    i understand that every app needs time for maintenance, but i’ve never had more issues with an app so important. this is mobile banking, something people need immediate access to on a constant basis. when this app undergoes maintenance periods, they last a strangely long time. like, what do you mean i can’t access my accounts, my transaction history, or my deposits for the Majority of the day? many, many hours. that’s kind of unacceptable. people may need to check their balance for time sensitive and very important matters, so blocking them from viewing these things as well as blocking them from making necessary transfers and deposits is asinine. go ahead and fix your app, but please don’t take away all access to it for all of its users for such a ridiculous amount of time while you do. i have never encountered such a problem so often.

    I currently use this app on my iPhone 12 Pro max and is good most of the time but when I’m out of town in dollar stores it doesn’t work AT ALL. I’m not sure windy the issue is but I hate it. Also I have to have at least 3 bars in order for it to work properly.

    This app saved me from potential major damage. My card number was stolen, most likely from a skimmer. Got a notification of an illegal charge in another state. Luckily the charge was small. I was able to immediately deactivate the card. Three more charge attempts were made on the card. All were denied! Haha, KMA scammers! I’ve noticed now the notifications of transactions are instantaneous in most cases. Before it took about a minute or two. One feature I would like to see is the ability to add my unsecured Visa card.

    Despite all these cry babies that are STILL complaining about the app. It works 100% perfectly with the new updated version of the app. It took a while, but I’m glad they finally fixed it. No more magic touch for me! Lol. Oh, and to all those people still complaining… just go to a new bank if you’re unhappy. Bottom line is the problem is fixed and it’s working better then before!

    Edit: The app works as intended now. I am able to log in, view my account, everything I need. Unable to even login to my account. Every attempt made to start typing in my info for logging in and the app itself closes and refuses to allow me to even attempt the login. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. Really upsetting as this is what I use to keep track of everything since its supposed to be an easier to help with your account. A massive failure.

    This app is perfect. You can customize push notifications to notify you of things that matter to you most. Mobil check deposits are quick and easy. Transferring funds internally is fast and simple. Managing all VyStar accounts like auto loan and credit card, from the app is easy. Card control makes to easy to turn debit cards on and off. It’s a one stop app to take care of all of your banking needs. I’m super happy with the app and how it performs.

Sorry VyStar, you were my favorite for a long time, but following this mess of an update- I can't trust y'all with my money anymore. I'm paying off my credit card and going elsewhere.

    It worked this morning on iphones. It had an update and now works fine on androids. If you're having problems logging in go into your application settings under your phone settings and clear the cache and data for the VyStar app after downloading and installing the update and sign in again and it should work. Still took way too long for them to get these problems sorted out and I can honestly say my confidence in this credit union is not as strong as it once was.

    I lose my card a lot so this app offers the ability to turn off my card and turn it back on when I find it. Super convenient. Sometimes it’ll act weird but for the most part I’ve had no problems.

    At first, the app stopped crashing after the update but when I tried to login at warning message popped up saying HTPP 3307, then I proceeded to reinstall the app and then it let me login after that. I hope the app continues the work and doesn't start crashing again. Otherwise, the app works fine and I just hope this doesn't happen again...they're losing customers.

    Utter garbage. App won't even open, just continues to crash. Whoever does your IT needs to be fired. UPDATE: Still trash. Uninstalled and reinstalled, app still crashes at startup. 3 more car payments and done with them. UPDATE 6/26: Got an email saying the app was up an running. Tried logging in the last 20 min and it keeps saying "low or no connectivity". Still trash.

    This would be a great app if Vystar hire some IT developers who knows how to fix the main issue! 1) after downloading, the app works fine for you to add your card and info, after that it will not open again, it will only allow you to see the message prompt but when attempting to view via the app, the error secure connection fail will appear, 2) why show the number of messages via the widget but not allow the user to open? This is very frustrating, especially when I need it the most because someone has stolen my card info, had to call and hold for over 40 mins to block card bc app wouldn’t allow me to do so, during that time to got 7 transactions thru! Get it together vystar, you could loose customers who’s been with you all for many years!!

    Even though the app is finally working (most of the time) it asks to send a security code text every single time I log in even with fingerprints. It does not show the transfers automatically you have to reload the app to see accurate balances after internal transfers. Also not sure if app related but negative checking balances aren't triggering an automatic transfer from savings like before. Really no better than the original app if anything it's worse, come on you guys can do better than this!

    It would be great to be able to log on to see my finances. Especially when the closest vystar is a great distance away. The website won't let you get past the 2 step verification because it is broken link and the mobile app won't even stay open. It opens to the login screen then completely closes the app. Update: Still I am not able to sign in app. Http 307 Temporary Redirect. It also should not ask you for your full SSN first thing when you have sign in issues.

    I’m getting alerts that say Card Control, but the app won’t let me get in. Keeps saying.. trying to establish secure connection. Never lets me in. I tried uninstalling and re installing the app to no avail. I checked my IPhone to see if I had the latest update, and I do.. so I don’t know. Honestly, this service would get much higher marks if it worked again. I had found out immediately when my card was compromised, and I was able to cancel the card faster because of this app. I hope they get it working again.

    Updated app from old app. New app does not run. It crashes when starting. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. No change. It crashes when starting. Sent multiple feedbacks every time an attempt to run was made. Please fix so that Vystar can be accessed from the phone. Also, vystar website accessed from Samsung internet browser on android phone does not allow login. It appears the app was poorly coded and cannot be stored in sd flash causing poor phone memory management.

    The app doesn’t work after you update it. It will still ping a notification when a card is used, and put the number of notifications widget up, but when you actually try to open it it just stays on trying to open a secure connection. I have tried deleting and reinstalling, I’ve tried a full phone reboot, and deleting and reinstalling the vystar mobile banking app since you have to go through that to open this. Nothing works! The update broke this app

    App keeps crashing, doesn't stay up long enough to even attempt a login. Old app worked until this new system upgrade that does not work from the browser either. Update: just read an article that the app is working, yet it still crashes as soon as it tries to start. This is a month later and still an issue. Maybe it is an issue with working with my newer android version. Apparently vystar's testing is non existent or very limited. No longer crashes but gives http 307 error on login

    The app had been doing what it was supposed to, probably worthy of 3.5 stars, because it HAS to go through the mobile banking app to operate, instead of optionally working as a standalone app. However, as of the last update, The thing keeps going on a loop trying to establish a secure connection, or so it says. I know it is the app because I’ve tried multiple networks, and even removing and reinstalling to no avail.

    The app won't even open😔 What is the point of switching apps the other one was working fine. UPDATE! The app stays open but when I try to log in it says HTTP 307...so I clicked on the CAN'T LOG IN LINK and it asked for my full social security number and the last 6 digits on my debit card...seriously! I don't know about anyone else but that doesn't seem safe on a app that isn't working🤔😒

    I manage to get the app working after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which is not very user-friendly for the tech illiterate. I am still annoyed with missing features, like fingerprint recognition for log-in. Also, I am annoyed with the still lack of full features on the website version, why are schedule transfers still broken. Then reading about other user problems, it almost tempts me to fully switch over to Community First, but for now I wait to see what happens.

    This app is great… when it works. It could be working for the longest time and then one day, it just doesn’t give alerts anymore. I’ve gone through my mobile banking, my phone settings, everything to figure it out and nothing works. Sad because I really liked being able to see my charges.

    I had this app and it was working fine until 3 days ago. I don’t have access to turn on or off my card or check my notifications because the app stays establishing secure connection for ever and never opens. I deleted the app and going to install again. We will see if it fix the problem.

    Since the last update, absolutely unusable. It’s been over a month since it worked properly at all. I’ve deleted both card control as well as VyStar trying to basically start over..nothing. It is useless. And for someone who’s has their account hacked many times, this is a necessary feature. So much so we’ve been shopping other credit unions. VyStar has tons of issues as a bank, and their apps are worthless

    After FINALLY getting the mobile banking app working after SEVERAL WEEKS, I downloaded the Card Control app which I used often before the current debacle. After downloading the app I tried to login. It told me I had to log in to the Mobile Banking app which I was already logged in to. So when I selected “Log Into Mobile Banking” and attempted to login, it tells me my user name and password are incorrect. PITIFUL!!!
