What’s Groovy
Well I really like the app. I used it for training my sister. It has really good and simple exercises. One most important feature that I liked is the calming music 🎶. What I didn't like about this app is it has way too many advertisements and it disturbing while exercises. So one star cuts that's why I rate it a 4.

What’s Subpar
Seems like a nice enough app. Just one big problem: exercises do not give enough time to do both sides. All of the exercises are either one sided or it may mention "repeat on other side" but doesn't really include that with the progression.

I have been trying to get hold of yoga but I can't But with this app........... Its very important and....... It really helps me...... And if there wasn't any other game like this then.............. I would have never liked yoga ammmm..... So thank you and I really love this song hmm let me think oh The soft piano music bye bye and I hope that there will be A part 2 yoga2 :) 😊

This is a calm app that lets kids like me start to adapt to exercise .Even though im a kid snd i cant buy healthy foods ill try my best to avoid unhealthy foods.Also the healthy tips have been helping me eat more healthy so its easier to lose weight.
