Great app
The only way I order Tocaya. Love the rewards program and have never had any issues at all. Highly recommend! -
Pretty easy to use. There are just some minor things that will show up when using website that don't on the app. For example, if you choose half guac as a side on the website you choose between corn and plantain chips. The app doesn't give you the option

For one the problem with your app is that you can barely see some of the font it is so light that would to prayer glasses on I still cannot figure out what the h*** is in the type please please please add some color to the font so that we can make out what you are listing in each category on the app it should be as clear as this type that I am typing right now in the Box of description and complaints font is way too dense to ties can barely figure out the tax

Everything works as expected but really disappointed to learn that you don't have calorie information on the food. As a company that is focused on healthy organic food, this should be included.

Redeem rewards
My last pickup this past week, I voiced my frustration and a young man showed me how to redeem my rewards. I had asked for help prior times. We enjoy the food. -
Easy ordering for takeout

I wish they had descriptions about the ingredients. What is achiote chicken? What is chicken tinga? What is the arbol salsa? Other than that order and check out were pretty seamless. I love Tocaya and I'm so glad that they came up with a rewards program.

I didn't see anywhere to request to place my dressing for my salad on the side nor did I see where I can leave a tip.

App is too restrictive
There should be more options to add things (such as extra mushrooms to the quesadillas). Also, regarding Tocaya, bring back brown rice and allow us to build our own bowls and wraps/burritos... And where’s the fish?!
