    I like this app, I would like it to keep my name and email when logging on like my Walmart Gear did it was convenient. I like to log on and see my past purchases. It be easier to log on instead of writing your address email every time you want to purchase something

    I have used the Walmart pickup since launching a few years ago. I loved the convenience it allows my husband and I without added stress of grocery shopping. Unfortunately, no matter which electronic device we use (iPad, iPhones, Androids)(Verizon/AT&T) the app is dragging badly. It takes awhile just to add items to cart. Not very convenient at times. Overall, decent app.

    Great Products at great prices. However, online ordering website needs some updating. Not that easy to navigate. When you review your order it does not show each items price to confirm that's the one you want to order. Walmart spend a little moolah and update your site. If you need pointers, go to Amazon, that site is stellar! I do love the free shipping option when you soend over $35. Good job on that Walmart!

    I see room for improvement in item alternatives, as well as employee/shopper caring. I've walked into the very store I had just picked up an order from, to find items myself that I was told were unavailable. Something that involves a bit more communication with the shopper would be ideal and that could be done right through the app.

    its convenient, but too many times I've placed an order and it never arrives , and they don't tell you either. so if there's noone to pick it up, you're just put of luck and thats that. and its happened to me about 15 times at least . especially since I have joined the Walmart club where I get free delivery, it happens more often than not.

    This is a great app, very convenient, love the fact of the 5% back (because it uses the walmart card, which I really believe should stay and in my opinion should work in store purchases as well: reason below) Would have given 5 stars, but sometimes in a store I can't have the 5% back because it fails to find the store (which I am in) and thus the preferred discount does not apply even when using the app. The scanning while shopping (and getting 5% back) and at home while ordering are favorites

    This app is super useful. I get so exhausted while shopping, but thanks to the pickup service, all I have to do is select what I want on my phone and pull up in my car the next day. The interface isn't perfect, though. The app itself isn't very easy to use. You pretty much have to know exactly what you want because just browsing is pretty limited.

    The app is super convenient. I love that I can get a subscription to delivery, favorite items, get texts when my order is on the way, and have items suggested based on my previous orders. I also love that it can be used with the Tasty app to add ingredients directly to my cart. Having WalMart online and grocery together in one app is also more convenient than two separate apps like it was before. Looking at my order history is so much easier than going through receipts for returns.

    I have been trying to order groceries every few hours for over a week. Every time I try to check out a message pops up saying "we're having problems; please try again later" I usually love this app, and use it often, but this is ridiculous Update a month later: it was working fine for a month, and I get groceries delivered every week. Now it's doing the thing it was before, and I have been trying to order since yesterday. I thought the problem had finally been fixed but it's back

    Scan and Go will not work. I have the plus membership specifically for scan and go and everytime I'm in the store and open scan and go it's says "store not found". I called support and they couldn't help me, said someone will contact me in 48 hrs, that didn't happen. There is no support for this problem. I even reinstalled the app. I NEVER have this problem with Sam's Club scan and go. I am more than frustrated!

    very very slow app and it often has problems. I honestly believe there are times it is faster for me to drive to the store and get the items myself. literally 45 minutes to order sometimes. often there are items in atore the app will not let you buy because WalMart isnt making enough on that item. much better selection if you go to the store.

    This service is designed by idiots. It is nearly impossible to order groceries in a populated suburban area surrounded by a few dozen stores. When choosing delivery, it automatically assigns a store to me, and if that store doesn't have what I want in stock, then it wants me to order different items. How about you switch to a store that has what I want instead, morons? Then, the online store won't deliver certain groceries including non-perishable goods like bottled water. What a joke!

    Although pickup saves me some time...I usually have to go in to get my fruit and vegetables because when I do grocery pickup I definitely am not impressed with how they select it. my milk as well. I have received milk that had a sell by date for that next day after receiving my order and fruit that is not ripe, but most the time I wind up with over ripe fruit. I only use pickup when I am in need of things they can't really screw up. like canned goods or some household products.

    Used to be a good app. Recently it's been "verifying your account" and making me hold down a button until it slowly fills up. An extremely annoying and asinine requirement. It's not asking for a pin code or finger print so if my phone was indeed stolen the thief could verify it just as well. Add in the fact it makes you do it three times before it will let you do anything just helps to enrage the user. Prior to this "upgrade" it was a great app. Now it's aggravating enough to be removed.
