I use this app for all my devices' ringtones, wallpapers and notifications. I like the variety of choices within all categories. Their library is massive. It's so hard to choose, so I just keep changing my preferences whenever I want and whatever I feel at the moment. Also, the monthly subscription is stupendous! It's very affordable. Just one thing, it would be even better to have more tools to adjust the graphics of the wallpapers to your liking if you choose to alter them.

Something changed with app!!
more lessMy live wallpapers use to work fine which was great and now none of my live wallpapers seem to work when I set them on my locked screen which is where I set all my live wallpapers! What’s going on??? I love Zedge but please fix this issue!!!! :(. I wrote this a while back and yet no response from zedge or apple because I don’t know who controls platform. I really wish someone would reach out and tell me why my live wallpapers won’t go live anymore as they use to. Miss having that feature on my lock screen. Thank you for reading and it is a 5 star app because I love it but right now only 4 til live wallpapers start working again.

Best iOS App for personalization
more lessI’ve had this app for years, throughout many devices. I have liked it and I have also hated it. Since the last update though, I more than like it, I love it. I normally do not come to the App Store to write reviews but here I am. I LOVE THIS NEW VERSION. I love it because you can now download live Wallpapers for the iPhone X by watching ads. This is genius. It basically makes premium content free if you have the data to use and you can get legit live wallpapers on your iPhone. This is something I have not found in any other app. I do not like the smoke live wallpapers or the sand ones either. I now have an app that I can get new live wallpapers from and they work just like and other HDR photo on the iPhone. Thank you Zedge! Keep up the good work! Keep the ads coming! NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD SAY THAT! But if you can keep pushing out quality content and all I gotta do to buy that content is watch a 30 second ad, I am good! Lol

This app has so many ringtones to pick from and set, which is great since on Android phones you can't set a custom ringtone without an app so if you're looking for a particular sound then you just have to hope they have it. But for me they had the sound effect I have been looking for on other apps and it made me so happy! I have seen reviews complaining about adds, in my experience the adds were fairly moderate so I say it's a great app.

more lessThere's a reason why ZEDGE has been so successful since the early days of the App Store. It's one of the best apps for seeking and finding tons wallpapers and ring tones to suit every taste. You can't please everyone with UI changes, but speaking for myself I find the change refreshing. Ads don't pop up but are set within the scroll like pictures you can choose or pass as you go. Darned good implementation! Apps must be payed for and I don't see Zedges method for accomplishing this end as troublesome compared to so very many other wallpaper apps which don't advertise that they require a subscription in their descriptions and pop you with rediculous and confusing flash screens the moment you open the app. Such apps don't get past that point before I delete them. Zedge,however, I'll keep.

zedge is hot garbage
more lesszedge used to be an amazing app, but the choices made by their developers has hurt this app to it's core. they have made it so on android you don't actually download the ringtones, you save a clip of them to a media folder, and in order to use said ringtones, you have to use their app. so yeah i am done with this app.

Been using this app for years, all the other reviews will complain about ads but if you want a free service with amazing content the ads are necessary for them to make a profit. So I completely understand why there are so many ads. Thank you for remaining the best ringtone and wallpaper app out there for the past decade.

I paid for the monthly ad free subscription and I'm getting ads like the free version. I tried putting in a support ticket, but that went nowhere. I cancelled my subscription in the app store. I will reconsider and change my rating if my subscription is honored. Other than that, it's great and full of content. Edit: the ads disappeared after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I'm changing my rating but am waiting to see if it happens again before renewing the subscription.

love Zedge!! Been using it for years & only kinda/sorta recently started having an issue with it. when I try to listen to a notification or ring tone sound, it won't play it. I tap play ▶️ and a circle just spins around until I tap again to stop it. I'd like to keep customizing my phones various notifications & ring tones with as many sounds as I want. But I won't know wether I like it or not if I can't hear it first! It's not due to my phones settings either. Any suggestions??

Too much scariness
more lessHi, I just downloaded this app. It is a great background app, but my complaint is.. that it’s too scary to even look at it. I understand its halloween but, a voodoo doll? Like, come on! Pointing out the middle finger? There may be kids looking at this app, and I feel like its too inappropriate and a very bad example for kids. I don’t want to see the halloween backgrounds ever again. Like maybe put it in a section, but I don’t want to see it on the home page. No no no no! The rest are good which I like. So many options to choose from. Please do this ASAP!

I like it. U use tons of ringtones for friends, family, work, and other things. But all of a sudden the app, won't add a new alarm noise to wake me up in the morning. It's like all of a sudden the app started to suck. I can use the ringtones and add them as contacts and then they work fine. But when I download so to speak or put it as something different it says it has but the phone says otherwise... Whats the issue???

more lessI love this app. But there are some reasons I do not. One is that so many of the backgrounds are boring, and we don't get enough new ones, or one that spice it up a bit. Maybe you could have 20-30 new backgrounds posted for an entire week and then refresh once a new week starts. What I mean by refresh is getting rid of the backgrounds you had before, and getting new ones each week. For example, every Tuesday we get completely new ones. Maybe the ones people like best from last week 1-5 could be posted somewhere and stay up for another week. Also, we need it more organized. For example, by themes: seasons, nature, emotions, quotes, music, etc. It would be much easier to find what we are looking for. Like I said, I like this app, but it needs to be tweaked a bit. Thanks for you consideration!!

Limited, my favorite bands such as "of monsters and men" "the oh hellos" and "the crane wives" have little to no options. Only songs that have showed up on the radio or tik tok are available from them. I'm not able to have my absolute favorite song "in memoriam by the oh hellos" and it's terrible. It's like that with most artist I like, none of their other songs are ever featured.

Update Made it Worse
more lessI've had this app for quite some time and through the years it has steadily declined in both ease of use and quality. The addition of premium content made things inaccessible and now this new update that took away premium makes it so tedious to download anything. I'm not getting the things that I used to when I search for something and overall it honestly is just so much worse. That being said, it's probably one of the best out there. None of these apps are honest and none of them are accessible really.

Where to see saved media?
more lessOk, so there used to be three lines in the top left corner and you could see your saved wallpapers, ringtones, and notifications. But it seems like they removed that, because now they don’t even have a way to save media, whenever you clicked on a wallpaper or anything it would have a heart button next to the download button, if they have removed this, I feel like that would be a little dumb, because you could have all your favorite wallpapers, ringtones, and notifications all in one place.

Like the app, but can’t find what I want
more lessI like the app and the idea of it. But, when I’m on Google or other sources and find a ringtone or wallpaper I’d like to have, I can’t find it in the app! I’ve searched up the same exact title and tried other things, but nothing works. I feel that it would be better to be able to be taken to the specific ringtone or wallpaper in the app (if it’s downloaded) once you click some sort of button on the website. I have deleted the app before due to this, and this is a personal dislike I have for the app, but nonetheless it’s a great app!
