I appreciated that the tutorial opened immediately. I did not do the upgrade, I only used the free version. I loved the selection of stock audio it had that you could add to your video. It took me a couple minutes to get the hang of the splitting function. The tutorial for the edit video section was a little confusing for me. The edit audio function was super fun. I have not had a chance to play with the add voice function, but I look forward to that. The main issue I could see was no “undo” or restart button. There was only a delete function. I also have to note that when I first opened the app, while working on my video the app closed out and my video erased. more

Let’s get down to business. Cons: 1. Trimming mechanisms are odd, they cut off at certain times and it won’t even fade out when you click on the option. 2. There’s no back space Incase you mess up. 3. Editing functions glitch after a couple of uses. 4. Split option should just be called trim option because it’s not splitting the video into two or three parts but cutting of chunks you don’t want. 5. You can make the audio start at a specific time. And finally, I wasn’t even able to save my edited video, it kept loading. Pros: 1. Free, 2. You can choose music from your own library. 3. You can add text, there’s this cool echoing sound effect that you can add. 4. It allows you to create very VERY SIMPLE video edits, again if you can get it to download the video once you’re done. more

I took the time to try this app out and i was actually surprised by how rookie-friendly it was. i am in no way an editor but putting cute music on a video of my daughter was “step by step” easy to follow and the app was just all around fun and enjoyable to use. The only criticisms i would give is that the price is far to high for what your getting when you could simply find a free app if you looked for one. lasty I am quite disappointed with the amount of times the app froze on me or just completely shut down on while i was in the middle of something. more

I spent 30 minutes both on my phone and Mac trying to find an app that would allow me to splice music (that I bought from iTunes) alongside a 15-second clip and it was one failed app after another. I was even willing to pay! This was the one that did both video and audio intuitively. Granted, at the end, it offered to let me remove the watermark by watching a 30-second app commercial, but that was about how long it took to shut down my Mac, so no problem. I suspect I can buy my way out of that, hopefully. Anyway, back to my serial killing cat and his lizard-- whoever said you've gotta be cruel to be kind was NOT thinking about cats. Get this app. It works. more

This is a very nice app but it does need batter instructions because I almost deleted it because I didn’t know how to add music or when to so I to venture out on my own and I figured it out. Also when those “adds” pop up to send a recommendation to three or more people I messed up and exit out and was trying to get back in but couldn’t. You also need a pause where we can continue the video. 😒 once your passed all that and have it figured out you good. 🙃 pls put this in consideration and try to fix this things if u do I’ll recommend it to more people, download it on my other devices, and I may buy something off the app so pls put this stuff into consideration and try your hardest to fix it. 🙏🏾👌🏾👍🏾👋🏽 -Faithicorn23 more

the features on this app are pretty easy to use. I first recorded a short clip to test out the functions and then I found a transition to use in the middle of the clip and then added some eerie music to the background because my video was of a light reflection in the dark. I think overall, for a first time user, this app was pretty easy to use. it gave simple instructions for how to edit the video and how to edit sound. I figured out how to do things relatively easy. it’s a good little editing app for videos you take on your phone! more

I like the tutorials that are simple and clear on how to add video and audio. I didn’t like that it seems like you can’t edit where the audio starts within the video. It seemed the the audio and video were connected where however long the audio was was also how long the video was and couldn’t be separated like the the audio would be 3 seconds so the video was 3 seconds. I could move the Audio bar, but when I played it, it would make a noise and then not continue. Also, I didn’t like when I slowed down and speed up the video, my voice would have this echo. more

The game is awesome you record a video and then you put music to it it’s so fun I love it I play it all the time I even walk in the backyard and record myself this game is so cool I showed my grandma A video and she loved it yeah I’m thinking of telling my mom and dad this game is if I was good at recording I think I would be great at this game I wish I didn’t have to go anywhere to just play this game it is so amazing I want to play all the time I’m just like constantly it’s like play play play play play play so I’m trying to say it’s an awesome game more

This app is pretty easy to use, even though it seems more complicated than it actually is. The soundtracks that the app has available are pretty decent - the library is actually rather large so there is a lot to pick from. The music adds to the video very easily also, but I was confused on how to save it for a little after I made it, but I realized you have to click the check marks. The video quality saves pretty nice, tho I thought the video was lagging a bit after I uploaded and added the music. more

6.99 is a little pricey, at that point I would prefer it to be a one time purchase. Also the description said 4.99, please change that as it may be misleading to other who read what the app is about! When you open the app the “subscription” and “Refer to unlock” does get pretty annoying. Every once in a while it’s fine, like a little reminder that it’s still an option to subscribe, but to always have to close off it is pretty annoying. more

Had high hopes. So far, unable to use. Added audio, but when I play my video there’s no audio. Thought I’d save it & see if there would be audio if I played it from Photos. I hit the check mark in the upper right corner 3 or 4 times in a row, was then asked to rate the app to have the watermark removed. So here I am, hoping that doing this will progress me to the next step... which is maybe save? You know, since that’s how you’re supposed to say you’re done editing. There is no help for this app—just the superficial tutorial you get at the start. Searched online, still no help. I don’t mind having a rough start with an app if I’m not understanding something. But if I can’t even use a help or contact function, the app is useless. No point in my video if I can add audio. Wasted a lot of time. more

I don’t know if it’s just my phone, but this app is having problems. First of all, I’ve been looking for an app where you can put music to videos that has a free option. I thought I’d found the app. Until I tried it, because then was when the glitches began. It told me to click something to find my video (which I did), but after I selected it and hit ‘done’, it brought me back to my home screen with nothing saved. I thought that maybe I’d done something wrong, so I opened up the app again and went through all the same steps as before. Same thing happened. I’m very disappointed because, though I wasn’t able to see much of the app because of the glitch, it seems to have potential. This might actually be a good app - I guess I’ll just never find out. more

I put a video up and then I put the music in there at that point I should be able to save it to my phone or to put it on social media it says in order to remove the watermark pay $3.99 so I do that thinking OK now it doesn’t have a watermark I’ll be able to save it but it’s not allowing me to save it and it’s not allowing me to put it on social media instead it goes to the next page where it says to be a premium member you would get three day free trial and then have to pay $6.99 a week I’m sorry but this makes absolutely no sense to me & I would like my money back if it’s not going to do the job it’s supposed to without me agreeing for it to continuously charge me more

it would be much better if people got to try the app right away instead of having to go back or press continue for subscription. for example, let people have some usage for it, and if they want more tools, they would have to subscribe. and also I tried to edit a video and after I was done editing it, it was nowhere to be found. it wasn’t on the app or on my phone, but then again I didn’t subscribe. Even if I had a few days free. Sometimes you forget about your subscriptions. more

This seems like a cute little video editing app for someone who just needs it for 1 or 2 videos here and there. With it’s limited editing features and frankly the “elevator music” stock music playlists it provides, this app is not worth a $6.99/week subscription. If you were to add that up you’d be paying close to $28/month. That’s more than a professional video editing software like Adobe Premiere costs ($20/month subscription to Adobe Cloud). This is definitely not quality enough for that high of a price. more

I downloaded this app when I was in school and I have my phone during school in my backpack, this app was the only app that was making sounds during classes even with my phone on silent or completely off. I turned the notifications off and I would still get notifications. I also don’t like how they keep asking you if you want to do the premium when I kept saying no. It’s really glitchy and I have iPhone XR so I don’t know what the problem is but I wouldn’t really recommend this game to my family and friends. more

This app may look useful, but it's terrible! The pictures are totally fake. You can't record your voice unless you buy a pass. You can only use four of heir songs, which is, happy birthday, jingle bells, some rock and roll song, and a super depressing tune. They have more songs, but you have to BUY them. You can use your own music, but you have to BUY that too! I decided at the end to use their stupid sounds, but the sound wouldn't last the whole video! So I guess they want me having only half of my video with music, and the other half, nothing! So I quickly refused to use this app. NOT RECOMMENDED. more

It’s a fun app to play with and add a little something extra to your videos. I couldn’t ever upload a video it crashed every time. I was only able to take a video through the app to edit, which is a bummer. Premium version is little pricey, but there is an option to share and get the premium for free which is a nice feature. Wish it didn’t crash. more

You can only do one like once u tap done all it does is take you back to editing! U can't save it unless u add it to ur photos! It asked me to rate it every 5 min so I did With 1 star. Only because it does not work you practically have to buy every thing! Its STUPED. I am VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY disappointed and mad. I've been looking for two days now! This is defiantly not your choice of it. There is adds every 5 minutes before it wants you to rate and it is always the VERY same commercial! Do not get this app. It is a rip off. more

I’ve been using video editing software since 1999. Apps continue to make easy what was bulky and difficult. I use Splice but find this editor even more streamlined and convenient to use. The only feedback would be for a way to turn off the pop up tutorials if the user feels comfortable in the interface. The tutorials are nice but seem to dominate and are not always necessary, for some first time users. more

You get a free 3 day trial then after is $6.99 per week. Created a couple of videos quite easily. It does leave a watermark from the app in the videos unless you upgrade. Not a huge deal, but could matter to some using it for professional looking videos. It was fairly easy to use, but wouldn’t use it often enough to justify $6.99 a week. more

There is a lot of stuff you can do without paying. This is a really great app!! I am very satisfied with this app. I successfully made my video! Not a lot of provided soundtracks, and you mixed up the pop music with jazz. But I’m not mad or anything, everyone makes mistakes unless you intended to have that genre classified like that. Overall, this is one of the best apps ever. I wish I could give ten stars to you, rather than 5. 😀 more

This app is very clear and easy to use and it is very helpful for editing videos and adding music specifically. It has lots of different functionality allowing you to do almost anything with the music you add to your videos. I would definitely recommend this app for editing videos with music. more

My phone can’t download iMovie anymore but this is better for making video edits anyways. A problem a lot of other video editing apps have that they make you pay for it, and that pisses me off. This one doesn’t make you pay anything, it does have ads but they aren’t very annoying. Thanks for the good app. more

Not bad, this app works pretty well. It’s easy to use and gives a tutorial at start up which is pretty helpful. It’s easy to navigate without paying a lot of attention to the tutorial and also provides some audio with an easy way to use songs previously downloaded on your phone. I can’t even begin to imagine what the paid version of the app does, since it already works well enough. more

Only probably was cutting off at a certain area which can be a little annoying but not a big deal. This app impressed me. I thought overall it did a good job splitting. The quality of my video wasn’t perfect though, kinda blurry. Can definitely see someone using this app for content creating. Would like a more clearer ease of use though. The split videos I don’t get and I clicked to add a photo but don’t now where that photo went when editing the video. more

I’ve tried air of different apps for adding music/recordings. (I need it for my speedpaints). Anyway, this is the first app that doesn’t have a water mark and keeps the video’s frame exactly the same size it is. It was a little confusing at first because you have to click a couple different save buttons. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone! 😄👍🏽 more

The choose video section is incredibly dark and difficult to see how your media has been sorted. I just started clicking through the list until I finally made it to the section with my videos. It could be more in depth, especially for a weekly price, but overall this a great starter app for audio/video. more

It works good! I was able to make a “memorie” video on the iPhone with pictures. Mailed it to myself or text it to myself. Saved it and added it to this app to create a great video. One flaw I noticed when adding music to the video it became kind of studdery. Freezes every s often all the way through the vid. Is there a solution to this I haven’t noticed? more

If you want to try this app before buying , it might be worth downloading the free version, but otherwise it’s entirely a waste of data. The free version has no functionality, no saving, no importing and every time you try to do anything it takes you to the upgrade screen. It looks like it could be an awesome app if you’re going to go with pro version, which you can either pay for or get referrals to unlock. I gave it three stars because it looks like the pro version would be killer , but don’t waste your time with the free one. more

I was excited to use the app but I encountered a bug not that long after I opened the app. After I add a video, when I click the edit option below the video and click the different speeds, it kicks me out the app every time. It doesn’t show that I had an edit in progress either when I load back into the app. I had no problems adding music from their library to videos though. I liked the fact they had a fade option for the audio you add. more

I love the app. It very user friendly and simple to use. The tutorial is great and very helpful. I love the free trial to experience the premium but I don’t like the fact you have to pay weekly which make it almost $30 a month and to me is bit pricey for my pocket. It would be better if it was cheaper and they did a monthly rate like 12/month would sound more better and I would think more would sign up for the premium then this weekly bull crap. more

It shows directions at all has cool features but there’s no way to understand this app I mean every button you press you could delete your video you can edit your video but most of the time when I press a button and it’s something that I don’t want to do but in the directions it tells me to press the button to do what I want to do and the directions are totally not understandable don’t download this app more

I rate it a three because every time I made a song that took so much work and effort. Plus the sad thing is is that it didn’t save it so I am probably deleting this app because it is so stupid and doesn’t even tell you how to even save it in your photos. So definitely don’t recommend giving this app a try. And you can but you won’t get the best results by the way. more

Takes some time to get the hang of it... I think overall it’s a good app but I’m not tech savvy with A/V stuff and it was a little confusing for me at first. But it’s user friendly in that it lets you pick the video and music from anywhere in your libraries or from their starter music pack. The full version is pricey tho, the subscription price is too much for me more

Good concept and functionally, there appears to be nothing wrong with the app. The instructions leave a bit to be desired. Would prefer an animated walkthrough, during which specific features are highlighted (rest of the screen is darkened) with less text-heavy instructions. As it stands, the tutorial is a series of annotated screenshots, which makes it hard to absorb the info. more

it would be much better if people got to try the app right away instead of having to go back or press continue for subscription. for example, let people have some usage for it, and if they want more tools, they would have to subscribe. and also I tried to edit a video and after I was done editing it, it was nowhere to be found. it wasn’t on the app or on my phone, but then again I didn’t subscribe. Even if I had a few days free. Sometimes you forget about your subscriptions. more

This seems like a cute little video editing app for someone who just needs it for 1 or 2 videos here and there. With it’s limited editing features and frankly the “elevator music” stock music playlists it provides, this app is not worth a $6.99/week subscription. If you were to add that up you’d be paying close to $28/month. That’s more than a professional video editing software like Adobe Premiere costs ($20/month subscription to Adobe Cloud). This is definitely not quality enough for that high of a price. more

I downloaded this app when I was in school and I have my phone during school in my backpack, this app was the only app that was making sounds during classes even with my phone on silent or completely off. I turned the notifications off and I would still get notifications. I also don’t like how they keep asking you if you want to do the premium when I kept saying no. It’s really glitchy and I have iPhone XR so I don’t know what the problem is but I wouldn’t really recommend this game to my family and friends. more

It’s a fun app to play with and add a little something extra to your videos. I couldn’t ever upload a video it crashed every time. I was only able to take a video through the app to edit, which is a bummer. Premium version is little pricey, but there is an option to share and get the premium for free which is a nice feature. Wish it didn’t crash. more

Where’s the help? Nov 6, 2018

Had high hopes. So far, unable to use. Added audio, but when I play my video there’s no audio. Thought I’d save it & see if there would be audio if I played it from Photos. I hit the check mark in the upper right corner 3 or 4 times in a row, was then asked to rate the app to have the watermark removed. So here I am, hoping that doing this will progress me to the next step... which is maybe save? You know, since that’s how you’re supposed to say you’re done editing. There is no help for this app—just the superficial tutorial you get at the start. Searched online, still no help. I don’t mind having a rough start with an app if I’m not understanding something. But if I can’t even use a help or contact function, the app is useless. No point in my video if I can add audio. Wasted a lot of time. more

I don’t know if it’s just my phone, but this app is having problems. First of all, I’ve been looking for an app where you can put music to videos that has a free option. I thought I’d found the app. Until I tried it, because then was when the glitches began. It told me to click something to find my video (which I did), but after I selected it and hit ‘done’, it brought me back to my home screen with nothing saved. I thought that maybe I’d done something wrong, so I opened up the app again and went through all the same steps as before. Same thing happened. I’m very disappointed because, though I wasn’t able to see much of the app because of the glitch, it seems to have potential. This might actually be a good app - I guess I’ll just never find out. more

I put a video up and then I put the music in there at that point I should be able to save it to my phone or to put it on social media it says in order to remove the watermark pay $3.99 so I do that thinking OK now it doesn’t have a watermark I’ll be able to save it but it’s not allowing me to save it and it’s not allowing me to put it on social media instead it goes to the next page where it says to be a premium member you would get three day free trial and then have to pay $6.99 a week I’m sorry but this makes absolutely no sense to me & I would like my money back if it’s not going to do the job it’s supposed to without me agreeing for it to continuously charge me more

This app may look useful, but it's terrible! The pictures are totally fake. You can't record your voice unless you buy a pass. You can only use four of heir songs, which is, happy birthday, jingle bells, some rock and roll song, and a super depressing tune. They have more songs, but you have to BUY them. You can use your own music, but you have to BUY that too! I decided at the end to use their stupid sounds, but the sound wouldn't last the whole video! So I guess they want me having only half of my video with music, and the other half, nothing! So I quickly refused to use this app. NOT RECOMMENDED. more

You can only do one like once u tap done all it does is take you back to editing! U can't save it unless u add it to ur photos! It asked me to rate it every 5 min so I did With 1 star. Only because it does not work you practically have to buy every thing! Its STUPED. I am VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY disappointed and mad. I've been looking for two days now! This is defiantly not your choice of it. There is adds every 5 minutes before it wants you to rate and it is always the VERY same commercial! Do not get this app. It is a rip off. more
