First walk was ok although I think I set my pace too fast for the easy walk( fat 🔥 walk) so that when it came to the fast walk I had to hammer it. Voice over coach is good , clear voice even if you have the phone in your pocket, I think you can have you music linked up to the app the the voice coach will just interupt the play. Definitely going to keep using this as I need to lose a stack of weight and walking easier on the joints especially if your overweight.

  • Good workouts, underdeveloped app. May 21, 2020

    By KellyOye
First the positive- the walking workouts are good. They tell you when to speed up and slow down for a great interval training walk. I worked up a good sweat when using the app. Then the not so good- When I walked outside with the app it kept resetting itself mid workout. It was really frustrating to look at my phone and find out the app closed and was no longer recording what I was doing. The next day I used it on my treadmill and it was nice because they tell you when to adjust the speeds and make recommendations; however, your phone needs to be in your hand at all times! The app registered 400 steps and my watch registered 6,800! In my opinion, this app has potential to be a really good app, but has not been fully developed. This app should be able to synch to a Fitbit or Apple Watch so steps can be tracked when people do not have their phone in their hand when working out. Also, they need to figure out how to keep the app running when people have their phone in their pocket (in reading the reviews it appears others have had this issue as well). I gave it 3 stars because I do like the workouts; however, to receive 5 stars there needs to be more with syncing to other apps and devices.

I like this program, it tells me exactly how fast to go, I think I heard someone tell me to change speeds (I was listening to something else, but I'm pretty sure I heard something, I'll listen to the music tomorrow and verify), so I'm not sure why other people are saying that it doesn't. I really don't care about the pedometer feature, I don't carry my phone on my all the time, so it's never going to capture all my steps, i have another device for that. All phones have some sort of pedometer on them these days or there are plenty of free apps out there that capture steps. It's pretty evident that it's a 1-week trial and then you pay. It does ask for payment right away, which is annoying, but it's not difficult to cancel right away and you still get the 1-week trial. I am beyond frustrated because I would like to purchase this app, but I don't want to pay the monthly fee, I'd like to get a discount by purchasing the annual fee. Please, can someone contact me and tell me how to do that? $15.99/month is too expensive. If no one contacts me, I won't pay the monthly fee, since I've already cancelled.

  • Disappointed fan May 14, 2020

I wanted to love this app. The daily work outs, the ability to connect to my own music to play on my walks, I thought this app had it all. I have used it continuously for a month now, and have experienced several issues with it. It often crashes mid workout losing all of my progress. Then there were days I met or even surpassed my goals only to realize the app didn’t record it at all! I emailed support several times, they replied and attempted to fix some of the issues, but the crashing persists. I was also surprised that they didn’t offer me any refund or discount on the monthly charge I continued to pay. Time to find another app that will at least continue through a 40 minute work out.

My wife introduced me to this app. I downloaded it yesterday and went for a walk. Today, I go for a walk and I used the day 1 fat burning interval and I like the instructions on how fast to walk and the changes of pace. Nice feature. However, the goals I set when I downloaded this app are invisible to me. No idea how to find the answers to the questions the app asked of me before I paid for the yearly subscription. Any help would be appreciated in editing goals at my leisure.

I was very hopeful as I filled in all the questions. Height, weight, age, step goal, weight loss goal, sex, etc. Then I subscribed and then I found myself in an even more basic step counter than what I currently have on my Fitbit. £28.99 for a glorified step counter is way too expensive. I cancelled my subscription on the same day I started my subscription so hopefully I'll.get my money back.

  • Great app, but it just keeps quitting Jun 29, 2020

    By annyc555
I would give a 5-star rating to the actual workouts and what this app offers, EXCEPT for the fact that it keeps on quitting/spontaneously closing! I’m on Day 23 of a month long subscription, and to date I’ve had no more than 5 days where the app remained open and working through the entirety of the workout. I read about this problem in other reviews prior to downloading/purchasing, but some suggested it would not quit if you hold it in your hand throughout the workout-which I was willing to do. That *doesn’t* work. I’ve tried holding it, closing all other apps, not holding it, and I have the latest updates to my iOS op system and the app. Nothing works. I now use the app as a guide, restarting it each time it quits to see what I’m supposed to do next in my workout, and then set my timer since I know the app will quit. It’s pretty frustrating. I welcome contact from a developer if there is some secret trick to making this work without quitting. I have 6 days until my subscription renews, but I will be canceling if I don’t get input about how to improve this prior to that. And on a final note, beyond fixing the quitting problem, I would suggest color-coding the time segments at the bottom of the screen so a user knows what’s up next between Slow, Moderate, Fast or Very Fast speeds. I’d love to be able to overview the whole workout that way, or at a minimum, have some indication of what the next segment’s speed should be.

  • This would be awesome if it worked!!! Jun 27, 2020

So, I bought this app in April and everything was fine. I went through 1 challenge and had started the next challenge when things started to go wrong. I’d be walking and the app would just quit. At first, I thought it was my fault...you know, user error, but as the days went by, I realized that it was the app. I could be 27 minutes in or just starting and it would just quit. The most annoying part of it is when you are 27 minutes in and there is nothing. I contacted the developer and they were not really helpful. They said I could go to Apple for a refund and that I had to go on and cancel it through Apple. Apple wasn’t very helpful either, although they were very responsive. I did all the things that they suggested and I thought I would try it again the next day. I did and it quit right away. No one would refund my money so I disputed it through AMEX. They took care of it. Thanks. Buyer beware.

I would really like my subscription to be returned. The app is misleading, so called screenshots that are used to advertise the app are not in the app at all, its very basic, no help information at all. No diet info, no recommendations. Its just a basic step counter. Very expensive for what I already have in my fit bit! Very misleading Very disappointing Don't waste your money people

First.. you answer questions. Second.. you can pay 14.99 for 1 month (7 day trial which is still included on the 14.99 you won't be refunded) 29.99 for 12 months Or 3 months for 24.99 After the time is up you will be charged 29.99 without notice. Third you can get the same information online for free or with samsung fit or Google fit or apple fit. You're obese if you aren't in the healthy zone and the app alerts you every time you open it🙄 great way to be annoyed.

I bought the app in Dec of 2019 but did not use it until today. As I filled out all my information it came to the payment part and plan. It won’t let me bypass this. I pied for the premium plan. No response from the company. I will change this once someone responds and fixes the problem. As I see it now you I paid for something that doesn’t work therefore you stole my money.

I like this app. The challenges keep me focused as they are different each day so don't become monotonous. Only question I have is that the challenges only seem to go up to 30 days. What happens after completing that?

First day using the app and I was doing good on the treadmill however with 10 minutes left in my workout it resets itself to day 1 and it did not save the progress! I got a good sweat and I want this thing to work because I love the idea behind it but what’s the point when it resets in the middle of working out it makes you lose momentum. I paid the $20 bucks for this thing and it does not work right! If support could share some tips to get through the workout without it resetting you will have a long time customer!!!

It's an ok app. Seems to keep up with steps and miles you've walked. But don't keep up with time. Also in the description it shows it tracks your path but can't find it anywhere.

  • I really wanted to like this app Jun 5, 2020

    By PTI Groupie
I really wish I read the reviews before purchasing this app. Having the same problems other users are reporting. The crashing of the app, the not backing up workouts. To be on a 20 minute section of the workout and be 16 minutes in and it crashes all together. I purchased the yearly and really wished I just paid for the weekly. I know I’m not going to see my money back. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is due to the workout and the segmented parts of the walk. I liked the breaking up of walking fast to moderate. But also the pictures in the display in App Store look nothing the actual app. I feel a little duped.

  • Gets ridiculously intense ridiculously fast! Apr 21, 2020

    By Tksuebd jz
So I am 54 and significantly overweight. I walk several times a week, so decided to try this app (the pay version even) for weight loss and to get in better shape. Even after plugging in my weight and not-great fitness level, it plunged me into a super-intense workout by the third day. I actually felt weak and started weaving! The first day was fine, the second, a little intense but doable. The third day? It had me going 4.1 mph for several-minute spurts - ridiculous, unreasonable, dangerous and demoralizing! Shame on your “fitness” experts, and now I’ve paid a ridiculous amount of money too.

Don't waste your money. Stride length can't be adjusted. Says I've walked 2.5 miles with less than 3000 steps. That would take me nearly 6k usually. Difficult to keep to the pace of interval exercises as no verbal communication and have to constantly look at my phone.

    By conoli61811
I have been using the app for almost 2 weeks. I am not impressed with the app because I have not found any directions or suggestions other than start the workout. I would like some idea of how long each workout is in order to plan my time. It’s frustrating beginning a workout and not knowing how long it will be. The one thing the app dies is keep me “accountable” for doing something, but that can be accomplished with any walking app.

  • Why the relatively low max weight limit? Apr 21, 2020

    By Spanishdelyte
You are obviously going to get some obese customers in here that are trying to get fit. How hard would it be to put the weight limit ceiling much higher instead of capping it at 330lbs? I’m heavier than that and this app is useless to me because I can’t accurately enter my weight. Please address this simple fix in an update. I don’t want to delete this app but it’s useless to anyone over 330lbs.
