    Much better than before. The app is clean and easy to use. Much improved over previous versions. However, for the past few weeks, I've been getting multiple notifications for the same transaction. Got 5 just today. My wife has the same problem. Get multiple notices for same transaction.

    I seem to be able to operate it a little bit easier than I did before I had a problem for a while because it did not seem to want to log off but it does log off now easier maybe I should say yes it is it seems to be very good I appreciate your hard work thank you send

    Much needed update. 👍🏽 But a feature that would be great, would be : clicking on your credit card balance and it shows whats available. Or the option to display credit available instead of balance.

    This is a much needed upgrade and it looks and work great. I have been beta testing this app for weeks and have seen many bug fixes and enhancements. Most of my concerns have been fixed. I still would like to see a total of all accounts in the accounts screen and maybe an option to make the account “tiles” a bit more compact to be able to see multiple accounts and the total all on one screen without scrolling. Great job! I appreciate the hard work!

    Apparently they got rid of the old app and now we are supposed to use this one? Thanks for the heads up Tinker. No notification, no letter, no email just no bank app for the last week til I checked the App Store to see if I needed to updated because the old app was still installed on my phone and was just flat out not working and it was gone. Also I see they have gotten rid of the pending transactions feature so that’s cool. I have been fed up with Tinker in general for quite awhile now and this is the final thing for me that will have me closing my account the first chance I get and switching to literally any other bank on the planet. I would be better off keeping my money in my mattress than staying with tinker.

    The new app looks great. However, the camera function no longer properly aligns when you’re trying to take a photo of a check for mobile deposit. Everything is in reverse and it is maddening trying to align it properly. Please fix. This is a major issue for out of state members. If I can’t deposit money into my accounts I will have no other choice but to change financial institutions. I’d just like to add that I’ve been a member since 1989. I don’t really want to change now.

    Mobile deposit isn’t working which is really important. The first time I tried the camera was upside down and sideways. I would move right and it would move left (etc). The second time that was fixed but no matter how many times I tried I couldn’t get the mobile deposit to accept. I had fair lighting and a not blurry photo. Everything else is awesome. I love the facial recognition.

    Every app i get for Tinker breaks a couple weeks to a month in, then they scrap it and make a whole new one after several faulty debugging attempts. I dread deleting old ones and installing new ones cause i know I'll just be repeating the process over in 6months to a year. This is process number 3. I just want to see my balance but i cant even get my app to let me log in.

    I have an iPhone I’ve updated to ios14. When I tried to log into Tinker app on my phone I got an error message. I deleted the app and updated to the new one. I am still getting an error message. It logs me in. I can see my profile picture, but can’t see my accounts. I’m having the same issue on Safari browser. Gives me an error message when I log in. I’ve had to use Firefox and that seems to work.

    Man this app is way better than the older app. It’s so much faster signing in and doing transfers. Also thank you so much for adding dark mode and quick balances. The one thing I would suggest is putting the routing number in a more visible area. I found it after explore through the entire app.

    This is such an incredible improvement over the old app! It fits my large phone screen and is snappy and responsive. Nice job on the design and having it be customizable too. Thank you for all the hard work that went into making this!

    EDIT: Previously I had a problem where my camera was not able to properly view checks for online deposit. After making a review here and posting in feedback, I was reached out to today directly by the people behind this app. They had worked diligently to get a version update that could meet the specific hardware issues that my phone model was having with interacting with the app, and after this last update it now works perfectly. These people deeply care about their customers and users.

    The only aspect I wish was different, was that if you write a check in bill pay, the amount shows as unavailable in the corresponding account. It would also be great if I didnt have to view check everytime I wanted to see who cashed the check. I was also hoping to set up a regular scheduled transfer to another member, which is not an option. Otherwise AWESOME!

    The new app has a better layout. However the bill pay button takes forever to load or totally closes out. It needs some work. They listened and bill pay is much better.

    Use to work fin but now not sure what is happening but I get the same alerts for transactions several times a day and its showing me old transactions plus new ones I've never had this issue until the new app came out please fix

    Today I deleted the old TFCU app which quit working and installed this current version. No problems with accessing my account and logging in. Tried to deposit a check and keep getting rejected because the app says it can't verify my endorsement. Tried 3 times. No joy. Same rejection message. Thinking my endorsement wasn't dark enough for the camera to pick up, I traced over it to make it darker. Still the same problem. Making mobile deposits are what I use this app for 90% of the time. I've deposited several checks over the past few years with the old app and never had a problem. Frustrating.

    What I loved about the other version was that I could get a message every time I a transaction went through. This one just keeps them within the app and doesn’t sent a text to my phone. I have made several alerts, but to no avail. Other than that I haven’t had any problems.

    Old app always accepted my electronic deposits. This new one blurs the pic even though it's clear in my galaxy S9 view before snapping pic and then it rejects due to amount not matching which is only bc it blurs after taking pic. I'm 4.5 hours away and depend on electronic deposits. Why "fix" with inferior app?

    Won't let me mobile deposit a check. It keeps hanging up on taking photo of front of check. I have to turn phone off to get out of the app. I really need mobile deposit to work since i live 70 miles from sny TFCU. The old app worked great for me. Please fix this issue.
