    When I want a healthy and filling meal Zoe's is my go to. The food is always fresh, tasty, and hot. Some of my favorites are the steak and chicken kabobs. The steak is so juicy and flavorful! The baked falafel has also become a fav. Until Zoe's I'd never had a baked falafel so I was skeptical, but to my surprise I don't miss the extra calories from the grease at all. I'm not sure what I like better the food or the excellent staff. I've been here several times and the staff has always made you feel welcome with a greeting and a smile One employee who is especially wonderful is Troi. On a recent visit, my friend and I were the only ones sitting outside. Trioi came out and made sure we were good and that the other eating areas were clean and ready. We were there for a while and she came out again to make sure we were good. I was so impressed with her enthusiasm to give us quality service that I had to thank her. On tonight's visit the staff was no different. As usual they were friendly and accommodating. I had to let the manager Danny know how impressed I was with his staff. He said that during the interview process customer service is emphasized. He said that the "customer has a thousand food options, and good food is good food, but we have to set ourselves apart from the rest and make our service outstanding too" Welp! That made me love this place even more You can't go wrong with this formula!

    I continue to be thrilled that I get delicious foods in perfect portions at a fair price. I used to go to Rubio’s, Chipotle, and Flower Child a lot for healthy fast options but portions and food quality has dropped dramatically at Rubio’s and Chipotle, although still good quality, the service is TOO FAST. They churn people through the line teams many times I’ve encountered mistakes on pick up orders. Employees at both places come off like they are exhausted and unenthused and tough to talk to during a rush and you need a problem fixed. Flower Child is beautiful food but portions are tiny and way over-priced. Folks at Zoe’s are always friendly and available to help. Last, Zoe’s salad dressing is simplistic but just the right amounts of oil, lemon, and vinegar. I’ve tried replicating it but can’t get it right so I just buy a bottle. Try it. It’s so good on everything!

    Everything about Zoe's is great. The app is really helpful in making sure you get exactly what u want. The only problem I had was creating an account. I input all my information in and it wouldn't accept it bc it said I needed to correct the things "marked in red," but there was nothing marked in red. Anyway other than that the app and Zoe's is fantastic!

    Works smoothly and makes ordering easier, pretty much exactly what a good app needs to do. The feature to add back points if you do not use the app immediately is also very nice. Definitely a good use of app storage if you like grabbing Zoe's

    I really wanted to like this app. I'm a regular restaurant app user and love the personalized experience and loyalty rewards they offer. However, I just can't get on board with the Zoe's app. First of all, I didn't like that you can't use it right away after downloading- it takes 24 hours to 'get you in the system', which is annoying. Then when I go to enter my receipt from the purchase without my rewards card it's difficult and tedious. Let me take s picture please! You also dont stay signed in, and have to repeatedly sign in- very annoying when you're trying to check out in the store. I also can't seem to see where my ZK rewards are- I get them emailed to me but there's no record in my actual app so I'm flipping from email to app. Again, very tedious and a bad user experience. If I could see my available rewards and expiration dates, I'm more likely to make a visit to use them. On top of all this, the app itself seems to be hit or miss. I'll have a good day where the app moves quickly and can find a location/menu, and others where it sits and thinks for ages before crashing on me. Please be consistent! It's annoying to never know if using the app is worth the hassle.

    I love Zoe’s and began using this app in 2019 and loved it. I entered my orders easily with no issues, paid thru app and my food was ready when I arrived, saving me 30 minutes of my lunch hour (my location is very busy). I used it 3-4 times per week. Biggest fan ever.! Early in 2020 I noticed there were issues with the app. First, all my login info was cleared and reentering it was filled with errors which prevented me from logging in. After a month of trying, I got in again, only to find that I spend time inputting my order, but it wont complete the order and take me to checkout. After hitting “add to order” 25 times in every way possible it finally worked, only to have the same issue when completing the order. I am not at the Zoe’s as often during Covid, but look forward to my 2-3 visits per week when my office reopens. I really hope the issues are fixed or I won’t be eating there as often. To developers, I use this app on an iphone 11. Please test the app and fix the issues introduced in 2020.

    I’ve been a regular customer of Zoës since they’ve come to our area, dining alone or bringing in a number of friends who’d never even heard of it before. I’ve brought in a large group of people for lunch (20+ & arranged it all beforehand). A local not-for-profit group will be holding a fundraiser here from my recommendation of how we could raise funds here. I think this is at least the 3rd time the rewards program has changed in at least as many years (altho it seems like the 5th)! Please decide how you want to go forward with your program then keep it that way. And please make sure it’s user-friendly which this newest update I personally don’t think is. I want to support this business where I have so many other choices within a small walking distance. Please don’t make it confusing. 2 examples: keep my Zoës barcode immediately available like the previous rewards program. Let me photograph the receipt that didn’t get included. Thanks.

    This app is basically pointless. It literally makes you spend at least a hundred and something dollars before you can even get a good reward. Besides that the rewards are cups of water not literally but you get the point. And then if you don't use your points within a certain amount of time your points expire so it's no point in even having them anyway. Will probably delete the app🤷🏽

    Zoës is always fresh and a pleasant experience 😍 They don’t ever get my order wrong and on the rare occasions the rice may not be done or the meat is a bit dry, they remake it fresh no issues for me. I started eating there around 3 1/2 years ago, way before the app and get the same thing every time 😂 It literally always hits the spot and bc it’s fresh, non GMO etc I always feel ready to go and more energized after eating with them than other restaurants or food choices. I love the app Bc you’re not getting 1 point for every dollar you spend and any reward system is honestly good customer service in 2018 👏🏼 I highly recommend giving them a shot and their kabob plates! Chicken/Steak with the mustarda sauce — you cannot go wrong.

    Update: Definitely has gotten better. Would be better if user could us GPS to find the nearest location instead of having to look by city, often I just want to find the nearest location quickly

    The app was almost given 3 stars because the lack of this one feature really bugs me. Everything else runs fairly smooth: the menu, the selections, the locations, and the random rewards - side note: it would be a great idea to provide the option of receiving alerts for rewards whether they are expiring or if you receive a new one. It would also be cool to get alerts when your online order is ready for pickup... Anyway, please add the option to save your credit card info for easier/quicker ordering. I’m usually ordering on the go and the current setup won’t allow me to quickly select a previous order and then quickly pay. And please shoot me some extra rewards when you add these awesome features because your good reviews will skyrocket!! 😂

    First off, really like Zoës as a restaurant. I go usually 3-4 times per month. When I first discovered them and their app late in 2017, couldn't understand why the app had so many people upset, but now I do. I think part of it is that the restaurant experience is so good the app fails by comparison, and also other restaurant apps are just a better experience (I'm thinking Starbucks here). It can't remember my login from visit to visit if it's longer than a couple of days, which other modern apps can do, and there's no way to save ordering information for app orders. I can understand if they don't want to save credit card numbers, but then why keep logging me out of the app if there's no sensitive data there??? It's a problem because I go place my order quickly at the counter because they're awesome like that, and then I'm stuck holding up the line of people to try to get my rewards credit by opening and logging in to an app, feeling like an idiot, and ultimately just give up out of frustration. Either fix the app, or bring back old fashioned barcode or even punch cards, those are much faster than this app!

    I love Zoe’s and I’m frequently on the go, so I make a lot of online orders. The most frustrating thing is having to enter my information over and over. What’s the point of having a login account if you can’t save your credit card information? The other annoying thing is not being able to get an order in 15 minutes. You are able to select a pickup time of 15 minutes from the order time but when you go to check out, it makes you select the next available time of 30 minutes. What’s the point of having a 15 min window if it is never available? I want to love this app but I wish they would fix these two things.

    I think this is the first app I’ve ever reviewed because I hated it so much. The ordering process was fine, it was the checkout that was awful! I chose a pick up time, filled in the 70 blanks they requested, went to checkout and my pickup time was no longer available. Had to hit “back” 5 times to select a new time and then re enter all of my information. Why didn’t it save?! So annoying! (Side note: It was a pick up. Why do you need my address for a pick up?!) Moving along, fix the annoying time snafu. And it would be great if all the information that I have saved in my phone (name, phone number, credit card info) could be auto populated like it is in most other apps/websites.

    The menu is fairly easy to navigate. However, the checkout process is mostly the problem. Would be much better if you could save your credit card info. It is so frustrating to have to do it over and over again especially on the setting that if you are doing a pick up for soonest available time, if you take too long to check out it says that your time for pick up is no longer available and you have to go back and pick another time and then renter the credit card info. Also, if you added an easier option to choose what soda you wanted, that would be nice.
