Best Apps for Celebrating Valentines Day During COVID-19
The face of Valentine's Day is looking a bit different this year. But you don't have to miss out on the romance due to COVID when you use the right apps! Make this Valentine's Day one to remember, even at home.
It's finally the year 2021! I know I'm glad and, I'm sure you are too, that 2020 is finally over. Unfortunately, for now, many of us are still limited as to what we can do for special occasions such as Valentine's Day. It's uncertain if we will be able to celebrate by going out on February 14th, but just in case we're not, it's a good idea to have an alternative plan.
If you and your loved one have a special restaurant that you enjoy, the good news is that with apps such as GrubHub, you can have your favorite food delivered right to your house.
However, if you would prefer to make your spouse or loved one a special dinner, there are many recipe apps out there that can help you create a culinary masterpiece to tantalize their tastebuds. Even if you only have hotdogs and baked beans, I'm certain that there is a recipe out there that can make it delicious and amazing!
So, after dinner is over, whether you cook it yourself or have it delivered, there are plenty of apps that you can use to keep the romance going. Maybe you'd like to play a game with just the two of you. There are plenty of romantic couples game apps, such as Desire that you can download.
If you're not into games, you can always watch some romantic movies on one of ht streaming apps like DIsney+or Vudu. There are a lot of great movies from which to choose, so you are sure to find one that you will enjoy.
Finally, if you have enough room, you can always put on some music and simply dance. Few things are more romantic!
Finally, what if you can't be together in person because you are in a long-distance relationship or because the person you love is in quarantine? Well, you can still use the tips above. Sending them their favorite meal across the miles through one of the delivery apps is a good place to start.
You also can send them flowers or a gift. Don't forget, many guys like flowers, too! Check out my colleague's suggestion below for a flower for a great idea for sending them something special.
We all hope that next year or later this year will be normal. But until then, thank goodness for apps for making our life a bit easier!
