What the heck? My son accidentally deleted the app & now all the coins & progress I spent money on are gone!! EDITED: I originally gave 1 star because of the above comment. I decided to reach out & send a email to the email address listed. Not only did I get a response within minutes but they also restored my lost credits. One of the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

My 4 year old loves to do the tasks on the among us game but I didn’t like the fact that she could also be an impostor since that promotes violence. This game gives her the challenge she needs and it’s super fun. We all like to play to see who can complete the levels the fastest

My 3 year old sister she loves your videos and more but installed the game for today every day that you made have a good day

The game is cool but in lorry's level the three cubes from the truck when I put them in their places and try to flip them the last cube that I flip makes me exit the game is it a bug or something else?

This game is so cool... !!!!! But there is one thing that i hate!! It is that Wen you finish a level you have to buy the nother level and it is soooooooooooo anoying!!!!!!!!!!!! But i love watcing Vlad and niki they are sooo funny but i removed it

I love this games . It has no problem . Fun to play . Hard and easy puzzles . We can solves harf and easy puzzles . Its really good game and i love to play ❤❤❤❤😊😇

Absolutely great! I've played all of the 12 Locks games and they are all super. Challenging enough without being impossible. Impressed at hkw much can be put into a game without making such a huge dowload file. Well done! Trying some of the other games now by this development team. Hope they are as entertaining as the 12 Locks series is.

The app is really fun because i love the one where you have to find the keys the reason i didnt give this 5 stars is because i went on an add and then it took my back to home screen when i finished the add the game is fun but can the owners of this game help with that from Alisha marie byford

Both my boys 2 and 5 are having lots of fun with the puzzles and mini games. I enjoy playing them too. I just wish the ads were appropriate for young children. Some of the advertised games involve harming others or as one says “kill all the crew mates”.

Too grindy when you want to earn coins instead of paying real money. But I enjoyed their past games.

This game is so fun and challenging but the prices for the coins are kinda high but the game is still really enjoyable

I give it a 3star because when I get on it and go to the 2 level it makes me go back to the beginning of my phone.

Went dark when we press the Christmas one ,and we re-downloaded. But all the games the we purchased can’t restore

The reason I gave this three stars is because I try to open the droor on the 1st lvl but there's something that says watch ad to open so I watch the ad and when it's over it gives me nothing. But this is still a good game and I would definitely recommend this game! It's also a good game if you love a challenge because it's really hard but also really easy at the same time and parents should help a little bit so that means you get to spend more time with them☺ But can you please lower the prices
