Innovative but frozen Oct 9, 2019

Amazing idle game I CANNOT stop playing. Only problem is I just got an update for it causing it not to load right, please fix if you’re the developer reading this. If you’re a player I hope you don’t also have this problem so you can try this innovative idle. Update: As you see before this game started off really great nothing wrong. But That is only until you get later into the game. Once you get far enough the game will FORCE YOU to find other players to team up with in order to get anything really. The only thing you can do without a team is the normal adventure mode but even that is impossible because they replace other players with LOW level npc if you can’t find a team. This is to influence you to find a team, so they won’t be changing the npc to stronger ones or allowing people to do these “extra” things without a team. So expect to find a team and don’t worry the people who play the game are rude, childish, and sexually aggressive so yeah you’ll be using those npc and be unable to play 75% of the content. Other than NEEDING to rely on domesticated monkeys to “help” me out it’s an okay game that deserves credit where it’s due, in the loading screen art. So cool.. more

I always keep coming back to this game, I really like it but it's hard to keep active groups of people to play with so I made 4 characters to make a party. You can pay to get ahead with materials, exp stuff, whatever is in the store, that is if being top rank on server thing is your "thing" or if you just like to have everything and show it off ^^. more

I love this game and I play it like everyday,:) but when I first started I made another Avatar on accident 😞and unless I missed the delete button-_, the creators of this game should add a delete button, Cause you can only make 3 Avatars then you have to wait till level 35 to make another one unless you wanna go on a different server and make 3 in avatars, which is really annoying🙄. Also when I go to the pet section, the chat button is right on top of this button under it and there’s the Little bell on it, which means there’s either something to read about or claim. And ever time I press the button which has the chat button right on top just opens the chat and not the button under it. I have never been able to open the thing and it’s so annoying🙄😡😞☹️🥺. Also if I turn my phone off while on chat it will be glitched when I get back on. So I have sign out and sign back in. But Otherwise this game is rlly good:)🤩 and I would recommend this to anyone interested. Also just know guys if you change the server you won’t be able to access any avatars On that server you were on, so if you do, just know if you want to play on that Avatar. EXAMPLE: say u changed from the Japan server to the United States server, you wouldn’t be able to access the avatars on the United States one, for the Japan server. You would have to go back to the United States server, to access those avatars. But again other than those three things this is a great game:)😇 more

The game worked fine for me, until i joined a team. Once I joined, the UI screen that shows everyones characters fighting loses all the icons. The map, team menu, challenge, the bottom row of icons is invisible and can sometimes still be used but the rest are inaccessible. The problem still persists. Hope this helps the team figure out the problem more

I’m a casual person. I like to play whenever I can and so, I always look out for Idle games like this. But some, just ain’t it. This one though, I’m loving it! Been playing since Jan. 2020. Hopefully I can get my main and some alts to lvl 90+ real soon! It takes time and patience for games like this! I really love the aspect of the events that they put in the game. The costume is just simply breathtaking and wonderfully designed! It makes you just want to spent hundreds of real money in the game to just get the GOLD costume. And that’s where the 4 stars came from. In-app purchasing. The price for the pearl in game to just spent for costume and other miscellaneous is just TOO RIDICULOUSLY F**ed up high that IT IS TOTALLY AND, AGAIN, RIDICULOUSLY INSANE! But if you purchase the monthly pass, and just gather the pearl up, that works too. However, it just takes long and hopefully you will save enough for when a costume summoning event comes on, you can get all the GOLD costume in game! Other than that, I am IN LOVE with this game. It is not a year old yet and so there will be bugs and other stuff that isn’t there. Such as, deleting character that you created but don’t want it no more, or changing character’s name. I would totally love to see these two options get implemented in this game. Overall, my rating for this is 4 stars. Not everything is perfect. <3 more

Exactly the game I have been looking for. My only issue is the fact that menus are confusing and things are hard to access or hidden. There is a ton of power creep options and you aren't notified that you need to do them or that rewards are waiting. Perhaps make notifications easier to find and access. more

I've played numerous idle games but this one takes the cake. It's so relaxing and it incorporates that multiplayer aspect which you don't usually find in these types of games. My only suggestion is to add a "Delete Character" option; I've never encountered an idle runner where this was an option and I'd love to see it implemented. Perhaps you have three characters from testing out the different classes and you want to delete them and "start fresh". Of course, I would expect a restriction on this, such as you can't delete ALL of your characters - you would need to have at least one present. Personally, I've been testing out the classes myself, starting as a hunter and finding that it wasn't my style, but I don't have the option to delete the character, much less change its class. I would LOVE to have a "Delete Character" option and I'm sure most people would agree. If not that, then perhaps a "Change Class" option so you don't have to start over? I hope my input is heard or - at the very least - noticed so the game can continue to grow. Other than that, keep up the great work! :) more

Really cool and I love it but there is an annoying bug where all of the buttons on the battle screen disappear but still function so you can't see what to press, so I have to guess where the invisible button is to navigate through the game. I hope this is fixed because so far, I am a fan but it's the invisible button bug is really annoying and makes the game difficult to play more

Hero Bond should be able to be added more and more every level giving you some little stat boosts. This would make people grind out the game and get rewarded with bonds and stats. In the attribute menu you could change technique to defense and make a new technique page for characters. You could learn techniques that could help boost your character. you guys should expand the talent tree and unlock different trees when you unlock things such as crystals, skills, etc, These talents and trees should cover more than just crystals Lastly, you guys should make a crystal and talent tree separate tabs for the character and make hero transformation something completely different things because the name doesn’t fit those two things Every other character unlock lets you see all the attributes they give you such as bond, clatter cards, and pets, so why does the soul not let you see all the attributes they are giving you and all the special effects. It makes it confusing how much stats and power they are giving you more

Game is great fun, lots of little things to manage in your grinding time, but not so many that you can't find the time to do it. Some connection issues and crashes/stalls, but only occasionally, and seemingly only under certain conditions. You can't delete any characters, so keep that in mind when choosing your first 3 - you won't unlock another slot until level 35. If I could delete characters, despite the connection issues, this would be a 5 star review. more

Other than NEEDING to rely on domesticated monkeys to “help” me out it’s an okay game that deserves credit where it’s due, in the loading screen art. So cool.. more

I've played numerous idle games but this one takes the cake. It's so relaxing and it incorporates that multiplayer aspect which you don't usually find in these types of games. My only suggestion is to add a "Delete Character" option; I've never encountered an idle runner where this was an option and I'd love to see it implemented. Perhaps you have three characters from testing out the different classes and you want to delete them and "start fresh". Of course, I would expect a restriction on this, such as you can't delete ALL of your characters - you would need to have at least one present. Personally, I've been testing out the classes myself, starting as a hunter and finding that it wasn't my style, but I don't have the option to delete the character, much less change its class. I would LOVE to have a "Delete Character" option and I'm sure most people would agree. If not that, then perhaps a "Change Class" option so you don't have to start over? I hope my input is heard or - at the very least - noticed so the game can continue to grow. Other than that, keep up the great work! :) more

This looks interesting, but it really is not a "game" per se. You select your character, their gear, skills, etc., but 100% of the main content is fully automatic. You don't pick which enemies you attack, or what skills you use. You don't even pick where you go. From the second you log in to the second it is deleted, your character auto-runs 24/7. Seems like a cool idea, but the horrible gameplay ruined it for me. more

Save your money and time and avoid this game. The game is fun. There is no denying that. However, it is disguised as a cash grab. The developers will not care about the scummy things going on in this game. There are exploits since the release of the game which the developers are aware about and refuse to fix. It ruins the competitiveness of this game as players who spend more money can use those exploits to get further ahead and cheat players behind them. What I’m referring to is the hunting season. In this game, a team has a max of 4 players but must consist of 2. The exploit involves the way personal best keeps your individual character anchored to your highest level beaten. The first place team will make a bunch of accounts to be boosted by their main accounts and then split those accounts into teams of two. This will cause teams behind them to fall just short of the next ranking rewards and cause them to be cheated. This exploit has been around for years and the developers know about it, but they refuse to fix it. It is a cash grab. Play if you have a few hundred dollars to spend or you don’t care about being competitive. more

I wanted some vanity items from the clothing store. It said I didn’t have enough pearls and prompted me to buy pearls. I did, because eh I can afford to have a little vanity item fun. Whatever. Went to buy the clothes again, and it still said I didn’t have enough pearls. Apparently it needs a different currency, NOT pearls. Put in for a refund from Apple, as I didn’t need something that couldn’t purchase the item I wanted. Otherwise the game is a fun idle game. It had a little of the MMO feel as you team up with others. Stats and leveling up matter, but you don’t have to get a bunch of cards to proceed like so many idle games now. I like the character designs, though I wish they were even remotely customizable without purchasing something. The pets are cute. You’re given a nice amount of starting character slots, with more opening once you level up. Early leveling goes quick enough to get you hooked, then slows down to keep you with something to aim for. Overall not a bad idle game. Just really needs to fix some of how things are labeled and such. more

Update: Absolutely NOTHING has changed. The developers just don’t care. Apple doesn’t care. Don’t let young children that you don’t want exposed to racism, racist names and speech, and especially very graphic sexual speech and player names. PARENTS BEWARE! The developers, a Chinese company, allow vile racial player names, as well as sexually explicit player names. Chat is quite often filled with sexually explicit content, as well as unmonitored and unmoderated private chat. The game is a breeding ground for white nationalists looking to groom and recruit children, as well as adults looking to engage in explicit sexual chat with minors. The developers don’t care. Apple appears not to care because they’re still getting a 30% cut of all in-game sales. Reports have been made to both the developers and Apple, and nothing has been done. If this were a 17+ game, I’d rate it highly, but it is not. It’s a game marketed to 12+ children, which are middle school and high school aged kids, and they have no business downloading or playing this game in its current state. You have been warned. more

Game was fun but the hero hill update basically punished you for doing well. My team consisted of a season 21,22,26, and 30. By the time the update rolled around we were gen 6 but were forced into gen 2. This means that we lost the double promotion rewards 4 times (which equals 760 hero rep points and 4,000 starfish). The update also forces us to play against people who started 3 weeks earlier and makes it near impossible to reach 99% bc of the exp/hero rep/starfish, afk rewards, they accumulated. At least in the old system, they let you choose whether you want to promote. Since my war started at s30, he’s still severely underleveled at 360k power while the rest are 440k druid, 450k warlock, and 500k sin, yet we have to play against teams that have 500k+ each who started way before us? We got all the way to sinvasa by using 4qbs per day per char once we became a group of 4 and timing our qbs with food boosts to progress. Now there is no point to get further otherwise the game will punish you for it by placing you to the next gen and will make you unable to claim the dragonballs. more

Don’t waste your time. There’s nothing remotely interesting or unique from the game aside from the funny as hell chat that was uncensored, so people just said the most bizarre crap imaginable. The most fun I had was working with my team but I quickly found out nothing I did was anything different from some other dude. It is just a pointless grind. Even people who spend money can blow past you even if you started on the first day of a season. Me and my vice-captain quickly left after finishing in the top 99% of the season because the hard work for those 15 days was rewarded with resources that were used up in 2 minutes. 15 DAYS I spent FOR 2 MINUTES of glory. Take it from me. The people rating it 1 star just cus of the chat are missing the bigger picture and the people rating it 5 stars are absolutely blind. Maybe alot of people enjoy monotomy, but even cookie clicker has more uniqueness than this. Final Note: Don’t expect to progress if your teammates are inactive. more

Absolute money grubbing GARBAGE. The top ranking hunter in every season is just whoever spends the most money, some of the cosmetic items cost ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS. Oh and “cosmetic” is a misnomer since the cosmetic items give you power bonuses, higher rarity items giving more bonuses. Honestly convinced that there is no top hunter and that they have a team programmed into the game as a goal for players to reach (an unreachable goal unless you spend hundreds of dollars on their game) not to mention all of the poor translations, my 2 year old speaks better English and he is in speech therapy. “Backpack” and “storage” are not synonymous, similar yes, synonym NO. This game is what happens when you teach math to a group of autistic kids and hand them a “programming for dummy’s” guidebook. Post edit: just got Hero Transformation. Couple hundred hours put into the game just for them to literally force my character to be trans, changing my gender mid fight with the “hero transformation” more

So I’ve been playing this game for over 2 months and I really enjoyed till the big update. Hero hill is a feature where you get rewards according to your team rank in progress and as a team you could decide to proceed to the next era if you qualified or stay where you are if your % didn’t drop when you move in to the next era. Now it’s automatic placement and you’re placed where your team strength the algorithm seems you fit in and it’s not fair because now my team went from being 99.7% to 91.4 all that hard work went to trash and it seems futile to continue progress when it’s impossible to reach 99% at our current map due to difficult bosses and I feel like not playing anymore if devs don’t make changes soon as I’m sure many if not all the players are up in arms about this issue. Hope you guys fix it you’re making lots of players upset and wanting to quit the game. more

This game is a lot of fun but I constantly have to be careful in what I do or the game will crash. And when I say crash if I let the screen freeze while playing for two long then my screen goes black and unresponsive. With white lines that appear every so often and I have to do an emergency shut down so my iPad can go back to normal. It says they’ve fixed the bug with the game crashing but I think they’ve made it worse to the point where the game is like a virus instead. So if you’re playing please be careful because luckily I’m playing the game on my iPad so I don’t have important data here. And I haven’t noticed if anything with deleted or lost as of right now but it’s better to be safe then sorry. So if the developers are reading this then please fix the bug before it can do serious damage to someone. more

The game itself is fun. If you spend enough time as a Free to Play player, it is entirely possible for you to do well in the game. There is enough content to keep you engaged, and despite a few bugs here and there, the game runs well. The glaring problem here is one that probably most phone games face. Customer Support. It is almost non existent. The developers will do something short sighted and if you attempt to put a ticket in to resolve the issue, they will tell you, in summarized terms, to “**** off”. Why wouldn't they? Like all mobile games there is no incentive for customer service. The game itself is a 5* for sure. But their support for players is so bad it warrants a lower rating on its own. more

Overall, it's a highly enjoyable game with plenty of side tasks to keep it interesting. Multiple skills, pets, and elements keep the strategy developing, and yet, there's more than one way to take down bosses. There are daily rewards, and spending on benefits does advance most of the grind, but isn't necessary to progress; Time is the biggest necessary investment to advancing quickly...in the long run. There are two major drawbacks to the game, however: Frequent crashes, and chat lock-ups. more

I do love how f2p is possible and ive found the cooking interface acts like a breath of the wild cooking station. The content is definately worth buying and isn't really pay to win if you just like beating levels...Obviously whales will exist but the game itself is good enough to keep playing over and over due to the costumes, the evolving tiers of your character and pets...There are various classes all with different stat bonuses and configuration elasticity. I've fallen behind on account of my phone breaking but I'm easily getting back on track...The way I play is solo so I made over 3 other characters including a debuff, followed them then invited them all on the same account and server. That is the best way you can play the game if nobody wants to join, there are limited parties in one map, or everyone keeps afking. Even better you can choose to be Idle or Active depending on the party setting! This game is fun and I'm looking forward to more events, costumes, and cool dungeons!! more

Fun free idle game. And well it has Dinosaurs! While spending helps, it is not necessary. I finished in the top 95% of my first season with a cobbled together team while spending no money and not putting in too much time per day. Later I bought a season pass, which helps a bit, but not as much as doing daily and weekly quests regularly. Only silly thing is how you can't delete characters, so while they end up unblocking 6 slots (which is too many) not being able to free up one is annoying. more

I have to say it does not have what I expected but it’s one of the best idle games I’ve seen I love how you have to level up you’re character so you can use different items and skills most idle games have no leveling or points where you have to have so and so to go to the next level and it’s not about makes the most of something it’s about going to different regions and meeting new friends and people and helping other people it is a great community game for being nice or say if you have had a bad day well if I have a bad day I just hop on and start grinding with my team and helping them if they had a bad day it’s just a game to escape the bad things in life for awhile and when I first got on as soon as the servers went up I had already made new friends and the people who say the game is garbage don’t judge a book by the cover try it for a few days and if you still don’t like it then delete it and to the developers I can’t wait to see the next big update on this game. more

Addictive been playing for a while. Can’t wait for more updates, I’m bat to hit the level 50s soon and there’s still more stuff to explore. The boss monsters aren’t that bad, some times you have to wait it out, grind for a week then challenge them. The mystic realm is a plus, you have to be more on the strong side of the level 40s to even stand a chance, that’s if you are even luck to find a good team. But when you do watch-out New equipment every day so there always a chance of you just being a little bit stronger then the day before, same with skills, pets and food witch I say using to grind for pets then sacrificing, later getting skills for those pets are a little time consuming but if you actually put the work in it’s like a real live RPG. That’s what I’m looking for and that’s what this is. Probably felt like a complaint but it’s not, I love that aspect, definitely if you plan on playing then game for a good while, Amazing job again 👏 more

I love this game and I play it like everyday,:) but when I first started I made another Avatar on accident 😞and unless I missed the delete button-_, the creators of this game should add a delete button, Cause you can only make 3 Avatars then you have to wait till level 35 to make another one unless you wanna go on a different server and make 3 in avatars, which is really annoying🙄. Also when I go to the pet section, the chat button is right on top of this button under it and there’s the Little bell on it, which means there’s either something to read about or claim. And ever time I press the button which has the chat button right on top just opens the chat and not the button under it. I have never been able to open the thing and it’s so annoying🙄😡😞☹️🥺. Also if I turn my phone off while on chat it will be glitched when I get back on. So I have sign out and sign back in. But Otherwise this game is rlly good:)🤩 and I would recommend this to anyone interested. Also just know guys if you change the server you won’t be able to access any avatars On that server you were on, so if you do, just know if you want to play on that Avatar. EXAMPLE: say u changed from the Japan server to the United States server, you wouldn’t be able to access the avatars on the United States one, for the Japan server. You would have to go back to the United States server, to access those avatars. But again other than those three things this is a great game:)😇 more

I’m a casual person. I like to play whenever I can and so, I always look out for Idle games like this. But some, just ain’t it. This one though, I’m loving it! Been playing since Jan. 2020. Hopefully I can get my main and some alts to lvl 90+ real soon! It takes time and patience for games like this! I really love the aspect of the events that they put in the game. The costume is just simply breathtaking and wonderfully designed! It makes you just want to spent hundreds of real money in the game to just get the GOLD costume. And that’s where the 4 stars came from. In-app purchasing. The price for the pearl in game to just spent for costume and other miscellaneous is just TOO RIDICULOUSLY F**ed up high that IT IS TOTALLY AND, AGAIN, RIDICULOUSLY INSANE! But if you purchase the monthly pass, and just gather the pearl up, that works too. However, it just takes long and hopefully you will save enough for when a costume summoning event comes on, you can get all the GOLD costume in game! Other than that, I am IN LOVE with this game. It is not a year old yet and so there will be bugs and other stuff that isn’t there. Such as, deleting character that you created but don’t want it no more, or changing character’s name. I would totally love to see these two options get implemented in this game. Overall, my rating for this is 4 stars. Not everything is perfect. <3 more

Really cool and I love it but there is an annoying bug where all of the buttons on the battle screen disappear but still function so you can't see what to press, so I have to guess where the invisible button is to navigate through the game. Game is great fun, lots of little things to manage in your grinding time, but not so many that you can't find the time to do it. Some connection issues and crashes/stalls, but only occasionally, and seemingly only under certain conditions. You can't delete any characters, so keep that in mind when choosing your first 3 - you won't unlock another slot until level 35. If I could delete characters, despite the connection issues, this would be a 5 star review. more

The game is fun and addictive. When playing with other players, it’s enjoyable to talk and get stronger gear. Though if there’s one issue that I see in most games probably before 2017 and some even now. Is that it can’t really stay in the game. The game just disconnects from the server multiple times. Yesterday it was sorta fine as it just keeps showing me that it’s logging in and connecting to server. Now it just up rights disconnects from the server. Not only that, the game is the type of game that would work better on a higher level mobile device, because my phone just gets very warm for only 15 minutes in the game. Unlike other games that warms up until an hour went past. Plus the issue that one of teammates seems to be crashing a lot as go offline then back online, including that they said so. I can definitely see that happening to me with the current performance of the game and of course I’m anxious to know if the performance will improve. Though through it’s issues, it is basically a waiting game and you’ll have to deal with it for now, hopefully. more

This is a really interesting spin on the idle-game concept, and I feel like it has a lot of depth for an idle game. The music and the graphics combine to create a great aesthetic, and while like most games in the space it is supported by micro-transactions, I never felt pressured to buy (though I did spend some). The one downside? No tutorial of ANY KIND. Be prepared to fumble a bit at first. Remember that chat is your friend; that will help you get through the running-blind phase. more

I do wish they would add a way for the battle reports to show exactly how much damage is blocked/taken however. It would really help analyze what is most effective. Quite alot going on, but no in-game guidance. It is easier at the beginning and more straightforward, but at higher levels, there is a lot to manage and players have to adjust their strategies with each new creature battled. If you do not mind a bit of online research, then give it a try. The graphics are great and quite a bit of design work obviously went into the look of the game. This game uses quite a bit of computing power, however, and drains my battery fairly quickly. more

I love the game. I beta tested it. Still have tons of fun. I'm having issues with the daily quests and the only one I cant finish is the "inlay a gem" quest. I have successfully done so many many times today but the quest will not complete so I can not make a wish for today and it really sucks to be set back like that for no reason. Edit: found a way around the bug but still something that should be addressed more

The game worked fine for me, until i joined a team. Once I joined, the UI screen that shows everyones characters fighting loses all the icons. The map, team menu, challenge, the bottom row of icons is invisible and can sometimes still be used but the rest are inaccessible. The problem still persists. Hope this helps the team figure out the problem more

Ok I do love this game, it’s more than an idle game. If you actually play it , it can get involved to a point of real grinding . I’m a former wow player so the actual grinding I like, the gear , enhancements , pets all of it. However the “overwhelming assault” on pushing so hard to make the whales happy is going to far. I have spent and quite a lot but when you don’t you feel it. Most of the events have been pushed for a money grab , and this being a mobile game is ridiculous. The seasons of ancient ruins I enjoy , but when you overpower the initial boss by over 500k power and still can’t get him down , it’s evident . The sheer amount of force closures is getting a little frustrating, I have the latest iPhone and still closes about 40 times a day. Now don’t get me wrong , I’m any game if you want extras you pay for it, I’m not saying make it easy, I’m not saying give f2p players all the goodies , that’s not a business smart idea, I’m saying is the normal stuff is even getting to push for whales more than f2p . I do love this game and like how much y’all keep updated , I also see how much people are paying , especially on the seasons. Keep up the great work. A little more like 60/40 rather than 90/10. more

This is an interesting new way of looking at the idle team element games could be. The pets are adorable and there are different styles to choose from in terms of fighting. However, it takes an excessive amount of time to level up and many of the games assets are level AND power locked. I pre-ordered this game and have taken many breaks from the game for various reasons. I have a lvl 100 toon on my main and am restarting on a new account. One of my complaints are that costumes should come back annually because I have so much costumes I missed that i’d pay REAL MONEY for. My second complaint is that in later games free to play players get screwed over because of the low dps, and it’s not like you can switch out teammates at later stages due to everyone having their own team already so most times you are forced to pay to continue or wait literal weeks to advance just one stage. This is supposed to be an idle game but it is very competitive. more

At the beginning everything is fun and enjoyable, you progress without much efforts, when you start to reaching around level 80, you get pretty much stuck with progressing if you do not really put serious efforts in finding a good team a good guild, you get totally stuck, and a lot of ppl just leaves the game and not returning leaving your team unable to progress, this game relies heavily on tanks, if your tank stops progressing on their powers your team will most likely get stuck. Even though at late game you unlock other functions to help up your power, the problem that you can easily get stuck is very disappointing and annoying. more

I ended up uninstalling this game, even though I do kinda enjoy it. My main problem is that there is just too much to it. Between the gear and gems and toys and abilities and pets and pet abilities and several other enhancements I can’t even remember the name of, it’s a lot to try to figure out what’s best to equip. Plus, I got sick of being on teams where people wouldn’t log in for days, or weeks, at a time, so I made my own team, which meant I was having to do four times the work to play this game. I spent hours a day just to do all the daily stuff on each character, which is not what an idle game is supposed to be. more

When I first joined the game, I had a blast. I was able to play for few hours each day easy, and spending time with my team felt nice. But I was replaced in the team for a better healer, and without a team the game is so hard and I can't even transcend without a team. I can't seem to find any team who wants me, and overall it has totally killed my experience. I wish there were more ways to progress solo so I don't need to rely on a team, and my desperate search for one didn't feel as lonely. update: I did finally find a team after a week of search. When I first started this game, it was nearly perfect. It was a unique idle game where players join teams with different roles. The bosses were just right and pve ranking was decent. The game had so much potential, until they updated the game. They increased boss stats to make them more annoying and rng while changing the new pve ranking all together. This game is fun but it’s frustrating because there are so many things that only unlock once you’ve reached a certain level and made it to a certain distance. There are things in the daily quests that I am unable to do because I haven’t reached a certain distance which IMO is the most frustrating because I can’t finish my daily quests. A new update came out so I decided to wait for it to install, right as it installed my account was gone and it had a problem with me logging back into it, I created a new one and logged in as a druid, but when I logged out, it still didn’t let me in! And it was odd because everyone was on level 11 or 13 in channel 1 I didn’t see any higher levels except for someone who took me in (level 15 by the way), right as I logged into the account all channels were deleted, may you fix this problem? I’m not sure what’s going on. more

This looks interesting, but it really is not a "game" per se. You select your character, their gear, skills, etc., but 100% of the main content is fully automatic. You don't pick which enemies you attack, or what skills you use. You don't even pick where you go. From the second you log in to the second it is deleted, your character auto-runs 24/7. Seems like a cool idea, but the horrible gameplay ruined it for me. more

I wanted some vanity items from the clothing store. It said I didn’t have enough pearls and prompted me to buy pearls. I did, because eh I can afford to have a little vanity item fun. Whatever. Went to buy the clothes again, and it still said I didn’t have enough pearls. Apparently it needs a different currency, NOT pearls. Put in for a refund from Apple, as I didn’t need something that couldn’t purchase the item I wanted. Otherwise the game is a fun idle game. It had a little of the MMO feel as you team up with others. Stats and leveling up matter, but you don’t have to get a bunch of cards to proceed like so many idle games now. I like the character designs, though I wish they were even remotely customizable without purchasing something. The pets are cute. You’re given a nice amount of starting character slots, with more opening once you level up. Early leveling goes quick enough to get you hooked, then slows down to keep you with something to aim for. Overall not a bad idle game. Just really needs to fix some of how things are labeled and such. more

The game itself is fun. If you spend enough time as a Free to Play player, it is entirely possible for you to do well in the game. There is enough content to keep you engaged, and despite a few bugs here and there, the game runs well. The glaring problem here is one that probably most phone games face. Customer Support. It is almost non existent. The developers will do something short sighted and if you attempt to put a ticket in to resolve the issue, they will tell you, in summarized terms, to “**** off”. Why wouldn't they? Like all mobile games there is no incentive for customer service. The game itself is a 5* for sure. But their support for players is so bad it warrants a lower rating on its own. more

All it takes to succeed in Ulala is one thing: to be reasonably active. Apparently this is too much for most people. If you happen to choose a low pop server, which is easy because they spam too many of them per Hunting Season, and you happen to carry an inactive team, and they fall apart, there is a good chance you are pretty screwed for that season. Oh, don’t get me wrong, the game has a plethora of other problems from its crap monetization (treating every new char like a brand new account you have to pay for everything separately for, and disallowing char deletion) to its heavy dependency on RNG (gacha upon gacha for everything). But you can mitigate most of that with good decision making and an active team. The problem I outlined cannot be mitigated without a more competitive, higher pop server, which is not an option. Game also loses a lot of steam after Hunting Season. There is nothing compelling enough to keep me playing. Just avoid. It is an experience that will cost a lot and leave you empty inside. more

Save your money and time and avoid this game. The game is fun. There is no denying that. However, it is disguised as a cash grab. The developers will not care about the scummy things going on in this game. There are exploits since the release of the game which the developers are aware about and refuse to fix. It ruins the competitiveness of this game as players who spend more money can use those exploits to get further ahead and cheat players behind them. What I’m referring to is the hunting season. In this game, a team has a max of 4 players but must consist of 2. The exploit involves the way personal best keeps your individual character anchored to your highest level beaten. The first place team will make a bunch of accounts to be boosted by their main accounts and then split those accounts into teams of two. This will cause teams behind them to fall just short of the next ranking rewards and cause them to be cheated. This exploit has been around for years and the developers know about it, but they refuse to fix it. It is a cash grab. Play if you have a few hundred dollars to spend or you don’t care about being competitive. more

Game was fun but the hero hill update basically punished you for doing well. My team consisted of a season 21,22,26, and 30. By the time the update rolled around we were gen 6 but were forced into gen 2. This means that we lost the double promotion rewards 4 times (which equals 760 hero rep points and 4,000 starfish). The update also forces us to play against people who started 3 weeks earlier and makes it near impossible to reach 99% bc of the exp/hero rep/starfish, afk rewards, they accumulated. At least in the old system, they let you choose whether you want to promote. Since my war started at s30, he’s still severely underleveled at 360k power while the rest are 440k druid, 450k warlock, and 500k sin, yet we have to play against teams that have 500k+ each who started way before us? We got all the way to sinvasa by using 4qbs per day per char once we became a group of 4 and timing our qbs with food boosts to progress. Now there is no point to get further otherwise the game will punish you for it by placing you to the next gen and will make you unable to claim the dragonballs. more

Don’t waste your time. There’s nothing remotely interesting or unique from the game aside from the funny as hell chat that was uncensored, so people just said the most bizarre crap imaginable. The most fun I had was working with my team but I quickly found out nothing I did was anything different from some other dude. It is just a pointless grind. Even people who spend money can blow past you even if you started on the first day of a season. Me and my vice-captain quickly left after finishing in the top 99% of the season because the hard work for those 15 days was rewarded with resources that were used up in 2 minutes. 15 DAYS I spent FOR 2 MINUTES of glory. Take it from me. The people rating it 1 star just cus of the chat are missing the bigger picture and the people rating it 5 stars are absolutely blind. Maybe alot of people enjoy monotomy, but even cookie clicker has more uniqueness than this. Final Note: Don’t expect to progress if your teammates are inactive. more

Absolute money grubbing GARBAGE. The top ranking hunter in every season is just whoever spends the most money, some of the cosmetic items cost ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS. Oh and “cosmetic” is a misnomer since the cosmetic items give you power bonuses, higher rarity items giving more bonuses. Honestly convinced that there is no top hunter and that they have a team programmed into the game as a goal for players to reach (an unreachable goal unless you spend hundreds of dollars on their game) not to mention all of the poor translations, my 2 year old speaks better English and he is in speech therapy. “Backpack” and “storage” are not synonymous, similar yes, synonym NO. This game is what happens when you teach math to a group of autistic kids and hand them a “programming for dummy’s” guidebook. Post edit: just got Hero Transformation. So I’ve been playing this game for over 2 months and I really enjoyed till the big update. Hero hill is a feature where you get rewards according to your team rank in progress and as a team you could decide to proceed to the next era if you qualified or stay where you are if your % didn’t drop when you move in to the next era. Now it’s automatic placement and you’re placed where your team strength the algorithm seems you fit in and it’s not fair because now my team went from being 99.7% to 91.4 all that hard work went to trash and it seems futile to continue progress when it’s impossible to reach 99% at our current map due to difficult bosses and I feel like not playing anymore if devs don’t make changes soon as I’m sure many if not all the players are up in arms about this issue. Hope you guys fix it you’re making lots of players upset and wanting to quit the game. more

This game is a lot of fun but I constantly have to be careful in what I do or the game will crash. And when I say crash if I let the screen freeze while playing for two long then my screen goes black and unresponsive. With white lines that appear every so often and I have to do an emergency shut down so my iPad can go back to normal. It says they’ve fixed the bug with the game crashing but I think they’ve made it worse to the point where the game is like a virus instead. So if you’re playing please be careful because luckily I’m playing the game on my iPad so I don’t have important data here. And I haven’t noticed if anything with deleted or lost as of right now but it’s better to be safe then sorry. So if the developers are reading this then please fix the bug before it can do serious damage to someone. more

Their support system is garbage don’t even try to ask for help with any issues in the game because they clearly have no interest in taking care of their customers. I spent money on a monthly pass to get in game currency. I spent 980 of these in game currencies on a “feast capture”. I had no idea what to do as the game doesn’t explain anything but a capture rate chart. I figured like most games with a countdown you wait until the end. Logged in after waiting to find that it “actually” means it just disappears. Takes your actual $ currency and just takes it. I got nothing in return. What’s worse is that I asked the horrible community like 10 times what happens. Everyone is too busy sexting and messaging juvenile crap to answer. No help, no explanation, just stolen money. This game has a lot of good qualities, but unfortunately I couldn’t stand to play it for more than a few hours, because a quarter of the screen is taken up by a chat window that you can’t minimize, and there are no filters or moderators. Chat is filled with racist, sexist, R-rated, swear-word laden content. Swear words don’t bother me but might bother most parents. This is not a good game to let your children play because of that. But the other stuff, the trolling, obnoxious, mean-spirited stuff does bother me. My mood after playing this dropped tremendously. Instead of cheering me up, I just felt gross. One person in chat described the atmosphere as “toxic.” There is also no way to report anyone in chat. I could block folks, but there’d always be a new jerk pop up a minute or two later, sometimes after I’d read something I wished I hadn’t. I think any game with a chat feature in this day and age needs to have a moderator in each public chat room proactively and strictly enforcing terms of service against mean spirited activities that ruin the fun for everyone. Especially in a game that ought to appeal to families. more
