I have been playing this game for about two months now. I read the reviews and never really had an issue because I wasn’t purchasing or betting very high. However in the past 5 days I have consistently been betting higher. Not only have I not received any pay outs to compensate for the amount of money spent. I also literally went through over 800,000,000 in less than 3 mins without a payout over 10,000. It’s so sad because I have recommended this game to others but I actually agree with the complaints surrounding poor payout. Maybe there is a glitch in the game since I haven’t had any issue until now. But it’s frustrating enough to make me write a negative review.

This might have 4.6 rating on paper based on the 5 star rating that you insist people give you in order to be paid for there time spent to review for you. I play a lot of the casino slot machines and these are by far the worts ones I have ever played. Kind of like the people you pay for your ratings, the ones playing are paying for the advertising you have too satisfy by playing their commercials . Every other spin is a advertisement. That makes it a lot of fun to play with the disruptions. Worst casino ap I have ever seen but then they are all doing the same thing.😂😂🙃😂

I love these games, but the programming makes you think you have a better chance to win than you do. A lot of the games show that you have a 1/3 chance to PICK the winning jackpot, but over MANY plays the odds are more like 1/50. This weekend they have a roulette type wheel for coin purchases that appears to keep making it more likely that you will get high level prize after each purchase, but even with 3/4 or more high prizes, doesn’t win. PLAY THE GAMES BUT AVOID PURCHASING COINS!

After years and years and thousands of dollars to become a black level VIP now they just treat you like crap! They got your money and now if you’re lucky you get 15 minutes of playing time with a purchase! They’ve taken away the only decent purchase option I had ( the daily wheel). Do not get involved in spending money on this site! You will be sorry you did Trust Me !

I was treated so poorly by the customer service here, that even though I was up to Sapphire level & still going, I deleted the site. I was insulted by the first responder more than once & they drug out the issue for days. Ultimately, I was correct so they gave me 3mil coins for all they put me through, what an insult! I’ll take my business where I’m appreciated & valued. Oh really? They say they don’t want to lose you but it’s only here they say that to look like they care to new people, but they don’t care if they lose you or not! The games were fun but not so fun to put up with their horrible customer support. They can’t even do the right thing when they make the mistake! And they talk to you like you’re an idiot! What a joke this place is! So many way nicer apps to play on.

I have tired this slot game off and on for awhile and can say there is very little fun for your dollar. Buy coin and it is gone within a few minutes. Way to many spins that don’t pay and the ones that do pay are way below what you are betting. No point on just wasting money for no action and no fun. Not enough time playing to waste time and that’s the main reason I play not to lose money for a game of fun. The other I hate the most is the worthless bonus these games give you. If your a big better and you comeback for the bonus and it’s just a few coins compared to what your betting it just joke. I rather not have bonus and be allowed to play. When I am betting 500,000 or more a spin and the bonus give 20,000 what a joke. Bonus are worthless when you play big.

Updated review: Thought I would try this app again. No luck. My coins lasted less than 5 minutes. I saw more ads to buy coins than I saw any wins. In the short time I could play, 2 popup ads came on also. Definitely won’t be trying a third time. Deleting this app after I write a review. Before I knew it, the startup coins were gone. I could play between 1 - 2 minutes. I looked up and a buy chips screen came on. I will definitely not buy coins that are fake and to only last a few minutes. Crazy if I did. It’s the whole purpose of these types of games - try to get you to buy, buy and buy. They were generous with startup coins but quicker to take it back. Bye bye. Good luck.

Bait and switch scam: A box pops up in this app that offers you $5 million coins for $4.99. After you purchase it it only gives you 500,000 coins. iTunes refunded my money. Customer service of this app did not respond other then saying to be patient for a response in a rude tone. I had seen the box 3 times before and decided to try it, making sure it said $5 million coins. Believe the negative reviews...the price of coins is not worth it and now they are scamming. This has gone well beyond their customer service response in reviews as “it’s random”. Edit: Customer service did respond and said it showed I purchased $490,000 coins. The rounding down of coins tells me they truly are scamming.
