Feb 23, 2021 App is close to useless when there is no network coverage! Billing details are clear but sparse. No breakdown of some charges. And despite being able to carry over unused data to the following month, I get no clue how much is really left and still get reminders of my basic data (which ignore the carryover).more -
Good app!
Aug 14, 2018 Love the ease of use of the app BUT I’d like the ability to add my Clubcard to the app so I can earn rewards rather than calling. That would make the app five stars! -
Feb 24, 2021 Can anybody help with the tesco app. I have tried everything and it keeps saying there's a technical fault so I have samsung 21+ 5g. Even though it says 5g I only have 4g please help. I rang Samsung and the helped me. On the phone app if you click on it it gives u options, and mine was saying I didn't give permission so I gave it permission and I am able to get on it thanksmore -

Feb 17, 2021 I can't sign in. Every time I enter my phone number it tells me to enter a verification code which never comes through. I also can't sign in through the website. So now I can't update my bank details and I have to pay each month over the IVR number for the next 2 years. I think I'll move to a different provider if this can't be sorted out.more -
Feb 18, 2021 Really irritating, exasperating. Left without being able to complete my mission. After having to change password and getting 4 separate pins to look at my update options have decided to leave it a while and go to another network in the summer. After 10 years with Tesco!more -
Feb 25, 2021 Slow, cumbersome and very not nice to use. Set it up for fingerprint recognition but still needs your password... really awkward to use. -
Feb 10, 2021 Been charged extra £1 for mms. I do not need this service, and to my recollection I have not asked for this service. I cannot find anything in the app to help me address this problem, and have wasted some time trying to deal woth this.more -
Feb 6, 2021 Tesco trash .Tried to obtain new password as only use account about once a year. Helpline closed at 9 pm no email link to reset password like with other providers do. Would not recommend using this mobile ( its my wifes phone ).The system sent me a username reminder via email but when I put it into the sydtem it came up with unrecognised username . I finally managed to reset after several frustrating attempts, girl on helpline was helpful when discussing upgrade options, wife happy to staymore

Feb 12, 2021 Signal disappears all the time even in the house!! Then I get a pop up telling me to check my connection or data. I get 50G a month & never run out.

What’s Groovy
It is brilliant , I am so pleased with it. I never thought I would be able to use Smart Phone. Now I would not be without it. You can find out anything, it is like having an encyclopedia, It can take good close up photos. Connected to my watch, it checks steps,and sleep. can listen to radio. my contract is really good value, I have enough data, and phone minutes, also a good signal, and I live rural. I am age 74. so if I can use it, any one can.

What’s Subpar
Visiting the UK and buy a SIM card and a top up to activate a £20 rocket pack - this thing just sits there and spins. Took 10 mins to send me a verification text, then logged me out. Ended up activating it over text instead. Now to figure out how I get 4G on an iPhone X... (I had 4G/LTE on the O2 network using my US ATT SIM card, but sat in the exact same location - this only gives me 3G over the same O2 network). I highly doubt I’ll get close to 80MB never mind 8GB..
