    I really like the app and I’ve tried many over the years. No major issues except there’s no volume for Travel Channel on the Apple TV. The volume for that channel works on my iPhone though. I would definitely like to see an option to add favorite channels and to be able to exit without holding the menu button. It’s annoying because my Apple TV remote doesn’t work well so I have to use a remove that doesn’t have a menu button. A Roku app would also be convenient for my Roku TVs. And for some reason when I try to setup a recording, I have to do it from the Apple TV instead of the iPhone. The iPhone says it’s setup, but nothing records. It only records when I set it up through the TV.

    Absolutely love it so far. Have used it a lot with no issues. But it desperately needs Picture in Picture to be able to go out and keep watching or listening while going to other apps or websites. Would also love Roku connection to this as well. I am sure these will both be added in the near future, especially Picture in Picture, which will make this a great experience.

    I have had nothing but excellent service,purchases,prices,& help from T-Mobile and/or their employees. I haven't been able to really get into the app and/or the Tvision streaming service as a whole but I am impressed with the price, ease of connecting to the device/s I'm casting from my phone to, quality of picture and reception of whatever's being veiwed, the selection & quality of Chanel's received just from the small amount of time that I have been able to interact with the service.

    This has the potential to be a 5 star produce but a few things need to happen in order for me to let xfinity app go. Like most users we need PIP support as I love to watch and browse on phone at the same time. Second we need a recent or favorite channel icon. Third profiles need a lock or way to lock a child’s profile. If I made my kids a profile and turn on parental controls, there is nothing stopping them from just clicking on my profile as the app asks each time which profile to use. Last please update to support a higher resolution on TVs. It’s bad when my own parents came over and notice how old some of the Channels look because no HD support.

    We had the legacy Tvision that went dark in December. The new service is more device agnostic. As long as you have solid internet, the picture quality is excellent. So we use Comcast for internet and tvision for TV/cable. I assume the 5g rollout overtime will reduce the need to have a separate internet provider. I think tvision is better than traditional aditional cable(i.e. Comcast xfinity). The Tvision hub is basically a google chromecast device.

    I signed up for TVision pimarily to watch TV through my Apple TV device. So I watch it through the Apple TV Tvision App. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get through one entire show without the app crashing or endless buffering. I also get frequent messages within the app stating that I’m not connected to the Internet. However I can immediately switch to Netflix or Prime and watch any program I’d like - effortlessly. So obviously, it’s not my Internet connection. I so wanted TVision to be a great alternative to cable, or YouTubeTV. I was excited to try it, however it’s been pretty disappointing. I’ve canceled my subscription.

    We had TVisionfor a long time, then in December they quit and offered this new App, new hardware and 6 months to try it out. We have had it for less than 3 weeks and want to throw it away already. It cycles on and off with a stupid graphic every few minutes before we can even get to TV. But once there the section is nowhere near what they had before. It's hit or miss to get a channel, sick and tired of making the effort to watch a regular TV program going back to a simple antenna to get on air.

    The shows don't play well kinda like they are trying to buffer every 5 minutes, I've called T-Mobile about the problem and was sent to 4 or 5 different people no one fixed the problem. I'm actually going to take it off my account next week when I pay my bill..

    I’m a big fan of T-Mobile because of their great customer service and cell phone plans, but man is this app bad!! Between the constant error messages and the constant inability to watch the local channels even when I’m in my “home area” - this is by far the worst of the online live tv streaming apps. In case you were wondering, the named issues occur whether on your iPhone, iPad, or AppleTV. Didn’t want to write such a bad review, but T-Mobile needs to significantly improve the stability of their app as well as the TVision service.

    I have been with t mobile a long time , I subscribed and downloaded the app, tonight , first I am at a loss as to why you can't subscribe within the app, but apparently you cannot. The two processes were easy enough though and went right thru. Immediately I began to experience the buffering issues , and the app would kick me back to the guide page , reselect it would come back up, but wow, I have mega bars and just watching on tab, real experience buster picture is good, no cast or mirror

    Over the years I have had U-Verse, Xfinity, DirecTv, I mean you name it, & nothing compares to TVision. I’ve had TVision for 3 years & it is by far THE best investment I’ve embarked upon when it came to cable/tv packages. TVision definitely is going to take over & if you don’t have it, get it because you won’t regret it. Extremely affordable, no contracts, awesome customer service, and super reliable, I literally have a TV at the palm of my hand & it’s awesome. Keep up the outstanding work TVision. 👍

    Absolutely love it so far. Have used it a lot with no issues.     The only frustrating complaint I have is whenever I’m at work on my phone, I keep getting the “could not find location” message whenever I open the app and I have to keep retrying until it finally finds my location. Sometimes it takes up to 20 times of trying. It’s incredibly frustrating. If T-Mobile fixes that, the app would be great.

    No app available for Samsung TV's but that is OK for me because I hate the Samsung user interface. Works great with chromecast Google TV with remote and much better UI. Switched from $65.00 YouTube TV for the $40.00 Tvision plan along with limited-time offer 30+ channels special. Only thing negative about app is that for mobile phones, does not have the ability to view in portrait mode. Until then I will give this app only 4 stars.

    The app is by far one of the best if not the best for streaming.. yet on the mobile device any notification u check or if u touch the screen a certain way the video starts buffering.. it pretty much makes it so u have to choose between watching or doing anything else on ur phone..

    So far so good. I enjoy the channels and the interface is nice. It has a nice selection of sports channels, but missing a few. I dislike that you can't watch on Roku or a standard Chromecast. Overall pretty decent, but viewing options need to be expanded. Will most likely switch to Fubo if they don't expand sports and expand those viewing options.

    A lot of functionality is missing such as Picture in Picture and external casting. The fact hat I can’t cast from my iPad to my Apple TV 3 feet away, despite being on the same home network, is ridiculous. Decent channel offerings but the interface feels about 10 years old and could do with an overhaul to offer a more intuitive user experience. Overall, it has the potential to be pretty good, but is still a work in progress at this stage.

    Using an LG G8X thinQ dual screen, unable to use in split screen, no PIP, video doesn't play on dual screen only audio, unable to mirror display to TV, when watchin TV it only plays in widescreen mode and can't simultaneously look at guide while watching something. Otherwise it's great! Can't wait until T-Mobile offers internet service in my area so I can completely cut the cord!

    My tv (Visio) is amongst the few that does not have the ability to download a TVision app. That being said if I want to watch TVision on my tv as opposed to my phone the app would need an option for casting, or airplay. My only other option is to purchase the hdmi device and remote. It’s a decent service but T-Mobile is missing a chunk of their user base by not implementing other options for viewing.

    Great start with amazing channels and content. However, there are a lot of flaws with the application interface on my iPhone and Apple TV Devices. On the Apple TV, I am unable to scroll through the guide. When swiping up or down it just stays on the same row. Also, the application only opens in 1080P and not extend to the 4K HDR setting I have it on. Very frustrating it decreases the resolution and makes the quality low compared to AT&T TV Now. On my iPhone, we need P-I-P and I keep getting signed out regularly.

    On my phone it was easy, download the app, sign in and was ready to watch. However, I spent an hour or so trying to figure out how to get it on my tv... come to find out it won't download on an LG. So what now? This sucks. I didn't even research what I need to do yet, I'm just kinda pissed right now

    Can't use login for access to Network apps! What is up with this... You pay for t-vision and not the cheapest service I might add and you cannot use your T-Mobile login for any of the Network apps you subscribe to. Tech support said they don't even know if that's going to be an option?! Fubotv much better platform and it gives you 250 hours of DVR, awesome on demand library, more channels and access to all of your network apps for about the same price.

    Expecting much more for a late entry into the streaming entertainment space. I was disappointed to see the app is buggy on Apple TV and has no way to mark favorites in either channels or shows. Basically you have to navigate the clunky menus or search for what you want every time. If this was a new entry into a fresh market space, I could forgive some basic functionality expectations lacking on launch. That’s simply not the case here, they just missed the mark. It was easy to sign-up and activate the service so kudos there.

    Not worth it. After signing up for it. Its stuck on T-vision logo and in Google tv, I am keep getting the error that I can not log in contact support and when you do they tell you " we are only able to support the legacy app/device please contact the support number and then you have to go through the whole process again.So. if you have a whole day in your hand to call and try to fix it then this MIGHT work for you otherwise NOT WORTH IT.
