    Love the ease of use of the app BUT I’d like the ability to add my Clubcard to the app so I can earn rewards rather than calling. That would make the app five stars!

    Great network, O2, Great customer service. only gripe is data is fixed to phone and not pooled with family members when they run out. expensive to top up at end of month.

    Dreadful, couldnt log in to upgrade shop, requested user name, recieved username still couldnt log in, requested pin wouldnt send? Strange way to sell phones surely if a customer cannot get to upgrade shop they will go elsewhere?

    The app is clear and easy to use. Shows all data usage and has links to help adjust contract. Its frustrating that you can't pay your bill on the app itself. Theres isn't even a link to click from the bill section. Just states go to website.... not much point in me having the app since that was all I wanted it for

    Tesco Mobile usually excellent. But this year the internet supply quality has deteriorated. I have had my phone checked in-store, and questioned sites, which do have some problems, but ultimately have consistently been referred to my supplier. Disappointing. With working restrictions eased, we should receive better. Due to the pandemic, we are all paying more!

    Don't use this app often, so was sent a temp password when I tried to access it today, but unable to create new password in the app settings, the 'app version' box was covering the part of the screen that I needed to access and I can't get rid of it!! Tried signing in on the web page to set a new password and the temp password was not recognised 🤨

    Bad over charging, when I have wanted to add a one off payment, they have taken three payments. I got two back but I see they have done it again and taken two payments. They must know the app does this, nice little earner.

    Your system needs to be simplified. A simple and straight forward request for extra data turned into a virtual fiasco. All I kept getting was negativity. My date of birth was a joke. As far as your computer was concerned, I did not exist. It stated, and I quote, " INVALID INFORMATION". not very clever, is it. Please try and improve. It would save every one a huge head ache. Not to mention a much needed visit to tesco's for some help. It should NOT have been necessary.

    Great for seeing you bills and usage, not so great at actually managing your account. Things like setting up a direct debit are none existent in the app.
