    The app is okayish. It gave me problems more than once and I still have to do most of the stuff from the browser. The service in general is ok after all, and I'd recommend Webank because of the overall low prices and the free credit card

    last update: -can't access the account from the app (errorcode 107610) - can't contact customer service to unlock my app -debit card activated on the website following your instruction doesn't work either on paypal or in bancomats. Customer service solved the problem, but it is inadmissible such a problem for a bank...

    La versione attuale non funziona. La app va in crash subito dopo l’apertura. L’unica soluzione è eliminarla e reinstallarla, ma funziona solo al primo login, successivamente va di nuovo in crash.

    the worst app. have not been able to access my account online for over a month. the customer service is just as bad, they just tell me to reinstall the app. seriously considering changing banks

    i down load this aplication to be using it for online banking but did not serve the purpose because aplication is using another language that i cannot understand

    UX/UI bocciato. Differentemente da prima, l'interfaccia è assolutamente poco intuitiva e confusionale. Perché "aggiornare" un'app che funziona già perfettamente? Boh.

    L'app è decisamente migliorata. Si accede con l'impronta digitale. Non noto al momento problemi informatici. Faccio operazioni sul cellulare senza intoppi. 5 stelle meritate.

    Quest'app non è un miglioramento rispetto alla precedente. È confusa, poco intuitiva e male organizzata. Non è chiaro dove siano le funzioni e faccio fatica ad usarla anche dopo mesi. Almeno il supporto tecnico è cordiale.

    Generally okay, i believe there are better apps/banks around. The customer care by phone is particularly annoying. All the steps for identification but you still need to send a signed piece of paper to just change a phome number, real pain for something that should be an easy fix! Additional suggestion: at the moment it seems you cannot get the app to work properly when the certified phone number is not Italian. I cannot receive the automatic SMS with the code. Also not handy to use.
