I was scammed, very poor Apr 30, 2021

    By Clover Caballes
Charged twice for a service I cancelled already and never used. And now they're not issuing a refund. Read all reviews carefully, across all platforms. Poor app, poor customer service! I contacted Google for this and they said they are unable to process the refund because the money was released to the appdev already. The appdev on the other hand insists that they won't be able to issue the refund because it was paid via Google Pay and so it should be Google who will process the refund.

Overall I think this is a decent app if you want yoga routines that are not spiritually-based which is great for me as I use yoga as a way to work out without high intensity. However the way that some of the videos are laid out is very clunky and obviously they have just pasted together videos of the instructors going from one posed to another but that leaves bizarre gapsWhere it tells you to sit up from a lying down position only to immediately go back into lying down for the next position and awkward transitions like that. It also seems to not have taken in my change of settings as I went from beginner to advanced to intermediate while using this app for over a year. After each workout, it asks me whether or not it was too easy, perfect, or too hard but there’s no indication that the app is taking that into consideration for my future workouts, only if I share it with other people which I don’t want to do and as I’ve paid for it I don’t feel like I should have to. It just seems overall but the app is very much on auto pilot rather than actually taking the users preferences into consideration.

And am looking forward to the month ahead! I purchased one month to try it out. While i do really love the idea of short workouts, i cant help but think, should i be doing all (8) challenges every day AND at least one targeted longer workout?? Being such a rookie, it would be nice if there was a suggested guide of which workouts to do to achieve weight loss results. Also. An important question. Bc theres so many awesome workouts to choose from, i dont think ill be able to do them all within 30 days.....will i still have access to this first months workouts that i paid for even if I decide to cancel my subscription after one month?? Or will i lose out on all the workouts?? Really hoping for an answer on that. Thank you so much!!

Negatives- No free trial. Can't fast forward or rewind (it is a must fix!!!) Can't replay earlier videos. Can't modify if you want a different body shape. The shavasana exercise in each video is very annoying. Positives- if you select the correct level the pace is very good. The exercises are not extremely hard but they're nice for beginners like me who are out of shape. I like how it set up a plan for me and I can look at it in advance and reminds me daily.

I have been using this app for 25 days now, I’ve been working out every day. I have got to tell you they aren’t that long of workouts, but they are extremely affective and time efficient. Being a mother of 3 with a full time job, things get crazy. But using yoga has helped me find peace of mind, and taught me how to breath properly, and I now look forward to my workout (which sometimes doesn’t even feel like a workout). My husband has even been doing them with me, it’s so much fun! I highly recommend this app, I would give it 10 stars if possible. The only downside is all the meals are vegetarian, hubby loves his beef, but it is easily fixable, but they are always delicious! Especially the quesadillas

I'm a beginner and I like it. However I wish they would recognize that some beginner need the process of each movement to be a little slow because I have to listen, watch & participate all at the same time until I can keep up with the model who is extremely experienced. Maybe give slow motion steps first so it doesn't intimidate & push me away. I almost gave up!

Read the description of the app and it says you can use it for free however it made me pay for the app right out of the gate. After purchasing a one month access, I have come to discover that the plans aren’t quite personal. It has you set up the app as if it is going to give you a day to day schedule with your workouts but instead it gives you like 30 videos. I am not sure which ones I am supposed to do or if I am supposed to do all of them? I do like that they are short and easy to follow. The lady on the videos is quite annoying though. I wish she was more personable, not just commentating the same 4 words over and over. Will continue using it for the month to see how it goes and if I see any results. If my views change about the app, I will update a review.
  • Achievable daily rhythm Jul 28, 2020

The stretches are deceptively simple, the time needed less than it takes to have a quiet morning coffee, the selection well targeted for problem areas....and with a little consistency and focus, I notice the body ‘pops’ with toned strength. This app is not for those who want to cultivate a deep yoga practice, but the busy ones who want amplified results from a small regular effort. And perhaps the most striking thing about the program.... I’m able to ‘slide’ this simple daily practice under the radar of the undisciplined part of myself, making powerful incremental gains in strength and tone.

It is infuriating to me that the last workout I did is not at the top my main page. I love the 30 day challenges, but one day, one time, I tried another workout- Glorious Flexibility- and now it’s stuck at the top of my main page. No matter what other workouts I do, it stays there. And the challenge I’m actually doing isn’t in my ‘recent workouts’ at all. I’m still doing the 30 day challenge but every day I have to go searching for my workout and scroll down to the day I’m up to. I keep skipping data because it’s SO ANNOYING!!! I started out loving this app and now I’m frustrated!!! Please fix this! And yes I tried emailing support and got the generic ‘thanks for your feedback and we will pass the info to our team’.
  • Good app, would like more details Apr 10, 2021

The app is good in the sense that I can do most of the workouts and feel how it’s helping my body. It would be nice if it gave more detail in how to do the position and possibly what not to do. I sometimes feel like I’m watching the video more trying to figure out the pose then I am actually doing the pose that’s intended. I’ll keep at it though because it does seem to be helping. As for the subscription prices that doesn’t seem to be detailed at all. It has different monthly pricing for what I assume is different access but it doesn’t give details as to what each one offers over the other. I would be more willing to pay a higher price if I could easily find what the difference is for each purchase.

I really do love this app! It’s great there are a few things that could make it more amazing. I would love there to be more challenges than just the ones on the app. I’ve had this app for almost a year and there is no new content. I love how the 30 day challenges direct you step by step on what to do but there are only limited choices. Once a challenge is complete there are no new challenges for that area of the body. I would love to keep using this app and I hope there will be new content soon similar to the challenges now!!

Subscriptions are automatically charged each subscription billing period (whether weekly, monthly, annually, or another period), and you may be charged no more than 24 hours before the beginning of each billing period. Subscription that is offered on a lifetime, unlimited basis is a one-off purchase that is final, non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Not for beginners! Finally took the plunge to do a workout, and the video started straight away, no explanation (and no safety explanation, which might not be needed for those with brains...but I would think they would want to cover themselves), and into various yoga poses. As a complete beginner, I could do them if I continously looked at the screen, but it was way too fast for me

First of all, I paid for this app with an understanding I would have a personalized workout. That was not true. Not personalized at all. It's completely random workouts. Also, I've been doing yoga for 13 years. I've never experienced such a fast paced yoga workout! Slow down! You're not working on your core if your switching positions faster than you can breathe! Not relaxing or energizing at all! I wish I could get my money back. This app turned out to be NOTHING like the ad!!

The layout is very confusing, workout timings is different, Very hard to navigate the app, please don't buy and also you don't get a refund. The way of contacting them is by email. If you're from the company, understand that I have bought your service and it is your job to rectify that problem. I am looking for convenience and don't want to go through laundry list of things that is why I buy a subscription. The layout is very of the application is very different, it is false advertising at work.
  • Confusing plan - they just throw everything at you Aug 25, 2020

    By Smac31Brooklyn
I emailed the team for guidance to which I. received a very generic response, and my follow up email for clarification remains unanswered. I get you fill out information and they recommend different exercises, but there are maybe 100 or more they give with no “personalized plan”! Only one per day is given as your daily workout and it is maybe 10 min long. Same with the food - a bunch of recipes with no direction. Do we pick one of each? No clue - nothing is really personalized, except maybe on the back end they narrow things down? The workouts themselves are pretty good, and I’ll give it another couple of weeks. But I’ve seen this particular question be posted before in a forum and the only response was “thanks for the feedback”. It would be a better app if you told people what they needed to do in order to get the results you are selling them!

As soon as you fill everything out it says it's getting a 4 week plan together then the next screen asks for you to pay... ?? For what? No reviews on that screen, no trial offer, no free version to see if you want to upgrade, just straight up payment not even knowing if it works or would be something you would consider useful to YOU and your daily routines. No, I will not pay a penny for anything if I don't know how it will help me or if it will even be useful. 😂👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼
  • Do not be fooled - not as advertised Jul 27, 2020

    By Dryarber
False advertising. The advertisements indicate that you will receive a tailor made workout plan. 1)You are asked a series of questions which would indicate that, in fact, there is an assessment of your abilities. 2) At the end of that series of questions, you receive a message that a plan has been developed for you. 3) You are offered three payment option. 4) You pay. 5) You realize there is no specialized plan for you, just several tile with various and sundry workouts that YOU choose. What’s worse. Even with false advertising, there is no refund. Both the developers and Apple Pay are complicit in this scam. I requested a refund in less than 12 hours of my purchase and was informed that there is no refund and my subscription will renew in one-year if I do not cancel it one day before it is due to renew. The conclusion of this matter....DO NOT PURCHASE.
  • May 5, 2021

First - this app looks great when advertised but its NOT as advertised!!! Very different app to what they claim & you only find this out after paying. The Yoga itself isn't great. Doesn't describe breathing. No ability to easily rewind during a workout. Poorly designed app - no function to go back, I have to close the entire app and reopen it when I want to go back or to the main menu. Exercises are not as advertised on Instagram (which is where I came across this app). I want a refund!!!!!
  • Not at all as advertised - so misleading - unethical marketing May 19, 2020

    By Rose D Inna
The Facebook / instagram ads depict an in-app user experience that has absolutely nothing to do with how the actual app works or even looks. There is no section to choose your style of stomach problem areas, there are no graphics within the app that look like illustrations of people, just real people and mediocre exercise videos. I don’t know how it is ethical to advertise something so different than the actual product, it is fully misleading. I don’t know if the creator has plans to release another version of the app that is more interactive but the current version is so basic, and barely related to the ad, for a while I thought I made a mistake and downloaded true wrong app, until I read the other comments and reviews and realized I’m not the only one shaking my head here. Shame on this company.

    By JenniOlivetti
This is the best and easiest full body workout to fit into a busy schedule. Short (approx. 10 minute) workouts got me in the habit with exercises that worked different muscle groups without being too difficult. I was encouraged and kept going back every day. It was Easy to add 10 minutes to my busy schedule now I find 30 minutes every day and I feel better too!

However the way that some of the videos are laid out is very clunky and obviously they have just pasted together videos of the instructors going from one posed to another but that leaves bizarre gapsWhere it tells you to sit up from a lying down position only to immediately go back into lying down for the next position and awkward transitions like that. The app is great, but there are many things that could be better. 1. I can't rewind or forward videos, which is annoying because I'm new at yoga so I sometimes miss or just can't do some positions, and I can't watch them quickly again! 2. Although it asks for a bunch of your info, like height, weight, age, etc., it doesn't create a personalized plan. Both my mom and I got the app, we both input different info yet the exercises were the same. Some are too hard, I can't even do them.

  • Constant issues with this app Dec 27, 2020

    By Gtree20
Do yourself a favor and choose another app. This app is constantly having issues and when trying to message technical support they are not only passive but not helpful at all. This is supposed to help relax you but only frustrates you. It always skips the next step and never lets you finish it completely. It doesn’t keep track of your accomplishments and you’re always having to go back to reduce it to count it and even then it still has issues. It’s easy to follow as far as technique but the technology of is needs a lot of work. Wish I would’ve done the month instead of the three month. Waste of money!

But it isn’t for beginners who want full on instruction. It’s the bare minimum with workouts, not training. You don’t learn what poses are called or how to do them. The challenges go from super easy (days 1-3) to pretty intense and difficult. (Granted I’m not in shape, so to others it might be a walk in the park.) I was hopeful for this app teaching me and helping me hold myself accountable, but it wasn’t what I was looking for. I hope this helps those who are interested in not just working out, but learning.

I was scammed, very poor Apr 30, 2021

Charged twice for a service I cancelled already and never used. And now they're not issuing a refund. Read all reviews carefully, across all platforms. Poor app, poor customer service! I contacted Google for this and they said they are unable to process the refund because the money was released to the appdev already. The appdev on the other hand insists that they won't be able to issue the refund because it was paid via Google Pay and so it should be Google who will process the refund.

This app is a catfish, makes you pay before even seeing the workouts. The ads looked good so I paid, to find that the app is nothing like the ads!! It also requests you to give heaps of information so your workouts are "personalised" and after paying it gives you a bunch of generic videos in no order that are definitely not personalised. There aren't even many videos! Very dangerous for beginners to yoga! Literally hurt myself trying to keep up. Want a refund!
