    After a nerve wracking, why can’t I sign in after I subscribed (especially after I saw money being deducted from my wallet for the subscription and little to no response from tech help: how I solved the problem...I decided to just simply subscribe again, so at least I was inside the app to ask for help dealing with two subscriptions and lo, the app quickly adjusted itself and it was as though nothing had happened...I am subscribed...just one subscription 😊 couldn’t I have received that answer from someone?) As for the content, it is the walk at home I remember doing with Leslie Sansone. However, it has been decades and I want to start with beginner walks...I know there is a very first beginner walk...but can’t see it here. I clicked on the first 1-mile walk and it was hard to keep up. Other than that, I look forward to progressing as well as I can and walking away! [edited July 2021] it’s been working! I had a knee injury which kept me from starting for nearly 5 months. But I now I have been faithfully walking nearly every morning…did my first 3-mile walk yesterday. Proof that it is working: I simply feel better. I have so far lost 10 pounds. Today when I had to lean over to scrub hard water stains from the toilet (a long and tedious job), my back did not hurt when before I would barely start when pain began . Thank you, Leslie Sansone and her team!

    I really love this app! However, the home screen is blank for me. I used to see videos on the home screen and used it to find videos. They were categorized nicely. Now I have to use the search function which is not as easy. Please fix

    I’ve been a Leslie Sansone fan for years! I started doing her videos in high school with my mom and they are the only thing I stay consistent with. I love that you can up the intensity or modify it based on your needs. So excited to have access to all the videos and some that seem newer that I never new existed!

    The app started out great, but after a while it locked up , my subscription is still running,I tried restore subscription it saying try again later. I don't know what going on

    I enjoy the versatility. It’s not the same everyday. The monthly program is a cool feature. Leslie Sansone is my favorite instructor. If you require more intense workouts this may not be for you. It pairs well with my WW and FitBit!!

    The app is great but it doesn’t always load and work the way it should. I have to type in the name of the workout I want, many times all I get is the one mile workouts appearing. Needs some tweaking.

    The app is really straightforward and easy to use, loads more choices of workouts than on YouTube and I love being able to use it across all my different devices. I had one instance of the app on my smart TV locking the workouts even though it was working fine on my phone. One email later and they resolved the issue really quickly (within an hour!) and kept me updated. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had when an app goes glitchy.

    I really like the walk, run, lift and there was one walk and yoga which is also my favourite. It'd be great if you could add more on walk and yoga or incorporate more stretching into the monthly program. Thanks. Please let all your instructors know that my family really enjoy doing these workout daily. It helps not only in keeping us physically fit but also mentally healthy.

    None of the videos show the length of the video. Unless of course I want to open up each video which I don't want to do. I am uninstalling the app and am just going to have to use my laptop. On my laptop you can see how long each video is.

    I had the previous walk at home app and loved it. No issues at all. Then the app had a message about transitioning users to the new app. The RED app. I had horrible time getting that app “transitioned”. Back and forth chat with customer service on the yellow app and final response from that app customer service was you need to discuss your issues with the RED app customer service. Ugh. I finally get subscribed thru iTunes and use the 7 day free trial and there is some type of issue. I had always paid thru a debit card without iTunes for the yellow app but couldn’t find that way to pay so I paid thru iTunes. Then I receive a notice from the red app that my subscription ended may 11th after a month and I had to re enter my payment method to use the app. Fine I am back in. May 12 they bill my iTunes again. So I paid twice in may and have no one to contact. This is ridiculous! The content is not nearly what the yellow app had. I loved the punch up your walk work out and poof gone. So many workouts gone.... love Leslies workouts but the customer service with this app is what really affects this customer’s satisfaction.

    So I did the free trail. I could log in yesterday, however today it doesn’t automatically have me log in and says it can’t find my email. But the app sure took my money yesterday off my ITunes account. The first week was great I really think the workout were a great starter to lose weight. If I can’t log in the first month that leaves a very bad taste in your mouth.

    For a paid app it is subpar. It freezes if I want to change workouts and try to go back to the main menu. I have to shut down my TV and start over. I wish it had more details about the workouts on the main screen before you select it. Useful information like length, styles and any equipment needed. I just think if I have to pay to use an app then there shouldn't be glitches and it should be easy to use. I couldn't remember my password tonight and there wasn't even an option to reset it.

    I just downloaded the app and tried to watch a video. It said to sign in or setup account for access. I setup the account (free) and couldn't find any free videos. After selecting a video the app crashed everytime. I did see other reviews that the app crashed but I thought maybe they finally fixed it. Nope and the videos aren't for free.

    The app is fine but the video play quality on Roku is horrible. Speaking with their IT department got me no where. I thought having this on my tv would be great instead of YouTube was awesome. Instead I had slow and messed up video play...so I cancelled the service. Sucks because I love Leslie and her team.

    App stopped working completely on Android box (Invidia Shield) and Android phone (Galaxy S10+). I get a repeated error message, it won't even load the app itself. Will change rating once this issue is fixed.

    I started doing Leslie Sansone’s Walk at Home workouts on YouTube several years ago. I was excited to see there is an app available now, and it is totally worth the subscription fee! First of all, no more dealing with YouTube ads in the middle of a workout alone is a huge plus. HOWEVER this app offers so much more than just the same videos that were available on the YouTube channel! I love the monthly plan because it makes it easy to stay committed. And if the day’s assigned workout is not what you’re looking for that day, there’s a versatile selection of workouts to mix and match from, which are available at all times. The workouts are always a satisfying challenge, but Leslie makes sure to keep it accessible for all skill levels by providing alternative moves (you can always go back to walking in place whenever needed, and jump back into the harder moves later) Leslie and all the other coaches are so fun and charming as well. Definitely a five star value!
