Oct 24, 2020 Atleast a good effort by the company itself.. but some of the things which needs to be done like network issue and app is quite slow...lots of changes and efforts required to make this app more reliable and better for the user experiencemore -

Worst service app I ever seen
Aug 9, 2018 this app looks like testing the gif images not for supporting the customers. I’m tried at least 15 to 20 times and waiting for at least 10 to 15 mins so that any one may accept my request for solving my issue. But I don’t find one person to do it. If u guys are unable to provide a valid service then stop releasing these kind of apps in to the market.more -

What’s Subpar
You will never connect to an agent. It always shows 'connecting' even after waiting for more than 15 minutes. Tried at different times of the day on different dates but it just never works. Whats the use of continuing a service when you cant provide it properly? And I am not the only one saying this. See your rating on playstore its 2.7. soon it will become less than 2 if you dont act fast. You know the problems but you wont solve or you dont have the resources to do it. Just discontinue

Worst app, total wastage of time.After waiting for 15 minute the call will be automatically disconnected.Bank should take responsbilty for the same.

App does not respond. Does not able to select country code not even for India
Let me confirm that this is not positive 1 star review, it’s actually NEGATIVE 1 Star review. So this app is develop to support customers but never worked. Can not able to select country code and able to enter my phone number for login and for authentication purposes. So not sure how much BLOCKER bug other than this particular has inside after login. As per this experience, it would be definitely a security concern and hoping it will not breach any data. -
Worst service. Always some issues. Always in queue for half n hour and when they pickup they don't even listen ur query and disconnect the call. Worst worst app ever. I hope play store had negative ratings option then I would given the negative ratings and ask not to install this app to anyone.
