Why I cannot do scoring 0 star for evaluation? I cannot login to banking despite succesfully passing SecureGo app. This app is really terrible. I am cursing the developer. The developer must experience this app under urgent situations, of course finally does not work.

The worst app ever..no other languages added..the bank must be like my corner shop down in my street..even the money gram app transfer has the many languages added.

Personal device forgets you - not for international customers
No other language available - only German - which means it has no interest in improving international relations/use. I was told to use google translate live picture view from one of its banker- but it (security feature) signs you off automatically after toggling screens too much and screenshoting anything on the app (sensible enough). BUT - Every time it updates - it seems to restart the app all over - resets my password memory - resets my facial recognition - or deletes it all together from password KEY log - which also means I need to wait again for - code/bank via in-person post/MAIL verification before I‘m allowed to sign in... Why offer this “smart” virtual feature at all if there are security concerns. I do claim responsibility for relying on these intelligent feature to remember things for me. Also the app keeps constantly offering “Apple”wallet/cash banking features- but it is only available for 1 specific branch- not mine. It could be much better. Take example from other banking apps more successful/dynamic and use that as a template.- Before relaunching an other update that is short of meeting basic virtual needs for „sophisticated“ 2020 devices. Thank you. -
Not Good
Its been 2 years and there is STILL no English language. It really isn’t that hard to do . It’s a really big struggle moving to Germany and not being able to full understand what is going on with OUR money . I would love to be able to read and understand. But I can’t because it’s still only AVAILABLE IN GERMAN !!!! -
Why don't add languages? Is it so difficult? This is most awful banking app I've ever used.

Modernization
Please update your capabilities. How is this not availible in English? How are you only able to utilize in a single town? This is extremely difficult to navigate and log in to. -
The App is so complicated, you can't even choose it in English language.. transfer money to someone, next time you have to start putting all the details again and again....

PLEASE localize with English.
This app is only in German. The bankers at Volksbank speak English so why can't the app? It is impossible to use if you do not speak German. PLEASE use localization to put this app in English. -
It would be very helpful but always collapses. I can hardly check my account's balance without having to open the app three to four times.

Not Good

Switch to other banks
Since I started traveling a lot, Volksbank became useless to me. When I found out that I couldn’t use any their branches outside my city I switched to a different bank immediately. I’m sorry, but this is unacceptable in today’s global world.
