It is helpful, I agree. But of all the apps I used, this one has the most annoying ads. No, it's not the ads themselves, it's how frequent they pop up. The buttons in the app also trick me into clicking the ads. If there's another app that does the job with less ads, I will wholeheartedly choose that.

I thought this was an actual app, but it's just a frontend for a server somewhere. If you're not online, it shows a "wait" animation and tells you to check your Internet connection. You may as well save your time and storage space and use a bookmark to an anagram-solving webpage. [EDIT:] Developer: Sure—as long as you mention that in your descriptions, so those of us who aren't interested in Net-based frontends won't consume our time installing and trying them. 😉

Advertisement banner in the way of letters. Opening app takes me to Google play so I have to open it twice before I can actually play. Dictionary uses a lot of obscure words no one ever uses or have ever seen. This is at least the 2nd time I've given a review I'd like to know where the first one disappeared to.

Wordfinder itself is great. I completely get why the ads are needed to keep the app going. However, the app is set up so you deliberately click on the ads and go elsewhere. What has made me angry is that I accidentally clicked on an ad and it immediately started downloading an app that appears to be a fake news report site I definitely didn't want and could potentially put viruses on my phone. Not cool. I would pay a one time fee for no ads, but monthly? No. I'm going back to webpage.

It is full screen so everytime I try to toggle between this and something else, an ad will pop up on the bottom and I accidentally click it because I'm trying to hit my home button and the damn thing downloads some random app. I can't even force it out of full screen mode in my phone settings because it's "optimized" for full screen. I'd actually buy the ad free version, but it's only available as a subscription.

I paid to stop ads and they continued. Love this otherwise but ads are too long and loud - sometimes with no mute option in the ad.

I'm uninstalling as well. I'm all for viewing ads, heck you could even give me a 15 sec ad to watch... But making it full screen is such a pita that it's literally not worth it. And no, I'm not paying for sub service when there are sooooo many other sources to receive the same product.

Very helpful and DOES show point value of words. It even has DL & TL tile placements. This can make a huge difference in points. A TW & DW override would be nice but overall it's awesome. It has made the difference in winning or losing a game! CORRECTION. I was thinking of a different "app" (website) that didn't show point values

It's pretty good, However, there's quite a few words with no definitions. Also, there words that WF doesn't have. Which I find find of strange. In a final note, too many ads. But it does help in the long run. Thank you. Well!! Cool!! Thank you to the developers for your quick response & teaching me something new about WF. 😁👍

The only problem with this App, there's way too many, extremely long ads! (you can probably pay for ad free). Otherwise this is the best app to use with "words 2" as almost all words are accepted. Uses allot of languages + gives definitions for most words + variations.

you need to stop interrupting with a full-page ad. I have to close it out. That's ridiculous that you force a full-page ad on us and get rid of our screen. It's one thing to have advertising within the app at the bottom but not interrupt the whole damn app with a full-page ad
