Nov 10, 2019 Clear and easy to see at a glance what the tide is doing. I also have this as a Fitbit Watch app on my Versa 2. It used to work fantastic on my watch, very handy when out on the water surfing. However recently it will not sync data to my watch app. I do not believe this is a connection problem as stated on website because my other apps all update essentially immediately. I had to switch to a different watch app (Fairtides), which updated immediately. Hope you can fix this issue.more -
Feb 25, 2020 Fairly good app, accurate, one of the only apps that can mirror tides onto a smart watch, 2 issues The red cross doesn't work on the samsung galaxy 46mm watch, very annoying Current time is in 24 hour, tide times are 12 hour, would be nice if these could be set in settings bit fixed to 2 different time formats, Developers, overal good app but those 2 issues let it down. If they where fixed it would be 5 star, hoping for an update to fix thismore -
Aug 21, 2019 just started using, seems a good one. but it would be good to see the depth written under the time. otherwise simple and clear to use. would be 5 star for sure... -
Oct 13, 2019 works ok, tedious to select location (no search and not using GPS for nearest tide station) and will not change to metres, stuck in feet - is this a bug? EDIT Reinstalled and now changes to metres. -
Mar 25, 2019 Great app. Found my location very quickly and tide info. is clearly displayed. As another customer mentioned, it would be really useful to be able to save locations too!!

Sep 25, 2018 Bare bones and not very user friendly. Also quite expensive. The map view the developer says to use is buried behind two or more menu levels. You have to get to the specific region before it is available. Changing locations has me digging through menus galore. There is no option for nearest station like my other free tide app or for favoriting locations. The only reason I use the app is it's the only one that has a companion app in the Tizen app store. I have a few other gripes as well: The graph scale is not dynamic. What I mean is the scale is from 0-6 feet even though tides in my area never exceed 2.5 feet so there's a bunch of empty space that could be used if it recognized that and displayed the scale differently based on the required values. There is also no textual option so you have to guess heights based on the graph which as I said is far more compressed than needs be, especially on the tiny watch face. Also there is a notification in the status bar of my phone I can't turn off. No idea why. It can be dismissed but comes back on its own sometimes. The animation view is cool but unless you have a specific reason to use this particular tide app (like having a watch running on Tizen) I highly recommend saving your money and using a different app.more -
Sep 16, 2018 No way to detect current location, and no way to search for locations. You have to scroll through 1000s of locations to find one near you. Competing free apps offer much better functionality! -
May 5, 2020 Poor UX. Fields show inconstant formatting, watch UI is inconstant. Excessive permissions requested. Don't waste your time. 2nd star given because it is functional, but only just. -
Jun 24, 2020 Worthless. Paid for it, worked until I got a new Fitbit, now it does not work. Tried everything. No help in the faqs/video. Don't. Just don't. -
Dec 2, 2019 Stopped working with Fitbit. Not sure if it was the Fitbit version update or the Android version update, but no longer syncs. Tried reinstalling both.

Nov 23, 2020 Love the app, time line sometimes does not show on watch -
May 29, 2020 Turns my Fitbit versa into a tide watch. Has issues syncing with my Samsung s8+ at times to update charts. Known issue with Samsung. So I use my old Sony xperia to do it. -
Oct 8, 2018 Works really well on my Samsung Galaxy Watch, for tides in the Bristol Channel.

Oct 9, 2018 Does what it says it does on both Galaxy Watch and Smartphone... One question however : on the next revision, please change High & Low tide times to 24h setting (3:08 => 15:08 // 8:48 => 20:48). Moon & Sun rise & set settings are in 24h but not the tides :-( ....more -
Feb 25, 2020 Always reports different tides by 10 or so minutes from other tide forecasts for the specific area. A free tide app I use is an alternative is 100% accurate by comparison. However, great with S3gear watch.

What’s Groovy
great app, and worth the money if youre using it for one location (there's no way to save multiple, it opens up to the last location used). works awesome with my android watch, which replaced a rip curl tide watch. i live at the coast, and use the tide function all day every day. was exactly what i was looking for for my new android watch. all the dummies who are saying the times are off, obviously have no clue how tide predictions work. dont listen to those reviews, they probably live in kansas

What’s Subpar
Been using this app for years now. I would have thought that it would use GPS location by now. I still have to go through lists of locations every time I relocate to get local tide info. It also only saves your current location and no more, making you have to start searching every time you want different info. Pathetic in this day and age. bought it for the Galaxy watch display, but just not worth the trade off any more, since I don't stay in one location.
