Sep 28, 2016 Good personal customer engagement. However, first impressions last longer. If server issues keep plaguing this app, my old statement will stand (Never seems to load. Insanely slow. Worst app I've ever had to download. Sincere crap!)more

What’s Groovy
It's a few quick and easy points if you can find this app as a deal on points2shop or some other rewards site that you actively use, but I have had the app for several days now and received no new questions beyond the initial profilers, making it pretty much useless by itself.

What’s Subpar
App doesn't work at all. Asks if I have a code. Enter the code, get to the group, click that you want to join and it just hangs. Then I get notifications that there are questions for me. Every time I want to log in I have to enter my phone number and receive a code by SMS. I do that and then ... nothing!! Useless!!

Well it seems that after a couple of years of answering questions and finally reaching past the 10 dollars, so that I could cash out has now somehow been turned into useless points. I want the money paid out as promised. It's insane that you make people answer questions saying they will be able to get it paid out after reaching the 10 dollar mark and just taking that all away. I never received a message saying I can still do that before the update arrives. I feel scammed by doing their work and not being rewarded real money as promised.
