    Why give me the option to track my order if it never opens? The tracking never works or loads or opens even. This is frustrating when you know they should’ve already arrived.

    I love shopping with you guys but something is wrong with the app every time I use It I bee shopping on the app and all of a sudden it just shuts down on me I don't know if there's a time limit on the app but its not good that it keeps shutting off by itself and I have to start over in what I was looking for, love your company but please fix the app

    I had a great experience with this company, I had accidentally given them the wrong prescription, but I emailed twice called twice and they got back to me the following business day. (I called and emailed on Friday) They fix my prescription and I paid for expedited shipping and my glasses got here in seven days. I ordered three pairs they are all my favorite I can’t ever choose which ones to wear continuously throughout the day.

    I love these glasses. Orders are processed and received within a month (prescription, transition lens, blue light, etc). Coupons and freebies in each shipment. I don’t need anymore glasses but these are so cute. I have received three separate orders and have another on the way!

    Just down loaded the app and three times it has shut down on me. Uninstalled and it shut down again. Will uninstall permanently if it happens again.

    App works as well as the website. Had some troubles logging in with my email after using fb to log in. But it went away. The biggest issue is tracking. I’m able to teach on the website but not on the app. I also want a tracking number but not given one, I’d like to track the package with USPS. I’m also not given an arrival date. It’s been well over 3 weeks. :( I hope the glasses are worth waiting for 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

    Purchased two pairs of glasses at the end of November. They took 7 weeks to show up. One pair was ugly, uncomfortable, and didn’t fit right. When I asked for a refund, they told me I could get 50% of my money back. I emailed them everyday for a week asking why I was only getting 50% back since this policy isn’t anywhere on their website. I sent messages via Instagram and Twitter asking what their return policy was and I was ignored. I called several times and was sent to voicemail. It was only when I left a bad review on Google Play that someone called me twice in one night. After talking to someone for 40 minutes I was told that I could pay to send my glasses back and after discounting this and that I would get my money back. On a $100 purchase, that equaled $30. It would cost me $15 just to send them back! Absolute nonsense. Don’t buy a single thing from this company.

    Getting People's Contacts seems to be how this company makes money. If you use Gmail or Facebook... Beware! I denied my contacts 3 times trying to register before they blocked signing in without allowing me to deny. Can't trust a company that won't allow someone not have access to people. This was a red flag so I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and was happy I uninstalled, never registering. BBB Rating is an F 1.89 out of 5 rating 88 complaints last 2 years

    I have ordered from Zeelool three times the first two pairs of glasses with the wrong prescription and used the website, and I assumed that I had some how I put some random numbers in there that weren’t mine. They gave me 50% credit for “my mistake” and I ate the shipping charges that forced me to pay express. The second time my glasses came in fine. Now this is my third time and used the app, and for some reason those same wrong numbers for my prescription (like they were the first time). I haven’t ever had a prescription of that number in my life. Can’t get a hold of anyone and I’m pretty upset to think that maybe the first time wasn’t my mistake after all....

    Why do you even offer this app? NOTHING transfers from your profile. Very awkward and not user friendly. Feels like app was built by an amateur. This company makes excellent glasses and I’ve ordered a few glasses from them but thru their website. Great experience there. I wanted to try the app. What a joke ... they will loose customers probably and people will miss out on the great cheap frames and fun frames these guys have. PLEASE hire a professional company to build your app where all our profile info transfers to it including our saved prescriptions. Thanks.

    I work in the medical field. They told me I could add a coating to the glasses since my glasses get foggy wearing a mask. I emailed back and forth and apparently the only way for you to get this on my glasses is if get this THEY ARE FAKE! If I had fake glasses that did nothing for me (no reason to have them on) why would I need anti fog? Yet people who need it, can’t get it. I will not be ordering from them EVER this company is a joke!

    I had no issues with the app. The company is another story. Purchased two pairs of glasses and one didn't fit comfortably. I've been emailing the company for a week trying to return the glasses and they'll only refund me 50% of what I paid because that's there "policy". No where is this stated on their website nor was I informed of this when I made the purchase. I've tried calling & messaging on social media to get a clear answer about their refund policy and I've been ignored. Save your $$.

    So ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+ with this company. I will not purchase my glasses anywhere else. Great quality and even better prices. I know they can take awhile to receive, but I can deal with that given how awesome my specs are once they arrive. Only issue with the app is the TRY ON feature doesn't work and the cart does not update with discounts, amount of glasses etc. So I just use the browser on my phone and I'm good. 😊❤⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    The app does need a bit of bug fixing in areas. However, my shopping experience was pretty good. I ordered on 9/7/20 and received my glasses 9/23/20. I did opt for a $1 frame and the free lenses and received just that. They’re pretty but not durable. I would also recommend sending new glasses with a cleaning cloth in addition to the case and the eyeglass screwdriver. I’ve already ordered my 2nd pair this time not skimping on quality and getting the more durable frame/lens options.

    I ordered my glasses on feb6th I just got a message that the label was created. It still hasn't shipped. The glasses are worth the money. They only last about a year. So for that time that's good for me. But I'm going to try another company because the shipping time gets longer and longer each order. It's been almost a month and they still haven't even shipped it. I read other issues that I didn't have using a computer.

    I'm using Android Google Pixel 3 ~ the try on feature didn't work online; it wouldn't upload my picture. So, I downloaded the app. There was some progress, as I was able to either take a picture, and/or upload one. However, that's as far as it went. I tried different frames, but the frames would not load on my face. I also had to reload my image with each new frame.

    The company is unresponsive and unreliable . Never buy Any glasses because you will not receive them. And when you try to call they never answer. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses last year and never received them
