The programs are easy to do and the calculations are correct. But I paid $30 thinking it would be more in depth and it wasn’t. I also thought I’d be able to use some sort of wrist tracking device but I actually have to carry my phone which is not desirable, especially on the treadmill. I think if the app allowed for a Fitbit or Apple Watch connection along with some other metrics it would be worth it.

For whatever reason it didn't record my steps for 3 days in a row and on one of those days I had nearly doubled my target. Disappointed.

I just purchased this app to calculate how many miles to walk to lose weight and paid the yearly subscription. I don’t see this option available. I want my money back.

Hi I signed up for the three Month program. Why isn’t the app calculating my steps, calories... everything shows 0. I’m in day four and have been caring my phone while walking

Waste of my money. I'd like a refund asap. This app promo shows that you can lose weight by walking there is no access trial. Once you sign up the algorithm doesn't show you how you're weightloss intervals occurs based upon your weight and walking to see where you progress can be based on your body type.

  • Not worth it! Apr 10, 2021

This app isn’t nearly as effective or easy-to-use as advertised. The beginning seems promising as you put in your goals, weight, etc. but once you pay for the subscription, you quickly realize it’s not worth it!! You cannot view a workout plan as advertised and it doesn’t accurately track data. The app would be better if there was a calendar with an actual walking workout plan that users could view including expected length and duration of walks. As is, the app is not conducive to a lifestyle that involves planning. Also, a huge fault is that it does not connect to any devices or app such as an Apple Watch or Fitbit for data. Basically the app uses phone data only so you always need to have your phone with you in order for it to track data like steps. I was very disappointed to find this out as the app does not appropriately track or gather correct data of my movement. For example, my health app and Apple Watch app currently say I have about 1,200 steps for the day but because I wasn’t holding my phone for them, the app says I only have 66. Confusing and not worth the price. Save your money!!!

This is *not* a free to use plan as is implied. The questions are generic - it might be a good idea to factor in if individuals have any health conditions (for example, I have osteoarthritis so l have some mobility issues), then when you've completed them, BAM! It asks for your cash. I will be uninstalling this app without using.

i thought this app had promise! i checked off every box necessary, then whabam! i have to pay to lose weight, just like majority of every weight loss program. if you want consumers downloading your app, make their plan free, make sure there’s a post notifications option to remind your customer that there is walking that needs to be done. if you want to make money, there should be an extra plan that a consumer can purchase that includes diets, gaining muscle, or even workouts focusing on one part of the body. i guarantee, people who see that they have to pay will delete the app as fast as they saw it. to make your consumer buy, you already have to offer something spectacular! for instance, in games people enjoy they have to work for a lot of the stuff they want/own in the game, and usually there’s features where you can buy more, or buy a premium. i think, that is a rather suitable for this app, you offer the walking plan first for free, and advertise other plans the consumer can buy like exercises and diets. hope you take this criticism for good!

I really would have liked to have tri do this app. But it made me fill in all my data and then wouldn't continue until unsubscribed. Why not just state at the begging it's a paid app, and not that there are in-app purchases. It's misleading. I will look for another app that is more honest with its customers from the beginning.

I have a treadmill and love that this app gives me a target speed to set instead of leaving it up to my own discretion.

Helps with interval walking, but for what I’m paying would like it to connect to my Fitbit being that I don’t always carry my cell with me! Other than that it’s not bad, and seeing my progress is inspiring

Hello, I was looking through the app and made an accidental purchase of the one year subscription. I cancelled it immediately as it wasn’t my intention, is there anyway I could get my money back? Thank you

Why waste the time to fill out all your information and then ask for payment at the end. I would have love to been given a free trail to see whether if I choose to pay or not.

This app needs to be able to connect to Apple or Fitbit. I don’t always walk around with my phone. Also this app needs a Better was to log on . I purchased on one phone and tried to move it to another phone and I can’t open it🤨
  • Cost Money to get plan Sep 16, 2020

Unless you want to spend money, don’t bother downloading the app. You only give info to them and get nothing back unless you pay. Not even a free trial for 1 month. Disappointing indeed.

I would like it better if I could link this to my Fitbit or Apple Watch! I show 9,000 steps today on my Fitbit but only 2200 on this app! I cannot always have my phone on me to be able to register!

  • Do not buy Mar 22, 2021

    By CMP0412
Do not buy this app. Your phone already does all that it offers. After purchasing there are multiple prices listed but it forces you to pay the highest offering and at least a month subscription to get started. The app claims to provide you with a plan but in the set up - you set all the numbers yourself. The app then requests access to your phone’s fitness tracker to use their step data. All it does it track your steps that your phone already does. No plan created as it advertises. No recommendations- you set the plan, your phone does the tracking. Waste of money. Also, before you can see a single thing, it is already pushing other expensive products.
