    Does as advertised with little issues. Interface is decent, but some other DVR/NVR handle playback a bit better.

    Latest Update: If Vmobile is unable to connect to IP address & Port specified, it will substitute QNAP’S LAN server internal IP address & Port - that it got from QNAP server on a previous successful connection. Failing that it will substitute WAN IP address, that LAN is connected too. Issue is, once it starts doing substituting, user can not stop it. Vmobile will not let user delete LAN or WAN server IP Addresses, that it automatically picked up from previously connecting to QNAP server. Despite a menu selection allowing user to pick LAN or WAN first or Only LAN or Only WAN, Vmobile ignores those choices. There is no option that says: Use what was specified and don’t substitute or don’t use LAN or WAN values it has automatically entered. Only way out is to delete the entry for server and add server back with user specified IP address & Port. This issue becomes very apparent first time Vmobile fails to connect to user specified IP & Port for whatever reason. __________________________________________________________________________________ Previous version worked fine. New 3.0 version is terribly slow to connect to cameras if it ever does. 3.0 has problems staying connected. Frame rate dropped from 8fps (previous version) down to 0.5fps for 3.0 version. 3.0 complains about to slow connection even when connected to WiFi with 5Mbps down and 5Mbps up. Deleting and reinstalling did not resolve problems.

    Qnap know how to take care about there products and really they have good and fast support This update I request it because the old version stuck my phone and crash many time But this version fix all the old bugs i hope this version work smoothly

    App support is a bit...lacking. Doesn’t support resolutions higher than 1080p, it seems. Crashes or hangs frequently, requiring a phone restart to work again. Frankly, I expect better from QNAP.

    Can't connect over WAN. Only works on Lan. Myqnapcloud connection simply doesn't work app provides no usable error information. No amount of port forwarding seems to help. Better off using Qfile to view recordings in proper quality. Very disappointed will need to buy a Dvr.. As surveilence station is prohibitively expensive considering this app is useless.

    This app is extremely outdated and not user friendly. Play background is limited to resolutions no one would use on their camera's anyway, and the play back quality when streaming recorded files, even over Wi-Fi, is horrendous. Get with the times.... I use the oem app from the cameras to view real time, and using qnap you pretty much are sol for reviewing recorded playback. Sad...

    PLEASE, PLEASE QNAP - update this app ASAP. I invested $3500 into your high-end NVR just to find out that your remote monitoring app for iOS is a complete rubbish. Keeps crashing every few seconds. Keeps freezing my phone for minutes. What a terrible quality! Please resolve ASAP!!! Despite a couple of updates claiming to have contained bug fixes, the app is still freezing my phone and remains a useless garbage. Shame on you QNAP for treating your customers like POS. Now getting intermittent "Cannot decide video stream" error, and as a result, unable to view any video. I want to return my QNAP unit and never deal with crappy software designed by irresponsible company.

    Can connect local fine, see my cameras and view playback. Can't connect outside of my network at all. 0 tutorials on how to configure this for outside of your network. And the feedback button in the app does nothing.

    App update made this useless. No full screen camera viewing, selecting fit to screen does nothing, so much wasted space! Wish i would have never updated! Qnap has seemed to abandon the app. If you looking for a security system and need mobile viewing buy another system!!! Update: Qnap still has yet to fix this app and iOS 11 made it worse! It is now unusable with the freezing and lockups. Qnap support is useless and does not listen to their customers. When you spend $2000+ on a NAS and $50 per camera licensing you would expect their app to at least work!

    I can playback video on my Mac, but this app almost always gets to a point where is says “Playback Error. Cannot decode video stream.” Where it just stops and to play more, you have to start over. You can’t just skip the problem section. Note: these errors only seem to occur in this app, not on the Mac. Also there is no way to get full resolution.

    app doesn't connect to server, can't locate, can't connect via cloud, and qnap has known Abbott the problem for months. renders any purpose of camera at remote site useless. why buy licenses for cameras that you can't see away from home? can't connect on local lan either! blueiris, here i come

    Can't connect to server.. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT when apps that used to work suddenly don't. The rest of their suite works fine but this one is now completely useless now.

    This current update is worse than before. More often than not I have to force quit the app just to view a different camera. Previous versions worked fine, but the latest version fails to connect. If Qnap is looking for suggestions. I would like the connection to default to LAN when on the local network, then when not on the local, connect via WAN.

    I try to use remote connections over myqnapcloud, but I it doesn't work there is not a good manual or support I can only check the canera when I am on my internal network
