Download TourGuide to begin your contactless, self-guided journey to find your new apartment home at one of Irvine Company's luxury communities. Located throughout Orange County, San Diego, L.A. and the Bay Area, discover a home where you have it all.
1. Schedule your tour online at IrvineCompanyApartments.com or within the app.
2. Chat with a friendly Homefinding Associate so we can customize your tour to your preferences such as location, apartment size, price range, amenities, pet policies, and more!
3. Find your customized itinerary within the app.
4. Head to your first location on the day of your scheduled tour and launch your personalized touring map to guide your route! With us self-guided still means full-service. Your homefinding associate will be a phone call and happy to help throughout your tour.
5. Easily start the application process at the end of your tour!

Overall good a couple of bugs

The two issues I had were new tours didn’t show up just past tours? Second In order to exit the tour you need to leave feedback which is fine. The problem was the inability to access the submit button. Could not get any assistance to resolve. more -

What’s Groovy
Functionality, convenience, user ability! I had my doubts about this app not going to lie, but man was I wrong. I’ve lived in 4 different developers communities in the past 10 years and I’ve never experienced the type of customer care as Irvine company. The app is flawless. I’ve been living in Los Olivos for two years and I’ve been thinking about changing to Promenade across the street for a while now and now that I experienced the app I can’t wait to move my family! It’s just my wife and my dogs but man we walked over and we absolutely love it. Can’t wait! Thank you!

Useless app...tried scanning and no kidding spent 15 minutes...was not worth the tour
