Perfection!
Jul 27, 2017 By macdaddynyc@I love this app. I hate going to the gym, but I love to workout. This app allows me to get a crazy, awesome workout in my living room. The exercises are well illustrated, and there are so many options. Great workout app, plan and simple! more -
Aug 16, 2022 By AH96It's great, very useful, but there should be an option to turn off the voice or change it into some simple beeps. -
Nice, clean interface
Oct 12, 2015 By YortamatoFirst day using it, and I worked up a sweat. I am trying to shed some pounds I packed on over the years and gain some muscle back as well. Overall, it has a clean, professional-looking interface and it is certainly customizable. The biggest downfall for the novice is the lack of pre-designed workout sessions. But, it does have a filter that allows you to select a body area of focus, and it displays the appropriate exercises for you to add to the workout. So, the lack of a pre-fab workout shouldn't dissuade you from trying the app. Additionally, I didn't see any option to add my own exercises, but it's not a huge issue to me. more -
Pro's & Cont's
Jul 23, 2016 By DSZ1984Hi, I've been using the app for a week and a half, and these are the things I see good and bad on it: Good: 1- You can set your training to be tabata, hit or standard. It also provides you with a timer and videos to keep form and focus while working out. 2- You can create your own trainings. 3- They provide a full body map so you can select excs based on group muscle. 4- They have an ok amount of excs included. Bad: 1- The app is good for a month or two. Just like on any gym you will need to rotate your program every month or so, and the amount of excs they offer is limited if you are looking to use the app long term. 2- If the developers invest on it and provide periodical updates with additional excs, then I think the app is a keeper but we will need to wait and see... I personally would like to see new updates instead of looking for a new app to purchase. Thanks! more -

Looks good, but lacks a lot
Dec 30, 2021 By 400 154 156So it looks clean. Setting up workouts is not hard, and I like that you can set time or reps However - that is where the good ends What is the most basic need in a dumbbell program? Probably tracking weight. I cannot seem to find it, but it is so fundamental I must be missing it. Also, there is no way to add your own exercises, so you cannot add something even as basic as push-ups or pull ups to your routine. A good foundation, but looking at the age of this app - if these basics have not been added yet, they probably never will be more -

Great way to stay focused on workouts
Jul 8, 2016 By BigfootwesternsI think this app is great for doing dumbbell workouts properly and recording them across other apps really helps me track my fitness. -
I like it 😎
Jul 5, 2016 By trick2802First time using it, had a great workout. I didn't have to think about the next thing that I was doing. And I didn't have to worry that I was taking an excessive break. Great app!!! -

Feels like having a trainer.
Oct 22, 2015 By Trogdor1134Never had the follow through with my home work outs, but with this it feels like a personal trainer is there pushing me. And I'm seeing great results. -
Great workout
Mar 6, 2017 By KeillorfaceToday was my first day but I loved it - built my own split body routines to mix with my running (trying to out Run Mother Nature ~ I'm old)! Anyway I loved the Tabata option! -
Make for Apple TV
Oct 24, 2018 By Tatiana25This is my favorite workout app. I was sad to see it’s not on Apple TV yet. There are few dumbbell workout apps on there, and none as good as this one. -

Easy to use and navigate
Nov 22, 2016 By Nholt769I am using the app for a whole body workout routine. It's easy to use and navigate. I recommend this app for beginners or those returning to weightlifting. -
First Use
Jun 9, 2016 By Jenn102Today was the first time using this app. Enjoyed it. Liked the customization. Hoping to build back some muscle! -
Apr 30, 2017 By A Google userIt's a great reference for form and create a workout that works for you! I wish I could look at the exercise and see what muscle group I'm working out instead of trying to find the workout I want to do by selecting the muscle group I THINK I am working out. This would be helpful as I'm a beginner! I also wish I could play my music at the same time or integrate my music to play through your app, like couch to 5k allows. Otherwise, I like this app! Very helpful for beginners. more

Just ok
Mar 20, 2019 By FastEddie80For the money I thought there would be more options for different exercises. I keep looking for another page of exercises. Like where are upright rows just to name one basic exercise?
