A very good app... I do have one suggestion though, to allow access to multiple exercise in order to do a "circuit" or "supersets".

Great app. I use it a lot. But I need an option to see exercise videos before I start exercise. It is extra inconvenient to search for a new workout

Awesome app. I think it would benefit from a section for flexibility training.

It looks like realu nice when i bought lifetime version, but it suck that you have to start exercise to see how you should do that. I think that it will be easier for user if you can change a colour of exercise that you started. It will be more comfortable than remember what kind of exercise user did ( right now you must click all positions of menu if you didnt remembered exercise name).

Been using this for awhile and seen good results. However my one complaint, and it's a big one, is that I can't pick the excersises I want to focus on and put them in a group like a playlist. That would improve this app 100 fold

Would be much more usefull If one could make a circular workout. I like to workout faster and do other exercises in between sets. I have to exit pushup workout and enter pullups, dips etc. Workouts than get reset. That is quite useless. Sure if you're a total novice and struggle with 15 pushups that can work. One thing I do is go over each workout before hand I write down my reps. Than I can do it circulary. I reset it after three workouts, do the maximum reps set and get new numbers. That's a lot of work that could be automated.

Why I can repeat the training if I want to?

Quite sure you needed to pay few dollars to unlock everything now they took paid users ability to see workouts and brought subscription system without giving current users free lifetime one or giving their money back. How does that work? Why do we have to pay 10 pounds again for lifetime when we did before and you just delete it?

Good tool to get you started but stops short of being anything more. As a promotional preset, it offers one stage of work outs to last a week and though it offers much more it doesn't allow you to progress any further without purchasing a subscription. For more buy-in or customer draw it may be beneficial to offer a 3-week regiment before soliciting an upsale. Good app nonetheless.

It does not have a feedback after sessions. So difficulty increases even if you are unable to proceed or need a slower increase. That is why it is close to useless. It's a shame that they've managed to make a beautiful app and killed it with the above drawback. P.S. Developer answered, that they can't do this. Bad news for me and deserved mark for the app(

Decent but not great for the price. Needs updates. + Lots of exercises and variations. + Goal tracker and Statistical graph showing progress. -- Videos need spliced for each variant you do. Not just watch a long video just for one variation of pushup. -- No routines or customizable routines. Only one exercise at a time. -- Needs introduction/information pages about how to build workouts, upper and lower body, abs, cardio routines. ..EDIT .thanks for infoI'll be looking forward to that!
