  • Wants me to pay twice! Mar 16, 2020

    By doodlegroomer
I bought the app in Dec of 2019 but did not use it until today. As I filled out all my information it came to the payment part and plan. It won’t let me bypass this. I pied for the premium plan. No response from the company. I will change this once someone responds and fixes the problem. As I see it now you I paid for something that doesn’t work therefore you stole my money.

It works but not worth paying for. It does have different walks that allows you to move up. As everyone says it doesn't sync with anything and has limited capabilities. You have to have your phone stuck to you constantly which I can't so it isn't accurate. I will use it for the walks but I just got a Galaxy watch and will use that to get an accurate step count.

Good app. Only weakness- when you scroll back to prior days it skips days, weeks even months at times. That’s frustrating

Being my first day I haven't experienced any of the issues I've read in the reviews. I recommend having a tutorial to help walkers better understand how to maneuver in the app. I assumed that I only had the plan presented to me on the homescreen. After my walk, I played with the app & discovered the details of my plan & other plans (challenges) and that I could also choose them to add my daily plan. Not sure how it tracks weight loss but will find out after a couple of weeks when I weigh again

Doing a trial. Idea is great but it's driving me crazy that there is no way of syncing this to my galaxy watch. Even a way to add steps manually would be better than having to stare at a screen telling me I haven't reached my step goal when I actually did. Torture!!! I don't think I can go ahead and pay a yearly subscription without these features. Really a shame as it's got a heap of potential and is actually getting my aerobic exercise in with a walk!

Free to download but pay to use! Expected some sort of tutorial or free week to see if you like it before signing up but not a chance with this app. You put in your age, weight, goals etc in then immediately you have to sign up to a subscription of monthly, 3 monthly or 12 monthly. No way am I doing that without even knowing what the apps like or what it does for you.

  • It's useless Sep 11, 2020

i paid for the yearly membership and it has been a waste of money. 1. The ”accomodations” can me gotten free on other apps 2. Some days after getting in the complete 10k steps.... After walking extra in order to make sure i met goal, the following day the information would drop showing that i did not meet the goal when the evening before showed a closed or even filled in circle 3. The customer service is garbage. You have to beg to get followup only to be told you have to deal with the app store.

Paid for a annual subscription and after a week the app stopped working intermittently. I've had to Uninstall and reinstall numerous times. Finally decided to quit using it and requested a refund. Of course I haven't gotten any help from the developer, after 48 hours Google doesn't issue refunds either. Got screwed. Highly recommend you don't pay up front. Make sure it works first. Update... I did contact the email you mentioned and all they keep telling me is All Sales Final and won't refund

I downloaded the app a while ago. When I looked into it to see how much it would cost, I decided to wait with completing set up. I went back and noted that they offered a 7 day free trial period. Surely that would provide an opportunity to try out the app with the security of being able to cancel it and not be charged...because it's free. Wrong. As soon as I clicked the option and finished with the "purchase" on my Google play account, I was charged. It's not free apparently which is BS!

  • Cost Money to get plan Sep 16, 2020

Unless you want to spend money, don’t bother downloading the app. You only give info to them and get nothing back unless you pay. Not even a free trial for 1 month. Disappointing indeed.

So far, seems like a good app... took off a star because there is no way to sync with Fitbit or other tracker and no way to manually add steps from a tracker. Walk is based on age, weight, etc, not just a general thing, which I like alot. When you walk, the app let's you know when you are nearing pace changes. Let's you use Pandora or Shazam. I'm an Amazon person, but it's still a nice feature. Will update if I experience something worth noting.

  • I liked it in the beginning but now there are problems Jul 9, 2020

    By Terpfantastic
At first I purchased the app for the weekly $9.99 subscription. I loved using it on my treadmill downstairs and felt like I was doing really good. At the end of three weeks of purchases I decided to go ahead and purchase a year. Every time I open the app now it says I need to renew my weekly subscription ...so I touch the button “continue” and i get a message informing me that I have paid for a year and I can manage my subscriptions in settings...when I hit ok it sends me back to that pop up page in the app. I think where the problem exists is that the app is listed in my current subscriptions and also my expired subscriptions. So I unable to use any of the apps challenges. When I open it I can very briefly see how many steps I have walked and then it goes to that renewal page. Help!

  • Good workouts, underdeveloped app. May 21, 2020

    By KellyOye
First the positive- the walking workouts are good. They tell you when to speed up and slow down for a great interval training walk. I worked up a good sweat when using the app. Then the not so good- When I walked outside with the app it kept resetting itself mid workout. It was really frustrating to look at my phone and find out the app closed and was no longer recording what I was doing. The next day I used it on my treadmill and it was nice because they tell you when to adjust the speeds and make recommendations; however, your phone needs to be in your hand at all times! The app registered 400 steps and my watch registered 6,800! In my opinion, this app has potential to be a really good app, but has not been fully developed. This app should be able to synch to a Fitbit or Apple Watch so steps can be tracked when people do not have their phone in their hand when working out. Also, they need to figure out how to keep the app running when people have their phone in their pocket (in reading the reviews it appears others have had this issue as well). I gave it 3 stars because I do like the workouts; however, to receive 5 stars there needs to be more with syncing to other apps and devices.

  • I really wanted to like this app Jun 5, 2020

    By PTI Groupie
I really wish I read the reviews before purchasing this app. Having the same problems other users are reporting. The crashing of the app, the not backing up workouts. To be on a 20 minute section of the workout and be 16 minutes in and it crashes all together. I purchased the yearly and really wished I just paid for the weekly. I know I’m not going to see my money back. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is due to the workout and the segmented parts of the walk. I liked the breaking up of walking fast to moderate. But also the pictures in the display in App Store look nothing the actual app. I feel a little duped.

Meh ... Should Have More Features For Paid Subscription ... the paid subscription should allow for syncing my Fitbit device so accurate steps, etc can be captured. If syncing is not available, then at least allow me to manually adjust the steps, and other data points captured. I paid for this subscription but it feels like a free trial ... not proving worth the price... if there are no new features offered soon to allow paid users to have more control, I will not be renewing this subscription

I wanted to trial this app and was immediately charged for a full years subscription. I cancelled and tried to get a refund but no luck. Its a disgrace ! Very misleading .... should be more clear. So as a result I paid for a year which I unsubscribed as I thought it would refund me so I am paying for a product that I cant even use !
