version 1.8.1 was unusable
May 25, 2018 By soubeagiUPDATE: I downloaded 1.8.2 (which was apparently made available shortly after originally posting this review), and it appears to have fixed my problem - or maybe it was some strange glitch which I can no longer duplicate. I didn't keep a copy of 1.8.1, so I can't say for sure either way. UNEDITED ORIGINAL REVIEW FOLLOWS; PLEASE IGNORE. This was a very nice alternative keyboard, but the latest update has the keyboard panel showing up as totally blank. Luckily, tapping the blank space two or three times makes the device revert to the default keyboard, so it doesn't totally gum up the works, but I've had to revert to the older version to get this working again. more -

The app is simple to use. The emoji’s are a bonus! I never used emojis until this app because they were too small. Any quirks I notice, the developers are quick to react to my emails. I have communicated several times and have always received a prompt response. This is extremely rare. Thanks again Hassan! This app makes my situation more tolerable. Keep up the great work! more -

Closing settings page
Jan 19, 2018 By Lynnrip70I have the same issue as the reviewr before mine. Also it lags while typing, the back key is the worst. I switched back to my regular keyboard to write this because it seriously took me about 3 minutes to write. As you can see, the word “reviewer” is misspelled but I just couldn’t wait that long for the back key to do it’s function. I counted the last delay at 13 seconds for the back key. I want my money back! As it is right now, it’s not useful as I can’t type that slow. Also, the keys are only useful with a long press. Please refund purchase cost. (When you are using the settings page, the settings “page” won’t go away! more

I wanted to like it but...

I took a chance and paid money in hopes that it was so good that there was a reason why there is not a “free lite” version available to *try* first. Had there been a free version to try first i would have had a fair chance to know if it was good enough for me to purchase. I would NOT have purchased it. I am removing it from my phone and would respectfully ask to be refunded immediately. Hopefully the development of this app eventually improves. Good luck! more -
works "ok" but laggy and no spell check kill it

On iPhone 8 this app is laggy and slow at times but the absolute deal breaker is no spell check or predictive text. It’s April of 2018 and developer mentioned in Nov 2017 review (and maybe before) that spell check would be added “soon”. Still waiting. Having to switch to IOS default keyboard to spell check is ridiculous. Sorry but this app does not need more color schemes. It needs basic Smartphone era functionality that is missing so far. more -
Not working! 😟

I went to settings and keyboard to apply it as my keyboard selection after purchasing it and I see it listed there under "keyboard" but I can't even click on it to apply it. It doesn't have an arrow to allow me to apply it like my other keyboards do. That is very fustrating. I powered my phone off a couple of times thinking maybe it's my phone but to no avail. I would like a refund please. I can't even use the app if I wanted it to. more -

There is no “Done” link or any visible cue to apply the changes. There is no user guide to explain anything. Thee are no instructions other than to add another keyboard in settings. Do I engage Big Keys within Settings, or is there some other way? Is the Big Keys keyboard supposed to replace the keyboard in any app? How do I select which apps not to use Big Keys? Where do I find the answers to my questions above? more -

I will NOT be using this app and will be requesting a refund. I suggest that everyone reads the full warning about third party keyboards. This is from the iPhone's warning about third party keyboards: "Third Party Keyboards provide an alternative way to input keyboard data. These keyboards can access all of the data you type, including bank account and credit card numbers, street addresses, as well as other personal and sensitive information. These keyboards may also access nearby text or data, which is useful for improving autocorrect functionality." more -
I want my money back

The letters are not responsive and when you do type fast, it can’t keep up. The options are nice, I hate having emojis on the standard keyboard, but having the comma on another page is annoying on the standard keyboard, but this app has it on a drop box that takes more time to open. I am very disappointed with this app. more -

I like seeing uppercase when I start typing a fresh sentence. Lowercase letters are actually easier to see. 3. I like that the keyboard uses the full width of the screen. 4. Wish I could get a refund. more -
This app is unusable slow and not much help in portrait mode

The app is not usable on my iPhone 7, however because 1) it is too slow and causes significant typing lag, and 2) it does not make the keys much larger in portrait mode. Typing in landscape mode was never the issue for me. more

What’s Groovy
Got it yesterday really just for enlarged keys. but is there a way to make the word I capitalize while typing? and first word of sentence? will it get smarter about what word I'm using?
Love the large keyboard which is why i bought it but very inconsistant with capitalization. I try a capital letter in the middle of the sentence . All is the a Way to save emojis i us a Lot without having to scroll through all? Also I've seen keyboard in the pictures that hair a 1 and 2 in lower right keyboard. Can i Get this keyboard option?

What’s Subpar
So far I'm unimpressed and have only had the app an hour. It isn't correcting/adding grammar at all - so when I want to type "I'm" it doesn't add an apostrophe and auto corrects it to "in" instead. Doesn't automatically capitalize the letter at the beginning of a sentence either. Also, keyboard lag. Lastly, even if I make a very minor spelling error on a common word it completely changes my word to something ridiculous and out of this world. It's taking me 100x as long to type something up because I have to go back through and correct 99% of what I typed, PLUS I have to type slow because of the lag, lol. (I also just noticed that this app is REMOVING my grammar (i.e I just used a capital "I" and it corrected it to a lowercase "i".))
What a waste of money behind such a good concept.
