    I bought an “exclusive” item from them which arrived 3 weeks later broken. I obviously wanted a refund and a packing slip to return but customer service was giving me a hard time. They made me send photos and videos of the broken item and claimed they couldn’t see what was the problem. Eventually after going back and forth for two weeks they offered a 50% refund for an item that I didn’t want anymore, which mind you, came broken. Do yourself a favor and call your bank for a chargeback.

    I have placed an order with them on 21/05/21 and since I haven’t got any tracking information. They keep lying week after week that my order will be shipped end of the week or the next. I have asked for refund instead and again not their policy. Basically I don’t recommend this company at all unless you don’t mind losing your money. Better off going elsewhere. Order n* 501852 in case of they read which I doubt as their customer service is ridiculous

    Think of NTWRK like a StockX or a eBay where your order just isn’t guaranteed and you’ll be much happier. You just have to be on top of order tracking and hound customer service. I’ve had multiple instances of missing orders that one day will show up as cancelled but not refunded, that I contact support and they say “that got cancelled, but we will place a new order” or items taking 8 weeks to ship instead of the expected 2. I’ve never gotten a response from emailing their customer service without having to follow up multiple times myself (and yes, I wait 48+ hours for them to respond). They have some really cool stuff and I’ve had maybe 4 of 12 orders to date ship in a timely manner (it says 2-3 weeks but it will always take at least a month or two) with no problems, but if there are any delays or hiccups, it’s a nightmare to get support. Also, things sell out very quickly. Sometimes in seconds. The “stock” they have can’t be more than 5 items sometimes. Have low expectations and you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

    Not only did the NTWRK release amazing and exclusive products, but when my order was messed up the support team resolved every problem that occurred. After I mistakenly purchased the wrong shirt the refunded the purchase and replaced it with the one I meant to buy. This was surprising considering the amount of customers they have to work with and how willingly they are to help. I completely recommend the app because the products are amazing and so is the support team.

    I’ve made two successful purchases on NTWRK and both times their listing for shipping times were underestimated. “Shipping in 4 weeks” was more like 6 and “shipping in 2 weeks” is currently more like 4. You will not get updates on these changes and shipping times are only listed in the original item description and do not appear on your order confirmation (probably intentional so you don’t remember). Bots are still a problem for the more popular items—with things selling out seconds after going live. Otherwise it’s a great platform if you’re into this stuff. It can be a 5-star experience with some logistical/communication adjustments.

    I love the items you guys sell (besides these overpriced sneaker resellers ** cough2x** yankee kicks) the app is in a live show format that has employees that preview the items before you buy plus they have tons of events and giveaways. Customer is all email which is the problem. I purchased a Kaws collection item I had issues with on 2 different orders and it took them like a month to respond back but they offered a full refund and $50 credit so that makes up for it lol

    I left a negative review about this app regarding spam accounts less than a week ago and my issue was rectified very quickly, as well as an employee reaching out to me encouraging me to try again in the account creation process. Really good customer service guys, the drops could be a bit better though Update- drops have slowly been getting better, pleasantly surprised. If y’all connect with Nike corporate ever it’s gonna explode.

    Most times take weeks and weeks to be shipped, let alone delivered. Have also been told my item was secured only to find out weeks later (after asking where it was) that it was actually sold out and I’d receive a refund. Another purchase was “lost” by the shipping company and then I was told by NTWRK that it was found and headed my way, to then be told after another few weeks that I in fact wasn’t going to get it because NTWRK sold it to someone else...

    This app went from awesomeness with host like Noah & EU. From independent artist drops and good quality. Now its straight corporate trash, the good hosting members they have are rarely on anymore. They allow anyone to buy airtime on the app as long as they pay for it. They even now delete your comments on the live chat if its not what they want or good for the on-air event. Literally another corporate scam to make money off people. If I could i would give a negative star review. RIP ntwrk app

    Do not download! This new indie company is sketch as heck. As soon as you download, you're required to type in and verify your phone number and email and asks you to immediately hook up your card information before even seeing or knowing what the application is all about upon actual direct use. There's nothing special about this 3rd party middle man and companies as well need to steer away and stop with this nonsense of exclusive and limited drops. It's been old years ago and you're going to lose more customers if you keep this up. Buyers, stay far away, and business owners, don't even think about it. Please use traditional online website selling (preferably not Shopify either) and continue your profit the old fashion way. This barrier is a money pit and destroys trust and sales from those interested. I do not recommend this at all, and shame to the people involved even creating this. All the 5 star reviews are bots or paid actors. If you check through the real reviews almost all are 1-2 stars due to cart bugs and other scams. This app needs to be shut down and the owners need to be sued along with mandatory customer refunds for pure theft. Disgusting what people do for profit these days.

    had to uninstall and reinstall the app, but now you're anti-bot system won't let me log into the accounts anymore it keeps asking me to set up a new one so then I have to set up a new one just to send you guys a ticket to get it fixed and now I can unlock out of the new account. how have you managed to make an app even more difficult to use? And why do you even worry about bots when you don't sell anything that people would use a bot for, for retail?

    The app closes out of nowhere. It seems very sketchy because i had things in my cart and it was going to let me pay but i made sure to check and it said “sold out”. how is it going to let me pay if something is sold out? the app doesn’t run smoothly and it has a lot of bugs and glitches. i’ve been seeing a lot of reviews about not getting their order on time or just in general and having a hard time with customer support. i would like to make my first purchase but the reviews make it very hard for me to do that. if there’s a way that it can improve in that area, it would be great. i feel like it’s hard to search what you’re looking for and there should be filters for price range or colors or sizes to make it easier to search for what you want. making it easier to buy products and search for products would be nice. i click on something and it just shows me the live video and not the product, i just want to be able view the products alone. i don’t really care for the live videos unless it’s a live drop that is happening at the moment. i hope you guys can fix this.

    NTWRKS customer service is wonderful. I bought a super limited piece of art, I was so excited and couldn’t believe I won. Unfortunately, FedEx damaged the box and the artwork inside quite badly. I contacted NTWRK and they immediately handled the situation. Even obtaining a replacement from the artist himself. Absolutely amazing in nowadays marketplace. I’ll be buying from NTWRK for years to come.

    I don’t always buy stuff on NTWRK but I do like to tune in for all the drops, they’ve always got an inside look at hyped events all over the country. Stuff Id never be able to get into. Plus you keep up with the trends, I’m not always down with what they’re selling but it is cool to see how the culture is evolving.

    Between sneaker head magazines, my custom AF1s, and now my Pumas… I believe this app has something for everyone at any budget. Finances aside I love seeing that a drop is “live” and heading over to the stream, often having a NTWRK employee explaining the content of the drop to the public, gassing me up about it, then me buying it. It started with Jason Marx shoe protectant and now I have my notifications set for every drop!

    For disclosure, I joined the website as a way to participate in an online event and I haven’t used all the app’s features. Shop area has some interesting items, but I get a little sticker shock at some of the prices. Haven’t used the drop area yet and can’t comment on it. Hope this info helps a little.

    Started using last year for beyond the streets. Had a mishap with an order and received a credit for fifty bucks. Rad. Not rad, tried to use it for a purchase for family style and it wasn’t available for an option of payment. Hopefully that can get dialed in for the 2021 beyond the streets.

I love the items I’ve received so far, because nobody around my area has the same products. It’s always fun to be the most unique out there. The BOTS just need to disappear.

    I’ve had a pretty positive experience using the app and purchasing items that I would have never been able to get. I have two requests that would make the experience even better: 1) Please allow for combined shipping on items purchased from the same drop. 2) Please allow for me to completely mute the videos. I even turned off sound and lowered my volume on my phone and the videos still play. It’s a disruptive experience. Thank you.

    I don’t really see the app as a “cash grab”, it just connects you to companies you’d not normally look at. I mean, not everything on the app you’ll need or is interesting, but there are cool clothing items. My package was late one time and they refunded me shipping so that was nice.

Checking the app they’ve updated their interface and can now see tracking information that they finally shipped a couple days ago. Still only 3 stars because time sensitive drops become irrelevant by the time you get them, erasing the hype post-purchase

    The concept of NTWRK is great and the drops are cool; HOWEVER, the usability is awful. The app completely crashes every time I attempt to scroll far down on the Shop tab. Also, consider this a request to add additional filters to the Shop tab to narrow down to the type of Art & Collectables i.e. Figurines, Wall Art/Prints, Cards, Sculpture, etc.

    Great items but they take about 4-6 weeks just to ship. Customer service is email only. They take up to 5 business days to respond. I just use them now to see what dope items are releasing, then I go to the actual website (vans, Nike, etc) & order straight from the source. Items arrive much faster.

    I have tried to contact these guys because I have spent quite a bit of money on 3 orders that are already paid for. They say they will get back to you in 48 hours... but I haven’t heard back from them since August 14th when I first messaged them about the first order. Still waiting to hear a response back from them. Any one else have a similar situation? Side note: the very first order I did not include in the 3 is because I got the verification email and text regarding the item that was kinda hype and I don’t hear back until I see a refund on my payment method, after I see the refund I can’t support and they tell me that they ran out of inventory even though they confirmed my order and I already paid for it, so they can LITERALLY take your money as a loan with ZERO interest if they want to. I believe that is what is happening to me, I hope I don’t have to contact my financial institution regarding the 3 orders I paid for that I have never received that were paid for.

    Like most of the lower star reviews, your order just does not ship within a reasonable timeframe. My first order was made in late April, and once June arrived I realized I should probably notify the support staff. You get the generic “thank you for your message, we’ll look into it!” And then nothing for a few more days until you get another message. However I will say I got lucky and magically got my item the very next day once the second message arrived. So just keep hounding the staff and you’ll get your order!

    The stuff on this app is so cool and all the small businesses/creators but, they have a terrible system that processes their orders. I’ve had to cancel and dispute my 2 of my purchases for items that weren’t preorder (hopefully my preorder doesn’t do the same). Took a whole month with “processing”, money was withdrawn and when I finally got a response from their team there was a month long maintenance? And my money was taken out when the items should have been updated as “sold out”

    I have so far ordered from them twice. Items supposed to ship in two weeks and it takes more than a month to receive. When you do receive it, it’s through the cheapest shipping courier. That courier is not reliable either. I love the items they do have, but my experience with shipping/ recieving my item so far has been a two thumbs down. If ppl are paying x, y, and z amount let them choose the courier that fits them best.

    The platform is pretty good overall. But I can’t choose different shipping options! At least have a regular and expedited option....it’s 2019 there’s gotta be a way to accomplish this! Then I really liked multiple items in a particular drop, but I can’t purchase more than one item at a time. So I didn’t purchase anything. Again there’s gotta be a way to add more than one item to a cart. I’m not not paying shipping twice. That’s just stupid!

    Nice UI, could use some work to make navigating more intuitive (things like getting out of product descriptions was not intuitive at all and the ability to swipe back to the previous screen was sorely missed). Last but definitely not least, FIX YOUR NOTIFICATION SYSTEM. I did not click to notify for EVERY SINGLE SALE, only the ones I wanted!

    This app is hard to navigate. Some fonts are so tiny that they are unable to read. Products can’t be enlarged, which imported at those prices. You’re force to watch a video that you can’t close while looking at items. Just a 3rd party venders taking their cut from sales. Nothing more than the Instacart of the street art & wear market. Nothing was reinvented….

    I bought an “exclusive” item from them which arrived 3 weeks later broken. I obviously wanted a refund and a packing slip to return but customer service was giving me a hard time. They made me send photos and videos of the broken item and claimed they couldn’t see what was the problem. Eventually after going back and forth for two weeks they offered a 50% refund for an item that I didn’t want anymore, which mind you, came broken. Do yourself a favor and call your bank for a chargeback.

    I have placed an order with them on 21/05/21 and since I haven’t got any tracking information. They keep lying week after week that my order will be shipped end of the week or the next. I have asked for refund instead and again not their policy. Basically I don’t recommend this company at all unless you don’t mind losing your money. Better off going elsewhere. Order n* 501852 in case of they read which I doubt as their customer service is ridiculous

    This app went from awesomeness with host like Noah & EU. From independent artist drops and good quality. Now its straight corporate trash, the good hosting members they have are rarely on anymore. They allow anyone to buy airtime on the app as long as they pay for it. They even now delete your comments on the live chat if its not what they want or good for the on-air event. Literally another corporate scam to make money off people. If I could i would give a negative star review. RIP ntwrk app

    Do not download! This new indie company is sketch as heck. As soon as you download, you're required to type in and verify your phone number and email and asks you to immediately hook up your card information before even seeing or knowing what the application is all about upon actual direct use. There's nothing special about this 3rd party middle man and companies as well need to steer away and stop with this nonsense of exclusive and limited drops. It's been old years ago and you're going to lose more customers if you keep this up. Buyers, stay far away, and business owners, don't even think about it. Please use traditional online website selling (preferably not Shopify either) and continue your profit the old fashion way. This barrier is a money pit and destroys trust and sales from those interested. I do not recommend this at all, and shame to the people involved even creating this. All the 5 star reviews are bots or paid actors. If you check through the real reviews almost all are 1-2 stars due to cart bugs and other scams. This app needs to be shut down and the owners need to be sued along with mandatory customer refunds for pure theft. Disgusting what people do for profit these days.

    had to uninstall and reinstall the app, but now you're anti-bot system won't let me log into the accounts anymore it keeps asking me to set up a new one so then I have to set up a new one just to send you guys a ticket to get it fixed and now I can unlock out of the new account. how have you managed to make an app even more difficult to use? And why do you even worry about bots when you don't sell anything that people would use a bot for, for retail?

    The app closes out of nowhere. It seems very sketchy because i had things in my cart and it was going to let me pay but i made sure to check and it said “sold out”. how is it going to let me pay if something is sold out? the app doesn’t run smoothly and it has a lot of bugs and glitches. i’ve been seeing a lot of reviews about not getting their order on time or just in general and having a hard time with customer support. i would like to make my first purchase but the reviews make it very hard for me to do that. if there’s a way that it can improve in that area, it would be great. i feel like it’s hard to search what you’re looking for and there should be filters for price range or colors or sizes to make it easier to search for what you want. making it easier to buy products and search for products would be nice. i click on something and it just shows me the live video and not the product, i just want to be able view the products alone. i don’t really care for the live videos unless it’s a live drop that is happening at the moment. i hope you guys can fix this.

    I don't think it's fair to only be able to sign up with a phone number. Because of the pandemic I couldn't afford my number anymore but still use my phone. There are other secure ways than just a number.
