• Amazing game, but the energy meter runs out too wuickly Nov 27, 2020

By Reka>_<19
This game is amazing with great style, storytelling, and mystery. However, I wish the energy counter was by story. It can get infuriating when you get deeper and deeper into the story, and then you get the message that you’re out for energy and it wants you to pay for more. That little cup of coffee only offers like three more clicks in action. Developers; please consider changing the energy run out per story. That way, more stories are being played and explored while we have to wait for the energy to be restored in the other chapters.

where is map icon showing actions to do. other games show if there are actions unfinished at location. And locations that have actions pending. Other Artiflex Mundi games do. Most of my problems with energy goes back to needing to overuse hints. Or just sell the game as a full version.

• Energy system is disruptive , nice games Nov 29, 2020

Games in Unsolved are old games which you can download trial versions or purchase full games for. There is no customizable difficulty setting. It’s nice that there’s a collection all in one app, but the energy system is confusing and lacking. You can run out of energy and lose your entire train of thought and also not get much gameplay. My suggestion to Mundi would be to make the breakdown by chapter instead of by energy. Everything costs energy. Hints, clicking and object to pick it up, etc. only way to tell how much energy an action cost is after the action by comparing how much energy you had before and after the action. also I bought a starter pack that said it unlocked all 600 chapters. I have no idea what that means because the energy still ran out so unlocking doesn’t mean you get enough energy to finish a game. I am a fan of Mundi games and have played the full version of some of these games through separate purchases. However, I think Mundi screwed up here on energy. One of the other hidden object and puzzle developers haiku games has a better model in their AE mysteries app which limits you to 2 chapters of play before you have to wait to gain more keys to unlock chapters. AE does have ads though when chapters are loading and Unsolved does not. Another suggestion to have clean stopping points like the trial version of Mundi games

• I like it, but... Nov 27, 2020

I really like this game a lot. You get a lot of play when your energy is up until it runs out, and it really makes you think to finish the levels. My only suggestion would be ways of getting more energy for free without having to wait all day, besides the one +20/day. Perhaps having us watch ads to get more energy? Or a version of the game where i can just buy it and play without having to worry about energy? Also it takes so long for the energy to refill, and I can’t afford to pay to fill it up by paying as many times as I want to play a day. As someone who needs something to do while nursing a baby, I wish I could play this more, but alas, I would be broke if I tried to play as much as I want.

Probably the best detective and investigation game. So realistic and fun, takes a lot of time and energy but is totally worth it. Only problem is there is absolutely no way to sync the game so, if I lose progress that's it. Pls change it otherwise great app. Install and u won't regret it💎💎💎💎💎

• Kind of a Scam Oct 25, 2020

A full HOP game costs less than you are being charged here, basically by the minute. I know you don’t have to pay, but the measly 10 minutes of free game time you get per day is kinda weak, IMO. At least give the option to buy these shorter versions outright, rather than having to deposit money multiple times like it’s a bank. I’m def not going to pay for this, but will keep it downloaded if I want 10 minutes of entertainment...

I actually paid for energy, only to run out again as fast as usual. After reading the reviews, and seeing the sarcastic answer you gave someone who was angry about the energy situation, I will be deleting the game. Every review mentions the energy situation, and instead of making changes, you expect people to pay to play instead of offering alternative ways to get energy. Some developers have rewards for watching videos. Reply as sarcastically as you wish. I won't play any games you develop.

Whilst the gameplay is good for solving puzzles, it is a nightmare waiting for energy to be restored. It doesn't tell you how much energy each task costs and doesn't give you long to play. Whilst nost games recharge your energy fully in a few hours, this game doesn't. After about 8 hours it had only recharged to probably just under half the maximum. I paid for 1 recharge but not again.

Great game horrible replenish and energy costs. I am not sure if you are paying just to touch the page just to get from scene to scene, energy seems to take forever and cost of use is high. Update: after my review I thought things changed and sped up...nope. I just ran out of energy and used the free energy, clicked on one puzzle and it asked for more energy.

My favourite type of game. I would have given it 5 stars but the fact that nowhere does it tell you that it uses energy points! Was a sore spot for me! The energy also takes too long to fill up again!

I absolutely love it many different puzzles and you really get the feel of being inside the stories. Wish you could watch adds for more energy. And that the exits of the sceneries would be pointed out with a picto.

I would give this game 6 stars if it wasn't for the energy limitation and extremely slow refill time. I didn't even see an option to purchase unlimited energy. I don't usually spend money on games, but I probably would on this one, but not to buy energy daily just to play a little longer.

I love the game but the energy doesn’t refill quickly. I can only play for a short time and that makes it harder to keep track of what I’m looking for. Don’t want to spend money for energy. Willing to watch commercials for more energy

I love this game I’ve been playing for roughly a week now and I just got to the bonus chapter of the path of sin but I just got stuck in attic and I can’t go back or anything I’m just stuck in the room as if I’m still doing the puzzle after I’ve completed it

Really like this game apart from your energy levels soon depleat and 1- you expect the player to fork out money to buy more 2- takes to long to naturally replenish If it wasn't for these issues the game would be 5 star

I love the game, the story, the puzzles, etc.... BUT ...the energy to be able to do ANYTHING runs out way too fast. Can't even finish a single image search or puzzle without running out of energy and the free daily energy is gone in just a couple moves. It's extremely frustrating. I get you need to make money but this is ridiculous. After I finish the story I'm on I will probably be installing the game and not bothering with the other stories.

So this last update has made it impossible for me to play games, i press the play button and they just.. stay there. Before this i have just been letting it sit for weeks at a time because you can only play for like 10 minutes before the energy runs out, and it takes hours to refill so i just forget about it. The Haiku system is much better, because there's more of a ftp aspect. If you had full stories available to buy, and more ad-to-unlock stuff it would be more enjoyable.
