Inadequate routers from Vianet
It took me more than a month to discover the reason why my Apple devices kept disconnecting from Vianet high-speed fibre internet. It became ridiculously frustrating and Vianet was unaware of the obvious solution for this. It turned out that the Comtrend routers supplied by Vianet are not compatible with Apple devices. I’m still puzzled as to why the company doesn’t know about this problem, but nonetheless I solved it by independently purchasing my own high quality router (Linksys AX4300).

Maintenance is to slow.. i even call 4 5 times in a day but they will keep saying wait for sometimes...

Very dissapointed service. This ISP earns more fake credits in pandemic. Refuse to maintenance the wire even for the existing users. Take extra charges plus equipments charges also. The earns money at the every steps of the obstacles. And Every month i have to call them for service interruptions like begger. Veey bad ISP in Nepal

Worst customer service ever. It hasn't been a year even and my internet has been down for over 5 days in a row. Despite complaining about it everyday, they keep "rescheduling" with false promises of getting the job done tomorrow. Their tomorrow hasn't come yet. They won't direct you to their seniors either. You are just stuck with the sluggish customer care service. I regret paying for the service for an entire year. Zero stars really, it's a shame that you cannot give less than one star here.

Having been a customer for more than 200days, this ISP has literally let me down. Do not go for VIANET if you guys want a stable connection. Zero customer service, zero server maintenance, zero problem solving. Wish google had zero stars review

Whenever I try to make the payment through vianet app....it just freaking crashes.....this issue needs to be rectify as soon as possible.
