Best Apps for Finding a Place to Live in 2021
Finding the right place to live can take time. But when you use some apps on your phone, you may find it easier than ever before.
It's so exciting to find a place to live. Whether this is your first apartment or you are looking to buy a house, it can be very exciting and overwhelming. But before you go out looking for your dream space, the first thing you have to do is figure out how much you can pay for your dream space.
That's where a good budgeting app will come in. This will tell you if you can afford it simply on your salary if you are moving in on your own, or how much you can afford if it's you and your significant other moving in. Stefan recommend one of his favorite apps below, and I am going to throw in another suggestion, just so you have a couple of options to try. My suggestion is Money Manager, which can help you with budgeting and managing your money even after you've found your new place to live.
Next, Jeff is going to talk about an app that discusses finding the COVID rates in the area you're considering for your new home. But there's another important part of finding a new neighborhood in which to live, and that is the crime rate. You want to know that you are moving to a safe area, especially if you are going to living by yourself or you have children. For this, I recommend SpotCrime. This gives you crime information across the United States and even in the UK. So, it's very useful.
Finally, when you are moving to a new area, one of the things you want is to move someplace with a lot of convenient places. For example, you want to know where the stores are when you want to go shopping, you want to know where the banks are, and for the nice days, where the parks are. When you are going out and looking at possible apartments or houses, don't take the realtor's word for it. Use the AroundMe app to see what is in your vicinity.
We hope that this has been very useful and that you are successful in finding the right place to live in 2021. Stay healthy and stay safe!

Find a great place is one thing but paying for it is a whole different ball-game. Chances are you'll need to start budgeting. A reliable platform such as Wallet will easily save you $200 a month - at least.
