    I like the offers, but this says little about the function of the app. I'm glad you've finally fixed the bug that wouldn't allow all offers to be shown (just the first two on the home page). * Items advertised on the home page should offer a link to the descriptions, not just "Add to Order" * Why is there no ability to report a problem directly from the app? Why are users forced to enter their information on the web, when these details are all stored in the app??

    Updated. I have a love hate relationship with this app. Sometimes it works perfectly, but loading money from a gift card onto it is a nightmare. Last issue I had, it was suggested I delete my account (oh, and sorry, can't transfer balances) and get a new one. Yeah - should I do this every time I want to upload a new gift card? Seems a bit inconvenient, not to say expensive if I have more than a zero balance.

    This app has some problems. I've been at the window waiting for it to download updates.... That should never happen. Also no longer will reload tim card from credit card. Answer is to call my credit card company to figure out. 1. I've tried 2 cards, and 2. Your app is not that important to waste that kind of time. I'm trying to buy coffee not lease a yacht.

    The app itself works well, but it needs to have more customization options or a special instructions section. In-store I can ask for no cheese or mayo/sauce, but there is no option for this with most sandwiches in the app. I would use the app more and spend more were these options added

    App doesn't work. I activate the deals available to me every week and every week for the last 6 months it doesn't come off my bill. When I ask the people at the store I'm told to delete the app and reinstall it but that never works. It's very frustrating as I order every single day and can only take advantage of the points rewarded. Fix the app please

    If you're walking into Tim's on a whim with only the app's rewards or points card in tow and as your method of payment, bad choice. The app WILL crash, or lag, or forget your login information, and you'll wind up with an order you can't pay for. It's worse with unstable internet connection. Lucky for me the guy who handled my drinks had a heart. But not everyone's going to let it fly. The physical rewards card is at least reliable. The app, not so much.

    Trash app. Horrible load times. Laggy interface. Logs you out whenever they feel like it and you have to verify through text/mail. Region changes to us for no reason and you can't use the scan until you reset it. Imagine getting any of this problems during drive through. Awful app, get some actual developers on it instead of interns.

    The App was working well until the update. Now, I can't play NHL games regularly anymore. Some days it works, most days I get the message: "We aplogize, but we're having some issues loading the game for you. Please try again later. We're sorry, we've encountered a problem" Very disappointing to say the least!!

    The constantly askes for location to be enable even after enabling it. No matter what location setting I use it never works. Also you can't submit feedback through the app. It just keeps giving an error doing that. It's like they know it doesn't work and don't want to hear about it.

    After recent update, the app will no longer open. I just get a white screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, but I get the same result. I have Android 10 on my phone. I am not sure why this started happening, but it has been about 1-2 weeks since the app has worked for me. Please fix whatever big caused this. Thanks ☺️

    Constantly asking me to allow location permission...even though IT IS ALREADY ON AND NEVER HASN'T BEEN. Takes a long time to open. App is easy enough to use, but MOST of the time the order isn't ready, (or hasn't even shown up for them yet), by the time i get to the store.

    Troublesome.. To be blunt... doesnt work have the time. Cant preorder cheese croissants at my location have to order seperately. App doesnt work till you wipe and reinstall sometimes. You cant customize certain items right. Farmers wrap you can order extra chipotle. I like sausage wraps but cant ask for any or extra chipotle. I cant order half the items at the store through the app because theyre "unavailable" but again go in and order just fine. And i paid once when the store was a delayed open

    This app has the potential to be good, but it seems the developers haven't put a lot of thought into the design, or aren't customers of Tim Hortons themselves. It's super annoying that you cannot select your donuts for the 6-pack or dozen donuts. I can maybe understand for the timbits, but most people probably want a say in which donuts they are getting. The second issue is - Why do I need to wait 30mins between using the rewards. I would order a lot more if I could actually use the offers.

    The app wouldn't load, and even when it did it was laggy and unresponsive. Anytime I tried to use a offer (buy one get one free farmers wrap) it wouldn't show one of them being free. The UI is overly crowded with different things like ordering tabs that you cannot hide, making the process of reading what different things are even more difficult.

    Though the app has come a little ways from being literally unusable. It more or less functions the way it should, though it can be very slow and have an unusual amount of hangups. The UI is alright, but it could use rearranging My main gripe is that every gift card I receive is "not from my region", despite being bought locally. They work in store just fine, and this needs to be fixed Changed from 1 star to 2, would change to 4 star if the gift card issue were fixed and 5 if the UI were snappy

    Difficult to navigate, doesn't always work, eg can't order certain items even when available. Location finder doesn't make it obvious which location you are clicking on map easily. Also slow response to pickup order as you seem to give mobile orders lower priority. best advice, ways use drive Thu and forget app

    The app wouldn't load, and even when it did it was laggy and unresponsive. Anytime I tried to use a offer (buy one get one free farmers wrap) it wouldn't show one of them being free.     This app is a total joke. I stalled our the drive through lineup waiting for ur to open. Tried 6 times and all I got was a white screen. Worked perfectly the last 3 times I used it. With the constantly disappearing points and the 'activated' promos not getting registered at the till this app is a total waste of time. I think it's time to say goodbye to Timmy's and go someplace else where they take customer service and points programs seriously.

    Excessive lag to update the internal ads Everytime you open it. If you don't have a perfect internet connection, it fails and can take longer for the bar code to come than you spend waiting in the drive-thru line. Loses your login information and then defaults you to the US and then complains that your country doesn't match your location. This is a half baked effort and is doing nothing to create loyalty. It is frustrating enough that I spend the majority of my coffee dollar elsewhere.
