    Can never find my location. Ordering lacks options to customize. Roll up is a rip off, used to get a chance to play with every hot beverage including free or reward coffees. Now only get to play the game when you buy the coffee. I can give credit to a single support team member as they did refund my order one time when I messaged the on Facebook but they had to refund me because of the apps limitations. If the app worked properly I would have had no need to contact them directly.

    I love Tim Hortons but the app is terrible. I frequently can't order and it gives me many different reasons why. 'An issue with my credit card' (there isn't one), 'Oops something went wrong' or 'uh oh try again' but trying again just gets me another error, usually that I already placed an order so can't place one now. But the order never went through so it wasn't placed. Tried to send a message to support and wasn't particularly surprised that for some reason it couldn't be submitted.

    Cumbersome and confusing app. Have lots of points but it never gives me credit when I scan. Called corporate 3x to complain only to be given more points......that I STILL cant use. Dunkin Donuts app so easy and quick to reload. With this app I always end up paying for my item even though there are plenty of points. Frustrating, makes me want to stop going and trying this REWARDS deal only to be disappointed again. Hello Dunkin!!

    The app worked great and suddenly wouldn't remember anything, I would have to enter my info everyday. Wouldn't allow me to reorder previous days order. Now it doesn't work at all. I Uninstalled and reinstalled latest version and nothing changed. Clearly there is a problem with the app now. Most likely an update screwed it up... typical.

    Apr 9 2021 App also does not recognize my activated rewards and offers. I get charged regular price for those items after scanning app. Needs to be fixed!...App does not acknowledge my activated rollup prize. I had to pay for it???? Have to constantly uninstall and reinstall because it stops working. Missing out lots of coffee scans. I reported twice and NO customer service. Tim's team....shame on you. Delete the app if you won't fix nor follow-up with customers!

    I don't have any issues with using the app itself, seems to be fairly straightforward. What I don't appreciate is the roughly daily popup telling me to order food, etc. I've since disabled all notifications. I don't install apps so that they can freely advertise with notifications on my phone.

    Seems to be very buggy with the Roll up the Rim reward points system. The app does not properly add the reward points gained from rolling up the rim and has numerous times actually subtracted from my balance instead of adding, which doesn't make any sense and has seemingly no rhyme or reason to it. Getting reward points honestly just feels like getting a "Please Play Again" tab at this point :( On another note the app itself is very well designed. Very intuitive UI and nice to look at.
