How about you print your tickets on a bunch of papers, put them in the restroom of your local pub a Friday night and demand payment from strangers after they're done wiping? Guess what. You would be better off getting paid there than trusting ticketswap. You would probably have a better time, that's for sure! It's a scam. Beware. The company can change their rules and cancel ticket sales at any time. Putting you in DEBT years, YEARS, after you thought the deal was done and over. Shameless.

They should fix their notification system. There seems to be a delay. Even if you click on the notification immediately there seem to be someone already paying. The ticket swap webpage on my computer shows tickets before my phone get the notification. This is super frustrating. I missed 60 tickets over the last few days while being on my phone almost constantly.

Bad experience
I wasn’t able to purchase any tickets through this app. I’ve used many apps to buy tickets and never had a problem. I was blocked and given the run around with back and forth in emails with no valid reason. I don’t really know why to this day . Unfortunately this was the only chance I had at buying a ticket to a sold out event . -
There is no guarantee any ticket you buy will be legit. Anyone can still upload a duplicate ticket, so you can still get scammed just as easily as with any e-ticket. This app promised to use tech which "checks" if a ticket is legit, and even their chat support team will tell you this. But you can still show up to a concert and be turned away once they scan your fraudulent ticket. If it can happen once, it can happen any time. Sadly, once was my first time. Buy paper tickets in person instead.

If you select events 'This weekend' on home and you press 'Show more events Amsterdam' I need to reselect 'This weekend'. Also after placing your tickets it's hard to get out of these steps. Would also be fair if you could sell tickets you bought through Ticketswap without yet again paying fees. Edit: New UX makes users needing to tap. more to filter the search results. Also why are the event dates not ascending? Illogical and bad new UX.
