  • Adding/Editing categories is a must Oct 4, 2016

    I'm finding this mostly useful but it is frustrating that some obvious categories of spending are absent. Where are the childcare, insurance, mortgage/rent categories? I can't get a true picture of where my dollars are going because I'm having to mislabel some spending. Being able to add categories that are applicable to me would make this a much better app.

    I love this app but my spending notifications, although turned on, have stopped working over the last couple of months. I reinstalled the app and they worked for a short time but then stopped again. I will give 5 stars once this is up and running again.

    Interesting to see total spending for a month and the breakdown of what was spent but the average spending measure and colour coding seems a bit pointless when it changes daily. It would be more useful to be able to see things like income and savings vs spending and this month vs last month rather than an ever changing average

    I enjoy being able to track my spending and separate the types of spending. 1 issue is not being able to choose the period with which to track. It automatically does it monthly and I would prefer to track payday to payday (fortnightly)

    Not a bad app but it needs fine tuning.I find it a bit of hassle manually categorising the expenses. The app does not keep always consistency next month. A major issue that you can't change the term of spending as 1st day of the month is hard coded.So quite useless to monitor your monthly spending if your pay day is any other day. Can this be amended asap? Cheers

    Have been waiting for weeks for the app to work but everytime I try it I get a " The Service Is Temporarily Unavailable. Please Try Again Later" Dont know what's wrong with it but needs to be fixed!

    Over the past 24 to 48hrs I've had all of the spending alerts for the past 13 days resent. For an app that can be your first line of alert for fraud, this kind of behavior is very worrying. Very poor.

    Giving me notifications for random spend that happened weeks ago. Not a good feeling to get a notification when you haven't made any purchases!

    Requires accepting terms and conditions AND a sign in every time you use it. Been this way for months.

    Love the app, and I like how the security has now been upgraded. Very annoying that it asks me to agree to the t's & c's every time I open the app though. I'll give a couple more stars once that's fixed.

    Ok the issue I have stated before is fixed, I can login now after reinstall and wanted to say thank you. I have used this app for years and rely on it. Also a very nice new feature, keep me logged in on the certain device. I think it is spot on. Many thanks!

    Awesome concept, average to poor execution. It repeats payments across multiple days, showing as pending on the past ones but still including the amount on each day, which skews the day's spend. E.g. it shows that I spent the same amount at the same place each day for three days running, and my total monthly spend includes three times what the thing actually cost me. Once a payment clears it doesn't appear to remove the pending entries from past days. If this bug could be fixed it would be great

    Spending categories are terribly, needlessly limited. E.g what on earth do you put a hairdresser under? Either they need to add a lot more categories or let you make your own. The automatic category placement is also usually wrong, it offers you the option to apply your change to future transactions but unfortunately not to past ones, meaning all of your past data is false unless you manually go through and change every wrong transaction which no one has time to do. Visualisations are nice tho.

    App freezes regularly. It assigns random weird categories to transactions as they come in so you have to change the category associated with everyone which is painful. The checkbox to apply this category to all future transactions doesn't work. This whole app is way too much effort for very little reward. Really not worth the time

    I like having the security where if my card is used I get an instant notification, but I don't like the frequent mini heart attacks it gives me with it's daily spend summaries.. Every morning I get a notification saying I've spent quite a bit when I've not used my card in 4 days

    Used to work great. Have got a new phone Samsung A30 & now it doesn't work at all for notifications on transactions. Uninstalled both WP apps & reinstalled, everything is set on, rang customer support, they were unhelpful. Another reason we are considering changing banks after 30+ years with WP

    This app is not working on my Note 9. The dashboard comes up on screen then disappears and leaves a white screen. If I'm quick enough I can select another menu at the top of the dashboard before it white screens out. This needs fixing, badly!
