    This Vesta mobile is terrible terrible terrible May 23, 2021

    At first I was able to clock in now I can’t I call the co I work for states everything fine but it’s not I call tech support stated same thing but I can’t clock in and then when I am able to clock in it won’t let me til after 7a.m. I bought a new phone thinking that was the problem but still same thing it makes me feel a lil better knowing that it’s not only me

    The app while being convenient continues to have two recurring problems. The first problem is that it keeps glitching and removing my clock in. I clock in and double check to make sure the timer has started. When I go to clock out the timer isn’t there anymore and there is no record of my clock in on the app. The second problem is that it frequently places me 30+ feet from the client house when I’m inside by the front door.

    This app seems to have problems a lot. Only been using it for 4 months and this is the second time it won’t allow me to clock in it says “error not correct data format” very frustrating.

    It's pretty easy to use once you figure it out. Only thing I don't really like is that I can't go back n see the times I worked. If I have a question then I have to call. No way to send a message in the messages box

    So after researching, I know that I am not the only one who is having issues this morning. Been working great until this morning. Called to put my time in manually and that is not working. Everyone keep track of your time so you can call your corporate office Monday to log in your time. Have A Great Weekend😀

    This is a great app for logging in and out of work. The few times I’ve had any issue, I have emailed or called Vesta, and they have been able to resolve things promptly.

    Really love this app. I've had no issues and working on the app is faster and simple. Even the tokens are simple to enter. I don't have to bother calling the agency or writing the token on a piece of paper. This app does it all for me.

    It’s a pretty good little app until it isn’t anymore. When it works it’s good but when It has its stubborn days , there is NOOO WAAAYYY.. your waking this baby up.. just face it your not punching in today or tomorrow., depending on how long it is down. I am going on my second day of not being able to punch in?? Happens all the time but yet this is what my job uses to punch in and out, so here I am not being able to punch in again.. this is really inconvenient when you have a job that doesn’t pay you if they don’t have the proof of the punched in hours, so now your preventing me from getting paid for my hours of work. Plz fix it Again

    I am a parent of a special needs child, so we need to have our employee log in and out of this app. They logged in and out with no problem, then went to approve the hours and they weren’t even there. Just disappeared. The following week, my employee wasn’t even in the system any longer. Now, trying to call the company for help is a whole other problem. Thinking sending an email would be easy...oh no, they reply with a ticket!!! That I have to then send the same email again with that ticket number in the heading. After 1 day of exchanges, btw none of my issues were addressed at all, I get another ticket email, to start the process all over again. Okay, so let call them...ohhhh no, been on hold for 30 minutes so far, with no end in sight. HOW DOES THIS MAKE OUR LIFE EASIER. HAVING AN ATTENDANT IS SUPPOSED TO HELP PARENTS, AND I CANNOT EVEN GET A HUMAN ON THE PHONE OF THROUGH EMAIL!!!!!!!!

    GPS function is way off. I'm in the home, inside the actual house, and it is telling me that I am not at the location. And walking around the house made it worse. But the worst of it is that I can be standing in the same spot and 3 different attempted clock ins will show 3 different distances. I was standing still and got 8.-ft, 3.-ft, then 29.-ft! How is that possible!?!

    My mom and I use this app every other weekend and maybe a random day in between. Every other time we go to use it, we have issues. I have never used or seen something that has given me so many different error codes, it’s ridiculous. Update: We were supposed to start using this app only instead of filling out a time sheet for the company we work with in Nov 2020. Still having error codes and now the app is not sending our clock in/out info to the company. So not only do we still have to use this crappy app, we still have to fill out a time sheet, and send a screen shot in to prove we’ve actually worked. If I could give this app 0 stars I would but you have to put at least 1 to send a review in.

    This is the worst app constant problems from not registering time every week it is something sometimes I have to look for click in and out times should all be in pending but sometimes they are inactive instead of active the worst thing is when it doesn't register employee time worst possible app if I had a choice I would use a different app employee can be standing in house says she is 428 feet away and in kitchen 354 feet away so with the new changes taking effect how is this gonna work

    At any given day it won’t take my clock out. Example of a bad vesta day. Clicked in at 8:57 am. Checked my schedule and it showed I had NOT clocked in. So I clicked in again at 10:47. Then it populated the original time I clicked in and showed that I had clicked in and had 2:10 done in my shift. I clicked out and it didn’t take it?!?!?! Today the office is asking what time I clocked out. I know I clocked out because the gps tracking in vesta puts me at anywhere from 22 feet to 36 feet from “members home” when I am standing in the same spot I do most days when I start and when I end.

    I like the app, it works good. But with this latest update I’m only able to clock in, in the afternoons, but when I need to clock out in the morning it’s been giving me this error #234 Service Attendant is not authorized to use mobile method. But I have been using mobile method for months now. Could y’all fix this problem please.

    I like the app, it works good.     Always having an issue with the location and Clock ins & outs. I have actuallyissed earnings due to the flaws. I was told it was my network connection (Not true!!). I have no issues with other apps. If Vesta cannot fix the problem I will need to file a complaint with the FCC. Employers!!!! Find another system and quit blaming the employees for log in & out issues!!!

    Always issues. I clock in and out but then they say there's not. I clock in at the location but it asks me where I'm at. Extremely annoying.

    I too feel there needs to be more done to help the caregiver insure compliance with clocking in/out there have been times where I believe I have clocked out, only to find out the next day when I go to clock in am I shown a message that I had not with only 2 choices to select that are rarely accurate of why the clock-out didn't register. I suggest a better messaging method via the app and a confirmation text or email. I would be willing to be a participant in trying to resolve such issues.

  • Inaccurate Location + Enables FMSA Fraud May 17, 2021

    The app only recognizes that I’m in the member home when I’m in the farthest room from the entryway, and against the wall that is shared with a different apartment. Additionally, the FMSA is still requiring paper timesheets to be submitted at the end of each pay period to compare to the EVV although the CDS employer chose the option to enter approval of time worked and perform visit maintenance in the EVV system themselves and did not delegate to the FMSA. This provides the FMSA with the potential to refuse payment to the CDS employees for hours worked if the FMSA enters the incorrect times during visit maintenance or fails to approve hours worked. There needs to be some type of oversight and control through Vesta that prevents the FMSA from overstepping and taking control of the EVV management from the CDS employer. Vesta, please address this issue in a timely manner. If one FMSA is overstepping with your EVV system, it can be concluded that others are as well. Thank you for your understanding.

    It keeps saying I'm not at the clients home when clocking in and I'm in the kitchen! Says I'm 58 feet to 128 feet away. Fix your app!! Never had this issue till the update.

    The app won’t let me clock in anymore , it started about 2-3 weeks ago, it says “System requirements -Vesta mobile is only supported on unmodified versions of IOS - Error #301 -I have been using the same device the entire time I’ve been using this app and all of a sudden it stopped letting me clock in so I have to do it through my computer. Also when I clock out on my computer the vesta mobile app on my phone either won’t clock out or it will clock in for the time I clocked out on my computer . I would like some assistance please.
