    I started buying swimsuits from ZAFUL about a year ago. At first I didn’t know if it was legit because of how cheap/affordable the swimsuits were, but I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered based on the size chart and it’s usually pretty accurate, but do keep in mind the inconsistency of sizes that comes with ordering online without being able to try things on, as well as their extensive inventory that isn’t always going to fit the same (could be due to fabrics or style). I try to order a couple that I can potentially mix and match in case a bottom or top doesn’t fit as well as I’d like (if anything donate or sell what you don’t like). I like that I can get a variety of swimsuits that are trendy, and I don't feel like I’m spending too much. Also I get tired of swimsuits after awhile so it’s nice to switch it up every now and then. Overall I’ve purchased most of my swimsuits from ZAFUL since I discovered it- shipping takes a couple weeks so plan ahead. :)

    I normally shop on my laptop because I like having a bigger screen but this app works pretty well. Its more convenient then opening a up my browser on my phone and typing in the website. The app makes it a quicker process. I also like the bonus discount I get

    Hello ZAFUL community !!! I am so excited to share my experiences with previous orders from this site. A little about what I love purchasing from ZAFUL are, the many choices of bikinis of course! I am an ADICT of bikinis. The quality of each piece I received in the mail, I have to say were exactly what I expected from the model in the photo, which is what anyone could ask for. Each little bikini arrived in their own water resistant zip lock with the company’s logo on it. I thought this was a great way of packaging, because everyone has had that experience at the pool or the beach where they have no clue where to pack up their wet bathing suit when the days up, well now I have a way every time and they truly are water resistant. I love this company and will continue shopping from their site, but even with great company’s there are improvements to be made. If I had to make one improvement to this site, it would be to have tracking your package a little easier and quicker. I know standard shipping mailing won’t be at your door with a click of a button, but maybe some guidance to keep the customers mind at ease that their package isn’t lost. Overall I would give this site a recommendation to anyone of my friends, and trust me I will be making more purchases this new year.

    Yes, it’s easy to assume that because the clothes on this site are very cute and cost effective that it’s a scam and you’re not actually going to get what you ordered however, I’m here to say that this is completely FALSE! I have purchased quite a lot of clothing from Zaful and I can say that this store is 100% reliable! Every item I have received has come with rather quick speed, quality, and the items even reflect exactly what the photos look like online. I know that while shopping online many can run into the issue of not really knowing what clothing items might fit them however, due to the nature of their sizing charts (including various body measurements) I haven’t run into the issue of items being “too big/small”. Even so, there is luckily many different reviews on most products containing photos of the reviewers and their measurements to help you get an even better idea of sizing! One of my favorite things about this site are the consistent sales (which list items that are truly on sale and not just $2 off from the original price). Overall, I actively recommend this store to my friends and everyone who compliments my outfits because Zaful is truly a blessing that should be experienced by everyone!

    I ordered a hoodie and the dilivery time was about 2 months maybe more. The reason for the 3 stars is because I do really think the hoodie is how is described the material is great and it fits. If they could find a way to make deliveries faster that will make of them one of my main clothes selling sites.

    I know you’re looking at this app and thinking “yeah this seems like one of those trashy companies that use stock photos of cute clothes to sell garbage-quality knockoffs” because I thought the exact same thing. In the world of too-cute-to-be-true, I’ve had way more burns than successes. But I ordered a few pieces from this site (against my better judgment, tbh) and I was pleasantly surprised with the clothes I received. They do look like the picture! I won’t say the quality will blow you away- some things are more sheer than expected and have that texture of something definitely not off the Nordstrom rack- but otherwise the clothes are exactly what I wanted. They fit in the right places and looked GOOD. I can’t vouch for every one of their items; I only bought a few. But when I opened my first order and saw what arrived I instinctively reached for my phone to open the app again because I’m hooked now. Just take good care of the clothes (some small issues include thin material and potentially weak straps) and they should be well worth the inexpensive price you paid.

    About a year ago I was super nervous to make my first purchase at ZAFUL, but after getting a review from a close friend my worries were put at easy and I decided to go big, and after buying 20+ items, and being in love with each and every one of them I can assure you that you won’t regret buying from ZAFUL either! Every piece I got fitted perfectly and was just like the pictures, te quality was great and the prices incredibly affordable and to this day I’m still wearing those items I got a year ago and that says a lot about the quality! After my first purchase I went ahead and bought lots and lots (not kidding) of swimsuits and I can also say they’re good quality, affordable and just so trendy and cute! Today ZAFUL clothing makes up for more than half of my closet and I’m not mad about it! And also the costumer service did not disappoint me, they were quick to get back to me and solve any problems I had and the shipping only takes at the most 2-3 weeks. All and all I rate ZAFUL 5 starts because they deserve all of them!

    So a few months ago, I ordered a sweater from their flash sale. A couple months passed, and I still hadn’t received it, so I sent them a message via their customer service chat inquiring where my item was. They told me that they didn’t have it anymore (never told me this beforehand) and that they didn’t even have it when I ordered it. First off, why would you even sell me an item you didn’t have anymore?? Anyway, they said I had two options: I could get a refund in store credit and use it as a discount on my future orders, or exchange for another item. I tried to use my refund on another item, but it only took off $2 from my $27 order. I sent them a message saying that I was upset that I couldn’t just get a whole item because they made a mistake and didn’t deliver my first order so I should NOT have to spend 10x the amount I originally spent (because my first order was $25 or so) and if they only let me use $2 of my refund on each order, I’m gonna end up having to spend WAY more than what I originally paid. I’ve continued to message them and have still not gotten a full refund of any sort. So basically, zaful “sold” me a product they no longer had, took my money, and never gave me a refund, aka they stole my money. I’m extremely upset. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

    I ordered one coat on March 1st, 2019, with standard shipping. 8 days passed and i was starting to get concerned as the standard shipping says 3-9 days so i triple checked my email for a shipping confirmation and nothing was there. Meanwhile i was constantly getting emails with coupons (extremely annoying). So i decided to contact customer service. I pasted in my order number and immediately was told my item was out of stock. I ordered the jacket in white small, and it did not say out of stock before i added it to my cart, while i was putting in my payment info, or after i placed and confirmed my order. The agent on the other end was extremely unclear with why it was out of stock and what my options were, saying it would never go back on sale and then saying I could get it in 3 weeks and then saying I could only refund it. Customer service responds quick but is seriously unclear. I sent a screenshot of my order confirmation because the agent was claiming I did not pay for my order when I did, and as soon as I sent that screenshot they claimed i was using “abusive language” and ended the chat. I am extremely unhappy with my experience and will not be ordering from this site again. I would strongly suggest that you do not order from Zaful, terrible experience.

    I have been given a different answer regarding my issue every time I call customer service. I always give it more than 24 hours for the email to reach me regarding my issue and I’m back to square one with an automated message asking me to explain my issue. I’m tired of explaining that I want a refund for items that were not delivered to me. The USPS delivered my package to the wrong address and although I do not blame ZAFUL for this mistake, they are not doing anything to try and figure out where my package went. I have contacted USPS and I was told the package was confirmed as delivered, but it was clearly not delivered to my home. Each time I call customer service I either get “we will follow up with USPS and start a claim so wait 5-7 days” waited and nothing. “We will process a refund for you please wait 24 hours for an email” waited and nothing. Or the last one, “we can not give you a refund you have to call USPS but I will follow this up with support”.....DIDNT I JUST CALL SUPPORT? I’m so confused. Why can’t my issue be solved over one simple phone call? I really like ZAFUL’s prices and clothing and I want to experience it for myself, but I’m not going to want to order again if I receive this kind of treatment. I just want some sort of solution.

    let’s get some of the positives of this out of the way: good prices (certainly not dollskill prices for fast fashion), & they have lots of cute clothes (pretty much the only good things i can say). now to the negatives. all i have to say is oh my god where do i BEGIN with this app. checking in to get z points takes forever and i’m absolutely positive it’s intentional because i’ve restarted my phone multiple times and it’s never any faster. i’m 99% sure they’re doing this so that you lose your check-in streak and overall just get less points. the updates on packages are super slow and sometimes it just straight up tells me that there’s no tracking info on my package bc there’s something wrong with the app. just today it started showing me the tracking info again and there were updates from days and days ago that i was NEVER aware of because this god awful app is so slow. and now for the grand finale: SHIPPING. I HAVE NEVER HAD WORSE PROBLEMS WITH SHIPPING ON ANY OTHER WEBSITE OR APP. shipping for 3 items cost me $20. personally, i think that is OUTRAGEOUS. i honestly would be STUPID not to delete this app as soon as my package arrives.

    I am not writing this review based on the products or pricing in this app, I am writing this review based on my feedback from user experience and the layout and design. Credibility: I work for a software company whose app has been the top ten paid apps for months now, along with that I am an adamant online shopper and use many different apps on the daily. This app needs a lot of work. It is not intuitive at all and you can easily get lost. You click into one spot and can’t get back, there’s SO much stuff everywhere trying to find something is a task in itself. The search only works in certain instances. I checked in fine the first three days I had it and now I can’t find the check in spot. So instead I go to read about zpoints, click the check in and it wants me to sign in again? I am already signed into the app, why should a user have to sign in again? And no option to sign in w/ facebook on that page like I have been doing. I can go on and on. Nothing makes sense in this app. Maybe just reconsider the functionality and design because it makes me so scatter brained every time I open it. Very counter intuitive. Might have good products, but I don’t even want to go on to search because it’s a mess.

    (Keep in mind this company pays people to write good reviews. Every good review on this is a paid person. Read the bad reviews and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY) This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never in my life written a bad review for a company but I had to with this one because it was so bad. I ordered something more than 2 weeks ago. 10 days ago I was notified that a shipping label had been created. It’s been 10 days and the shipping company still has not received the package. I have contacted zaful customer service 5 times now trying to figure out why fed ex has not received a package that a label was created for 10 days ago and they keep giving me the runaround, will not answer my questions and repeat the same incompetent response each time. They keep saying the package has been shipped and telling me to be patient but I contact fed ex (the shipping company they use) and they assured me that they have not received the package yet. Zaful is by far the worst company I have ever ordered from and urge everyone to not waste their money because it will be stolen, they will not ship your package and they will not help you or answer any questions you have.

    Okay I have several issues so my first issue is I have refunded an item and I know Dham well it should be no problem because I placed the order that day they send me the email that night that they have refunded the order and TO MY SURPRISE I check my bank and IT IS NOT THERE I have not received my money for a refund so I go back to contact then and it is extremely difficult. I am very upset and disappointed I had very high hopes for this app but it is garbage and it highly disappoints me. I will be telling anyone who mentions this app that it is not reliable or responsive. My second issue is the shipping time. I had purchased a swimsuit for a trip I’m going on two weeks prior to going on the trip and I pay standard shipping. Standard shipping is usually 5-7 days. Hun it’s been almost two weeks and my swimsuit possible might not get here in time. It was my mistake for expecting it in standard time!?!? If you pay for standard shipping you should get it in standard time so shipping price is not at all fair or reasonable for the time in which it comes. You are not special if other companies do it you should do it to it’s just business. Another thing is I’ve called the support line and I was hung up on. Which is extremely rude.

    I don't know why this Store Online is so difficult to Deal with! I was going to spend almost a $100.00 online shopping with them but,I asked how I could make a Payment Plan thru Afterpay App,they totally Ignored me! So I never Ordered anything from their Store.

    Literally my go to store for ANY cute bikini!!! I always like rotating my swimsuits every summer so buying a bikini set that’s over $50 is just a waste, especially after finding all the cute and unique bikinis on ZAFUL! They have every trend and so many options it’s hard to find someone else wearing the exact same one as you (which is often my problem if I buy bikinis from target). You’d think the bikinis would be a crappy quality with their prices too but the quality of these swimsuits is SO GREAT!! The clothing is also great! I find the same quality and style of items I can find at Urban Outfitters or Brandy Melville for literally less than half of the price!! And you get points just for opening the app everyday. Only thing that kinda bugs me is the shopping time because it could delivery fast or slow there’s no way to tell but when everything is so cute and cheap and high quality, it’s hard to complain! I just get so excited about the items I order haha

    I've ordered multiple items at different times and they have come as expected. I love the packaging it comes in because you don't have to mess with it much. Clothing has met expectations. The app is also not much different from the web browser and I like using both! You still get the same useful usage on the app and it's very easy to control as well as navigate.

    I started buying swimsuits from ZAFUL about a year ago. At first I didn’t know if it was legit because of how cheap/affordable the swimsuits were, but I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered based on the size chart and it’s usually pretty accurate, but do keep in mind the inconsistency of sizes that comes with ordering online without being able to try things on, as well as their extensive inventory that isn’t always going to fit the same (could be due to fabrics or style). I try to order a couple that I can potentially mix and match in case a bottom or top doesn’t fit as well as I’d like (if anything donate or sell what you don’t like). I like that I can get a variety of swimsuits that are trendy, and I don't feel like I’m spending too much. Also I get tired of swimsuits after awhile so it’s nice to switch it up every now and then. Overall I’ve purchased most of my swimsuits from ZAFUL since I discovered it- shipping takes a couple weeks so plan ahead. :)

    Its great, but oddly enough you can't get your tracking information through the app or email which concerns me. I bought 2 things and there being shipped but I don't know from where, or roughly around the day or time they'll come in. That might be something they should look into.

    I’ve made two large purchases from zaful over the last couple of years. You truly get what you see and for the most part the clothes fit well and are decently good quality for being so cheap. My last order unfortunately a couple of things didn’t fit or weren’t good quality and I had to return, which has not been easy at all. They clearly state a 30 day return or exchange policy, no problem ! But when I sent them a request and did everything they asked (pictures, what was wrong exactly and what I would like) I got an offer of keeping the clothes for 30% back only. I had to argue their clear return policy before getting more options, so now I am just returning the select items for a refund. This said, I will probably continue to purchase from zaful in the future but probably less and more selectively since it is so difficult to return or exchange.

    This app usually runs well, but there was a moment in time where I wasn’t able to check in because it wouldn’t load. The app is easy to navigate so shopping is a breeze. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with my clothes not fitting or loose threading, but zaful was more than happy to compensate for both incidents. The clothes have always come looking like the picture and fit well. Everything fits different though so it is important to read the sizing because I have ordered the wrong size a couple of times before. Shipping kind of takes awhile, maybe two weeks, but once they come I am satisfied most of the time. All but one time, and I’ve ordered lots of clothes, the clothes fit nicely. You get what you’re expected to get. The clothes look like the pictures and when ordering the correct size the clothes fit good too.

    This is my second time ordering online from a clothing store and I really like this App! Prior from ordering, I was preparing myself for a long waited products to arrived (that’s what everyone around me tells me), however, my stuff came in within two weeks! So I’m assuming that the shipping issue has finally been resolved. Additionally, the products cute and affordable! One thing I do recommend is that there should be more varieties in terms of clothing. I realized majority of the clothes are just crop tank top/crop tops. I do understand that the app is aimed at young teenagers but I still think that providing some types of professional blouses/tops will help improve the app just a little. Most items are repetitive with different designs. Other than that, I appreciate the coupons the app constantly provides and fast customer service!

    First I need to say that I have received compliments on my outfit every time I’ve worn it. All 3 times. The shirt is good quality perfect for the yoga pants I bought to wear with the top. The-pants are the problem. They are eye catching someone always asks where I got them. After the 2nd time I wore the pants I noticed I was having issues with the elastic waistband. The elastic had started rolling it’s not sewn properly so it’s just loose in the waistline. The 3rd and final time I wore the pants the elastic was all twisted up inside the waistband. The pants are so uncomfortable I won’t be wearing them anymore. It’s such a shame, they are adorable but not wearable. I plan on taking the pants to a seamstress to have them properly repaired. I hope that the cost of repair isn’t to much. I’d rather not pay more for the repair than I did to purchase the pants.

    The app is very efficient and easy to use. I like that you can easily find the discount section because that is one place I love to check. I also really like the Z-points, they are incentive to come back to the app frequently. This frequent visit offend has me looking at new clothing items before I close the app again. I love the swimsuits on your website. Pictures of other customers are my most valid clue as to how the swimsuit will look so I love that you provide incentive for those who purchased to leave pictures. The comments are important as well, but I mostly look to the images. That is how I know if I will like it on me rather then the models in the original for sale pictures.

    I ordered a hoodie and the dilivery time was about 2 months maybe more. The reason for the 3 stars is because I do really think the hoodie is how is described the material is great and it fits. If they could find a way to make deliveries faster that will make of them one of my main clothes selling sites.

    I have ordered three things from this website via the app. The first one came at a fair number of days after I ordered and paid. It was pretty nice for the price (obviously not luxury brand but still surprisingly decent quality). However, the second and third items were a different story. I ordered two items at the same time. I received one package at the expected date of delivery and the second one arrived a WHOPPING 3 months late. I emailed and messaged them multiple times because I felt that my money was trying to be taken. I understand that there is a processing time between and order being placed and an order being received/prepared. However, there is no viable excuse for such a long wait. And if that is the only excuse they have, it is something that needs to be fixed or improved. When it did finally arrive, the product (pants) was about the quality I was expecting and I was not disappointed with my purchase; I was only upset by the ridiculous amount of time I had to wait.

    I’ve absolutely loved 98% of the clothes I ordered. The only time something didn’t fit was when I ordered jeans and that was only one time and one pair. My main and only issue is how long it takes to arrive. It’s international shipping and I understand that it will be longer to arrive because if that, I thought if I paid for express shipping it may take some of the time off of my wait. I paid express shipping this last time and it’s been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order and it has still yet to be in transit or even shipped out of hongkong. I paid over $35 for express shipping and when I asked for a refund they kept ignoring my question and wouldn’t give me a number to call to speak to an actual person. Looks like they scammed me out of $35 and I’ll end up waiting the usual month and a half for the clothes I bought. Great clothes considering the prices but don’t pay for express shipping: it’s a scam.

    I never really write reviews but I felt compelled to this time. Is Zaful the greatest clothing app in the world, No, is it cheap and fashionable, Yes. The sizing on most products are all over the place so you really need to know your measurements and work from there. The quality of the clothes is subpar but for what you pay it’s just right. Shirts can be a huge hit or miss and you MUST pay attention to detail because sometimes there’s writing on them that literally makes no sense; I’m talking gibberish kind of wording. Other than that The joggers/cargo pants are worth it, some sweaters and jackets but Like I said you have to pay attention to detail because one piece of gibberish can make an item go from hot to not. A lot of people complain about the shipping but I honestly haven’t had any issues I always get my stuff within 2 weeks or less.

    I’ve had this app on and off for a couple years now and I have to say their clothing has gotten a lot better. However, it’s still not there yet. I fall into the low range of plus size on the app. When I ordered some stuff last summer, I was really pleased and I still wear the clothes today. However, I am constantly checking the app for new clothes and for plus size they do NOT add new clothes and if they do it’s not enough. MANY MANY MANY clothes are being added for the smaller sizes daily and I love all of that clothing. If it was in my size I know I would buy a lot of it! However, Zaful has had the same clothing for plus size on the app for months and I’m really frustrated. I feel like they should not release clothing unless they can make it for all sizes. They would be more successful this way.

    When reading the reviews for an item so I can see what other people say about the sizing, it only allows one like of the review before it goes to "..." but then won't let you tap the review to read it in its entirety. In addition, once you add things to your cart and change your mind, you can unselect it but the items photo and information still sits there no matter what you do and it is quite annoying. It doesn't add to the total it just sits there in your cart. If i remove something from my cart I don't want to still see it in my cart. In addition at one point I found something I liked but the add to cart button was not there, it wasn't out of stock because i had seen other items that instead of the add to cart button, in the same place it said out of stock. Please fix these issues then it would be a great app.

    ZAFUL is a great online store if you really want to save money. The only issue I have is the material and things like that but it’s the kind of thing where what do you except. ZAFUL wouldn’t be my first choice when trying to find affordable clothing. The only reason why I believe you should buy from here is for bathing suits because that’s what their most popular for. I haven’t gotten a bathing suit from them before but I did buy 3 other types of clothings and had to return 2 of them because of the material and the size was too big. Even though I put the correct size it still didn’t fit. Anyways shop at your own risk I would say. When returning items you get your money back as long as its before a certain about of days which makes sense.

    I’ve been buying off of the ZAFUL app for a few months now and about 75% of the stuff I get I love. The other 25% is either cheap or doesn’t match the picture description. In my experience the pants are the most iffy, I’ve bought pants that look skinny and then when I got them they were very baggy. Although this can be slightly avoided is you very carefully read the measurements of the pants, and read the comments to see what people think. Also STAY AWAY FROM THE PANTS MADE ONLY OF COTTON. I cannot stress this enough, you can follow all the instructions you want but as soon as you wash them in anyway, they will shrink 3 inches and you will be very mad. Over all this app is a pretty good way to get cheap clothes. I can’t give it a 3.5 star but that’s my official rating.

    let’s get some of the positives of this out of the way: good prices (certainly not dollskill prices for fast fashion), & they have lots of cute clothes (pretty much the only good things i can say). now to the negatives. all i have to say is oh my god where do i BEGIN with this app. checking in to get z points takes forever and i’m absolutely positive it’s intentional because i’ve restarted my phone multiple times and it’s never any faster. i’m 99% sure they’re doing this so that you lose your check-in streak and overall just get less points. the updates on packages are super slow and sometimes it just straight up tells me that there’s no tracking info on my package bc there’s something wrong with the app. just today it started showing me the tracking info again and there were updates from days and days ago that i was NEVER aware of because this god awful app is so slow. and now for the grand finale: SHIPPING. I HAVE NEVER HAD WORSE PROBLEMS WITH SHIPPING ON ANY OTHER WEBSITE OR APP. shipping for 3 items cost me $20. personally, i think that is OUTRAGEOUS. i honestly would be STUPID not to delete this app as soon as my package arrives.

    I used to love this app. I purchased a lot of nice shirts and sweaters for both me and my girlfriend. the social aspect of the app made it a very fun and innovative way to shop however, bad customer support as expected from these types of market stores. i received a shirt with a massive stain on the back and when i asked for a refund/replacement i got no response. i left a review of the shirt on the app and it was deleted, appears that any rating below a 4 star gets removed or just not submitted in the first place. not really the worst of it though. I can still wear the shirt with another shirt or jacket on over it but i dont think i will ever be seeing my $70 purchase that was said to be delivered yet never was. conclusion. I love what i have from them, good quality for a shady price, just wish they supported their customers a bit better.

    So a few months ago, I ordered a sweater from their flash sale. A couple months passed, and I still hadn’t received it, so I sent them a message via their customer service chat inquiring where my item was. They told me that they didn’t have it anymore (never told me this beforehand) and that they didn’t even have it when I ordered it. First off, why would you even sell me an item you didn’t have anymore?? Anyway, they said I had two options: I could get a refund in store credit and use it as a discount on my future orders, or exchange for another item. I tried to use my refund on another item, but it only took off $2 from my $27 order. I sent them a message saying that I was upset that I couldn’t just get a whole item because they made a mistake and didn’t deliver my first order so I should NOT have to spend 10x the amount I originally spent (because my first order was $25 or so) and if they only let me use $2 of my refund on each order, I’m gonna end up having to spend WAY more than what I originally paid. I’ve continued to message them and have still not gotten a full refund of any sort. So basically, zaful “sold” me a product they no longer had, took my money, and never gave me a refund, aka they stole my money. I’m extremely upset. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

    I ordered one coat on March 1st, 2019, with standard shipping. 8 days passed and i was starting to get concerned as the standard shipping says 3-9 days so i triple checked my email for a shipping confirmation and nothing was there. Meanwhile i was constantly getting emails with coupons (extremely annoying). So i decided to contact customer service. I pasted in my order number and immediately was told my item was out of stock. I ordered the jacket in white small, and it did not say out of stock before i added it to my cart, while i was putting in my payment info, or after i placed and confirmed my order. The agent on the other end was extremely unclear with why it was out of stock and what my options were, saying it would never go back on sale and then saying I could get it in 3 weeks and then saying I could only refund it. Customer service responds quick but is seriously unclear. I sent a screenshot of my order confirmation because the agent was claiming I did not pay for my order when I did, and as soon as I sent that screenshot they claimed i was using “abusive language” and ended the chat. I am extremely unhappy with my experience and will not be ordering from this site again. I would strongly suggest that you do not order from Zaful, terrible experience.

    I have been given a different answer regarding my issue every time I call customer service. I always give it more than 24 hours for the email to reach me regarding my issue and I’m back to square one with an automated message asking me to explain my issue. I’m tired of explaining that I want a refund for items that were not delivered to me. The USPS delivered my package to the wrong address and although I do not blame ZAFUL for this mistake, they are not doing anything to try and figure out where my package went. I have contacted USPS and I was told the package was confirmed as delivered, but it was clearly not delivered to my home. Each time I call customer service I either get “we will follow up with USPS and start a claim so wait 5-7 days” waited and nothing. “We will process a refund for you please wait 24 hours for an email” waited and nothing. Or the last one, “we can not give you a refund you have to call USPS but I will follow this up with support”.....DIDNT I JUST CALL SUPPORT? I’m so confused. Why can’t my issue be solved over one simple phone call? I really like ZAFUL’s prices and clothing and I want to experience it for myself, but I’m not going to want to order again if I receive this kind of treatment. I just want some sort of solution.

    I am not writing this review based on the products or pricing in this app, I am writing this review based on my feedback from user experience and the layout and design. Credibility: I work for a software company whose app has been the top ten paid apps for months now, along with that I am an adamant online shopper and use many different apps on the daily. This app needs a lot of work. It is not intuitive at all and you can easily get lost. You click into one spot and can’t get back, there’s SO much stuff everywhere trying to find something is a task in itself. The search only works in certain instances. I checked in fine the first three days I had it and now I can’t find the check in spot. So instead I go to read about zpoints, click the check in and it wants me to sign in again? I am already signed into the app, why should a user have to sign in again? And no option to sign in w/ facebook on that page like I have been doing. I can go on and on. Nothing makes sense in this app. Maybe just reconsider the functionality and design because it makes me so scatter brained every time I open it. Very counter intuitive. Might have good products, but I don’t even want to go on to search because it’s a mess.

Read the bad reviews and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY) This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never in my life written a bad review for a company but I had to with this one because it was so bad. I ordered something more than 2 weeks ago. 10 days ago I was notified that a shipping label had been created. It’s been 10 days and the shipping company still has not received the package. I have contacted zaful customer service 5 times now trying to figure out why fed ex has not received a package that a label was created for 10 days ago and they keep giving me the runaround, will not answer my questions and repeat the same incompetent response each time. They keep saying the package has been shipped and telling me to be patient but I contact fed ex (the shipping company they use) and they assured me that they have not received the package yet. Zaful is by far the worst company I have ever ordered from and urge everyone to not waste their money because it will be stolen, they will not ship your package and they will not help you or answer any questions you have.

    Okay I have several issues so my first issue is I have refunded an item and I know Dham well it should be no problem because I placed the order that day they send me the email that night that they have refunded the order and TO MY SURPRISE I check my bank and IT IS NOT THERE I have not received my money for a refund so I go back to contact then and it is extremely difficult. I am very upset and disappointed I had very high hopes for this app but it is garbage and it highly disappoints me. I will be telling anyone who mentions this app that it is not reliable or responsive. My second issue is the shipping time. I had purchased a swimsuit for a trip I’m going on two weeks prior to going on the trip and I pay standard shipping. Standard shipping is usually 5-7 days. Hun it’s been almost two weeks and my swimsuit possible might not get here in time. It was my mistake for expecting it in standard time!?!? If you pay for standard shipping you should get it in standard time so shipping price is not at all fair or reasonable for the time in which it comes. You are not special if other companies do it you should do it to it’s just business. Another thing is I’ve called the support line and I was hung up on. Which is extremely rude.

    This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’ve been an online clothing costumer for years and in all those years I’ve never had such a shady an untrustworthy experience. So I purchased two bathing suits and a week had passed and yet had not received a tracking number. So, I contact ZAFUL to make sure everything is all right with my order all to find out they had charged me for items that weren’t even available. I immediately let them know how wrong is this and they never assumed responsibility for this but worse, justify that it could be my fault for the time I add something to the cart and the time I purchase it , the item might not be available. I told them that’s a foul excuse , if something is unavailable, the company should inform you and not steel your money. Then ZAFUL told me if I wanted to replace the purchased item for another, to just pick another one and if there’s a money difference that they’ll send me a bill. NOOOO they should just owned up to their action, apologize, not give excuses and give an immediate full refund. Anyhow, I’m never purchasing from ZAFUL again . If I’d known about this, I would never even had trusted them in the first place. Always leave a review , positive or negative.
