but ratings will go down and this game will lose a lot of players! So, if I were continue to play, I’d have to play so many games a day, wasting cash and power ups, just to get measly rewards! Whoever thought this up is completely ignorant! more

Although the game is very addictive I will never spend any money and I believe that’s what it wants you to do I have been stuck on the same level for the past week because of one puzzle piece i play the bigger card and won multiple Bingos andI should’ve got two of three puzzle pieces get they only give me one this game cheats to keep you where it wants you from moving onto the next country unfortunatelyI complete a country to receive the pay out but it’s like it won’t let me move on now that I’m down to the last puzzle piece every day I get the daily allowance I win but it won’t give me a puzzle piece I’m done with playing this game it takes up too much of my time more

So last night was apparently the end of a season for the card packs... i had a 12 hour shift, and didnt open the app last night because i was too tired and dont play this game every day.. however to my disappointment when i woke up this morning i opened it and saw that ALL of my card packs were just gone.. i had saved up 21 card packs, and ALL of them were gone!.. instead the game just gave me one free pack and then the rest were gone.. if i had known that the card packs i had been saving would disappear at the end of the season, i absolutely would have opened them 3 days ago when i went on last... such a joke, this game continually robs people without explanation more

Really brand new to this app, and this was only my third game in on the app, so maybe I missed something??? I got four cards instead of two and you can only properly see two at a time. The other two are diminished and off to the side and I couldn’t see them properly to mark them. So by the time you DO see a matching number on the smaller cards and mark it, plus when you mark it, the card is switched out. At that point, there had already been two or three more numbers called, so I just left the game. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ On a positive note, I went back into the game and was credited for the game I left. So that helps. But unless I see a way to do it differently, I will only be able to play two cards at a time. more
