Spider Solitaire is a slightly different variation of your classic solitaire card game. There are tons of variations of solitaire, including Klondike Solitaire, Tri Peaks Solitaire, Pyramid Solitaire, and more. Unlike other solitaire games, Spider Solitaire uses two decks of playing cards shuffled together - which makes it pretty difficult to master! If you think you’re ready for a more challenging solitaire game, try one of these free Spider Solitaire apps. insert introduction paragraph here
Spider Solitaire (by MobilityWare)
The best thing about this Spider Solitaire app is how comprehensive it is. Do you want to customize your deck? You can do that. Do you want to track your player statistics? There’s a feature for that. Are you left-handed? There’s a configuration for that. Do you want to challenge yourself, but still occasionally win? You’re in luck because these games are difficult but guaranteed winnable - if you’re a good enough player. Plus, the interface design is engaging and modern, which adds another layer to your card game experience.
Users have given this particular app rave reviews, but there is one main complaint. Because it’s free to download and free to play, you’ll have to deal with some pop-up advertisements now and then. However, if you’re willing to tolerate some ads in order to enjoy a pretty comprehensive Spider Solitaire app, this one is for you.
Spider Solitaire (by Magma Mobile)
Unlike the previous Spider Solitaire app, this one is much simpler and to-the-point. There are no extra frills or features that you may not need to play a great game of solitaire. Choose your difficulty, choose your color scheme, and get straight to playing - no extra customization or modification necessary. Plus, there are no ads that pop up in the middle of gameplay! Yes, there are some ads (it’s a free app, so that’s understandable) but thankfully not enough to distract you when you’re in the zone.
However, because it’s a simpler interface, you don’t have options you otherwise might take advantage of. For example, you can’t rotate the screen to play in another aspect or play in left-handed mode. That being said, if you’re looking for a straightforward game of solitaire to pass the time, this is the app for you.
Spider Solitaire is difficult but rewarding. If you’re in search of a more challenging solitaire game then this may be the next game for you. These two Spider Solitaire apps are hands down the best apps for Spider Solitaire on the App Store or Google Play. Each offers unique advantages and disadvantages, so at this point, it’s up to you to decide which one fits your needs!
