    Works well. Didn't at first until the advice from Tesco Mobile to uninstall and reinstall. It's nice to have a straightforward app for a mobile that actually works. Balance of the account would be a nice feature - should you overpay or apply clubcard vouchers to the balance for example. Great app though.

    Gave this app 2 stars a few days ago because the Tariff tab logged me out whenever I clicked on it. That issue has now resolved itself so I assume Tesco have an issue on their backend with new customers and/or number ports which takes time to resolve. Now have access to most of the information I would ever need but it would be nice to have a breakdown of the numbers I've called and/or sent text messages to.

    Serves no actual function: Can't pay your bill; Can't change any info; Struggles to add data bundles so you end up buying unnecessarily. What is the point of this app? Seriously. EDIT: Forgot to mention, they've refused to charge my card twice on my monthly bill now, forcing me to log in to pay my bill - after having entered DD info. Just been charged twice now too for the same months bill. Your response is hilarious.

    When you get thrown out at the first hurdle not being able to enter +1719xxxxxxx But the lack of forethought at this scale makes you wonder what health issues are they also forgetting.

    The only thing I want it for is to access my account to use clubcard vouchers. Cannot work out how to do that meaning I'm back having to find log in details. Yes I know that the app doesn't have that option, and I need to go through the website to my account, which is why I rated the app poorly. It doesnt do what I planned to use it for.

    I can't sign in. Every time I enter my phone number it tells me to enter a verification code which never comes through. I also can't sign in through the website. So now I can't update my bank details and I have to pay each month over the IVR number for the next 2 years. I think I'll move to a different provider if this can't be sorted out.

    Needs work! I can log in with my number and look at all my information. If I select the other number on my account (my wife's) I can see all the usage data, but selecting tarif asks me to enter my phone number and sends a code again. Entering the code puts me back to the main page with my information. Selecting the other number, and then tarif asks for my number! A never ending circle.

    It is brilliant , I am so pleased with it. I never thought I would be able to use Smart Phone. Now I would not be without it. You can find out anything, it is like having an encyclopedia, It can take good close up photos. Connected to my watch, it checks steps,and sleep. can listen to radio. my contract is really good value, I have enough data, and phone minutes, also a good signal, and I live rural. I am age 74. so if I can use it, any one can.

    Lets you see exactly what you've used. Great that you don't have the hassle of sifting through pages, and pages, of useless bumph, that has no meaningful interest to you at all, like other service providers.

    The app is ok for keeping abreast of your usage and topping up etc, however when I press tarriff, I have to enter an activation code, so can never see my tariff, although I obviously know what it is, but its annoying.

    The new app only seems to allow login via a number received in an SMS .This is not convenient for me as I'm not able to receive messages ,please allow the option to login in with user name and password again-or alternatively increase the number of phone numbers that an account can have

    App is close to useless when there is no network coverage! Billing details are clear but sparse. No breakdown of some charges. And despite being able to carry over unused data to the following month, I get no clue how much is really left and still get reminders of my basic data (which ignore the carryover).

    Downloaded the app to be able to purchase data bundle for pay monthly contract. There is no option on the app to do so. It can tell me I've used my data and says to go to the tariff tab to get data bundle. Why can't it be made clear and simple?
