It works through the websites Trulia and Zillow, two of the top real estate websites out there, and updates you when someone shows interest in the house. For example, if someone signs up for a viewing, then the app will notify you and even add it to your calendar. It will also input the client's information into the app, so you can give them a call with just the touch of a button.

The fact that this app informs you when you get a lead is fantastic for the full-time agent, but if you are only part-time, you may want to turn off this feature.  If the feature is left on, you will continue to receive push notifications if you get a lead. But, this is a good thing. After all, you wouldn't want to end up missing one, would you?
