    This has the potential to be a 5 star produce but a few things need to happen in order for me to let xfinity app go. Like most users we need PIP support as I love to watch and browse on phone at the same time. Second we need a recent or favorite channel icon. Third profiles need a lock or way to lock a child’s profile. If I made my kids a profile and turn on parental controls, there is nothing stopping them from just clicking on my profile as the app asks each time which profile to use. Last please update to support a higher resolution on TVs. It’s bad when my own parents came over and notice how old some of the Channels look because no HD support.

    I really like the app and I’ve tried many over the years. No major issues except there’s no volume for Travel Channel on the Apple TV. The volume for that channel works on my iPhone though. I would definitely like to see an option to add favorite channels and to be able to exit without holding the menu button. It’s annoying because my Apple TV remote doesn’t work well so I have to use a remove that doesn’t have a menu button. A Roku app would also be convenient for my Roku TVs. And for some reason when I try to setup a recording, I have to do it from the Apple TV instead of the iPhone. The iPhone says it’s setup, but nothing records. It only records when I set it up through the TV.

    UI is not great, price and offerings is amazing. The UI needs to be more like Hulu Live TV or YouTube TV. Not easy to record specific shows, shows don't appear on those networks, so you have to wait until the show is on to record, doesn't make sense. As long as the price stays the same I'll be staying. I'm sure UI will improve.

    A lot of functionality is missing such as Picture in Picture and external casting. The fact hat I can’t cast from my iPad to my Apple TV 3 feet away, despite being on the same home network, is ridiculous. Decent channel offerings but the interface feels about 10 years old and could do with an overhaul to offer a more intuitive user experience. Overall, it has the potential to be pretty good, but is still a work in progress at this stage.

    The streaming is terrible it literally streams every 20 seconds so you can do the math on annoyance and wanting to end the subscription I have many movie/tv apps on my tv and TVision is the only one that streams terribly it will stop during a show/movie and you will have to turn the channel to get the picture back but with the streaming issues you are already 15-20 minutes behind so if your watching a movie for the first time TVision is a major disappointment BUT WORKS FOOD ON MY TABLET AND PHONE 🤷🏽‍♀️

    TVision was switched from a set top box to an app on January 1, 2021. The biggest difference was I lost CBS and TMobile stopped providing any type of support for their product. The IVR on TMobile’s main number does not recognize this as a product they offer, most agents have never heard of it and hold times are around 30 mins to an hour with no option for a call back (because it’s not recognized as an actual service) and there are no online faqs for equipment issues. Audio problems that others describe happen frequently and usually last 2-3 days before being resolved. Doubtful they have a Network Operations Center (NOC) to maintain quality. It’s a great idea, I want to support it, but I think TMoblie have up before they launched it, don’t really expect it to last so probably not worth joining unless you can get the equipment for free.

    App used to work on my Samsung 9+. Now all I get is "Location cannot be found...(LOC-001)" error message. Not sure why I'm getting the error message when location is turned on! Other apps that need location are working just fine. I pay for this service and now it does work during the NCAA tournament!

    Bundle and save, TV on the go.... I wanted to love this app so much. I called customer care, I wrote to customer care. We paid for 5 months of service nothing changed. 1) Works great on just your phone or tablet, even on the go using the mobile data plan. We have a blended family, my daughter is with us 50% of the time. I loaded a fire stick for her to use at her moms. If she uses the app on the fire stick, we can’t watch at our house. T-Mobile says it’s a different network and blocks the app from working on the second streaming device. Even though it comes with 3 simultaneous streams. Vice versa if we ran the app she was blocked. Don’t worry you can watch on your phone.... Netflix password sharing is a thing in and outside of a family. 3 streams at once should mean 3 streams regardless of network. My daughter is my daughter 100% of the time, and 100% my dependent if this family pays for a service she should be able to use it how she wants too same for the fella paying the bill. $50 a month makes you one of the more expensive services. T-Mobile needs to step up thier game, Sling is eating their lunch.

    The app has trouble staying connected with wifi or mobile. But more importantly when it loses the connection if you are watching a movie it goes back to the start. Since fast fwd is disabled, it will take you 5 hrs to watch a 90min show. It has a hard time remembering where I stopped specially when I change location or connection from wifi to mobile or vise versa. Very frustrating to use.

    I signed up for TVision when I was at the Tmobile store. I bought the Hub hooked it up to my TV and I absolutely love it. However the app doesn't work at all and they really need to fix it. It won't let me login it just send me a confirmation code and when I enter the confirmation code it just takes me back to the login page I did this about 20 times and finally gave up. I heard before this update that the app works really well seriously T-Mobile fix this.

    Over the years I have had U-Verse, Xfinity, DirecTv, I mean you name it, & nothing compares to TVision. I’ve had TVision for 3 years & it is by far THE best investment I’ve embarked upon when it came to cable/tv packages. TVision definitely is going to take over & if you don’t have it, get it because you won’t regret it. Extremely affordable, no contracts, awesome customer service, and super reliable, I literally have a TV at the palm of my hand & it’s awesome. Keep up the outstanding work TVision. 👍

    I LOVE T-Vision after 3 months!!! Great tv channels. I dont watch sports.Best cable choice if you still want to keep tv channels. T-vision gives you the best of all of them!!!! I pay 8.99 for Starz and not only have movie catalog but 27 starz channels!!! No bugs for new tv svc!!! $ AMAZING!! Cust. Svc great!! I can't tell enuf ppl about it!! Offer wifi in my area.I'll buy!!❤❤❤❤❤ 5 hearts and stars! I'm pretty critical overall too!!

    Like it but needs: 1. TvOS and Siri integration for better AppleTV and iPhone support (e.g. AT&T supports and makes it easy to change channels by voice and use other apps like ABC without logging in individually) 2. 4K and 60fps support. Quality is noticeably worse than AT&T. 3. Better channel guide with alphabetical listing and favorite support. Sorting today is weird and difficult to find channels. 4. Allow users to specify max recordings per show (e.g. 6 episodes max)

    Absolutely love it so far. Have used it a lot with no issues. But it desperately needs Picture in Picture to be able to go out and keep watching or listening while going to other apps or websites. Would also love Roku connection to this as well. I am sure these will both be added in the near future, especially Picture in Picture, which will make this a great experience.

    Pretty decent . Wish it was compatible with chromecast and also this service doesn't currently provide access to the many "tv anywhere" apps that are available. Update 2/21 "tv everywhere" now available but you have to re authenticate literally every time you use an app. Super frustrating but getting better service. Just need a couple of fixes and the addition of 60fps on sports networks and it will be perfect.

    The only frustrating complaint I have is whenever I’m at work on my phone, I keep getting the “could not find location” message whenever I open the app and I have to keep retrying until it finally finds my location. Sometimes it takes up to 20 times of trying. It’s incredibly frustrating. If T-Mobile fixes that, the app would be great.

    We've been with T-Mobile for 20 years, and we signed up for TVision in its pilot phase. The service as a streaming option is very good from a functionality standpoint; however, in the Dallas market we don't have Fox Sports Southwest, which we had before the national rollout of TVision. Like most major markets, we love our sports teams, but we have no way of watching games at present. Using sports apps doesn't help as local games are still blacked out. If this isn't fixed, we will go elsewhere.

    My tv (Visio) is amongst the few that does not have the ability to download a TVision app. That being said if I want to watch TVision on my tv as opposed to my phone the app would need an option for casting, or airplay. My only other option is to purchase the hdmi device and remote. It’s a decent service but T-Mobile is missing a chunk of their user base by not implementing other options for viewing.

    I signed up for TVision pimarily to watch TV through my Apple TV device. So I watch it through the Apple TV Tvision App. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get through one entire show without the app crashing or endless buffering. I also get frequent messages within the app stating that I’m not connected to the Internet. However I can immediately switch to Netflix or Prime and watch any program I’d like - effortlessly. So obviously, it’s not my Internet connection. I so wanted TVision to be a great alternative to cable, or YouTubeTV. I was excited to try it, however it’s been pretty disappointing. I’ve canceled my subscription.

    I've had multiple issues with the service. Several times I've gotten an error message stating "a problem has occurred and we are working to resolve it, please try again later." There have also been several times when the picture is fine but the voices are chipmunk sounding. I love T-Mobile and have them for my cellular provider but I've been extremely frustrated with T-Vision. There have been at least 3 occasions when I have completely closed the app and watched Netflix because of the error.

    Would love to see the app use the Picture in Picture feature available on IOS, would be great for when I want/need to multitask especially since the app is not compatible with Roku! (This limits me to using it on my mobile device/laptop because NO WAY am I paying more $ for ANOTHER tv streaming stick) I would also think being able to search for a different channel on the guide while still being able to watch or at least listen to a show would take this service/app to the next level.

    I’m a big fan of T-Mobile because of their great customer service and cell phone plans, but man is this app bad!! Between the constant error messages and the constant inability to watch the local channels even when I’m in my “home area” - this is by far the worst of the online live tv streaming apps. In case you were wondering, the named issues occur whether on your iPhone, iPad, or AppleTV. Didn’t want to write such a bad review, but T-Mobile needs to significantly improve the stability of their app as well as the TVision service.

    Not sure what happened but unfortunately this service has gotten worse not better. The first couple months after launching it was great. Now the app has become unusable whether it's on my phone or tv connected device. When I can actually get it to load then I get an error message saying check my connection. All my other streaming apps work just fine it's not my connection that's the problem. I like the clean interface and channel guide but not wasting anymore money on this horrible service.
