    It's easy to use and control the cams with. However I wish the app would support multi device login with the same user ID. You have to login everytime you switch devices, as it errors and kicks you out. eg ipad to iPhone.

    Love this! Have had it for almost 2 months and I have only had to charge it one time for 4 hours!! 😁 It always picks up movement even in the dark. I will say it picks up a lot of unnecessary things but I think I could turn it off if I looked deeper into the settings. Overall a good cheap camera. 110% recommend. ☺️ ‌​

    5/12/21 update:. Vicohome attended to my issue and resolved it. I am happy camper again for now. Like someone else said started out good but no longer receiving notifications and I have a subscription. If this doesn't get resolved soon, then I will return.

    Why do the push alerts not work if my phone is in standby or not inside the vicohome app? Update: problem solved very quickly by the app team. Amazing service!

    Notifies you long after the motion activity is gone, delays with picking up the motion until it's out of camera view, won't go into Live View mode, says I have to check the date of the video which was today and it's not even in the library so the camera will not show me a live view. Unable to delete the last video because it's not in the library. In my opinion the camera and the app have issues that need to be corrected to make it a way better system. Can't access live mode unless on Wi-Fi

    This camera is great. The quality of picture is perfect. You can see anything at night without lights on. It’s very easy to setup. What I love the best is the wire free .I don’t have to make a long specific wiring issue to have it working.

    Buggy. Pacific time zones don't work, time doesn't update from previous time zone. Notifications can't be unticked for all human/car/pet, one must stay on. Crashes often when reviewing SD card footage. Takes way too long for notifications to come in, even when on same network. Lots of other small bugs too. I'll rescore/rate when things change.

    it is a wireless camera and it is very easy to install on the wall. the picture is clear and it can record the video. Motion detection is very useful for the front door. Even at night, the vision is still good for me ‌  ‌

    App will have moments where it alerts me that there is movement back to back over 20 times until I delete the all and reload it. When I check the camera there is nothing there. I’ve adjusted the sendup and it still does it. It’s always in the middle of the night. Not sure if it’s picking up insects flying by or what but there’s nothing more annoying that being woken up 20 times to notify you of nothing going on.

    I am sometimes unable to hear the live feed audio. I can hear everything perfect on the recordings but if i randomly check the live feed i cant hear anything sometimes. The video quality is good and the detection is good. I really wish they would fix the audio issues and that the recording wasnt just 20 seconds, i think at least 30 seconds should be the minimum if not more.

    Please note that this company is giving free cameras in exchange for 5 stars reviews! Their camera and app are worthless. They do not record. They do not load when you are trying to view who is in front of your property. Works well only for the 2 weeks trial period. If you do not sign up for their monthly services your camera it’s worthless! Please stop posting fake reviews. People safety depends on deciding a reliable camera and app. PLEASE stop!!!

    Arlo software is better . It is has automatic scheduling to turn camera on automatically only certain hours / days of week. But with this one, there is currently no such feature which means I have to remember to turn motion detection on and off each night and morning 😩

    Every morning when I open the app it say the camera has disconnected and to reconnect. The reconnect doesn’t work. I have to take the camera down, remove it from the app, hit the reset and paid it all over again. EVERY MORNING. I have two waze cams and 4 funlux cams, they never lose connection. Wish I could leave zero stars

    I was searching for a long time for a system that was wire free. I found this one and fell in love😍 Pros: Two way audio Clear videos Indoor/outdoor use Alarm Bright light (to shine down on predators) Easy to install Easy to share with others Upload to a cloud (if you like) Cons: constant motion alert Not sure if the strong magnet would hold up in a windstorm

    Worked fine for 2 weeks, then the motion detection zone quit working. I'm getting a "home awareness" prompt, but no other info. Text not linked to anything. UPDATE: Broken upgrade link fixed in app. I upgraded the plan now everything works fine.

    App works well with Dzees camera. Simple and use and navigate. One major recommendation I have is to have a feature that enable and disable motion sensor at predefined times or the day. As is the motion sensor is active 24/7 when enable.

    Me and my husband really like this camera but the app does have some issues. Sometimes when we go to the library to view the recorded footage, the app crashes. I really hope they can fix this issue so I can give it 5 stars.

    I bought the basic package that subscribes for itself 4 to 99 and it goes off the alarm goes off for everything even if nothing is there all night long and my neighbours complain and I tried programming it for my dog for just a person and it goes off when there's nobody there and says a person is wondering and there's nothing there. So it's constantly giving me false alarm so I don't know when there is an alarm and my kayak got stolen
