    I have been with Tesco mobile for around 4 years, I find that they have really professional customer service, helpful with the return of a phone. listened to what I wanted and got the phone I wanted within 4 days of them receiving my return. Why can't other major phone companies do the same? Carry on Tesco I always tell friends and family to change over to your service. Thank you

    When it worked it was fine. But now after about the third time I've used it apparently there's been a glitch and they need to help me over the phone. I just want to check my usage. This used to happen with Vodafone, quite often.

    Once I managed to get a person to talk to my experience with renewing my contract and getting help to follow the process was good. The robots were useless, they never offer the topic you need. The gentleman, on the re order site, I think, who helped me was patient, kind and very helpful .He gave me steps to follow which were straightforward. I wish I had heard his name (I am really deaf and he spoke very clearly)

    This app has previously worked, but for several days now it has shown an error message saying there are technical difficulties, with a 'Quit' button. It seems other people are having the same trouble, but there is no sign of a resolution. Several other users have found that the advice to uninstall and reinstall the app does not work; as a general principle, instructions that do not work should be avoided. It looks unprofessional and further antagonises already aggrieved customers.

    Tesco Mobile usually excellent. But this year the internet supply quality has deteriorated. I have had my phone checked in-store, and questioned sites, which do have some problems, but ultimately have consistently been referred to my supplier. Disappointing. With working restrictions eased, we should receive better. Due to the pandemic, we are all paying more!

    I have always love this app, Tesco mobile/account. Easy to read finding what am looking for rather quickly, it's a well edited app not at all complicated to look through, my bills for example. My last but not least had lots of data problems, I.e running out, but always get sorted out. Thank you for the numerous examples as to how I could avoid any further data problems.     After phoning and unable to get through to my local Tesco mobile shop I decided to visit. I'm glad I did. Met a very helpfull colleague who explained the best deals in a simple no jargan way and ended up getting a new phone that suited all my needs at a great price. Natalie sorted my contract and delivery and I left as a happy customer. Thanks all at Yrsco, Grahams Road, Falkirk.

    This app was very useful. But stopped working for five days now and I can't get it back, what's the problem......This app is now working, but it is asking for my pin number to be changed, I never had never had one from the start so i can't change it, and I've had this app for several years and it stops me entering one. This is the first time I have been asked for a pin. Thank you. Jackie Norwood

    Excellent, surprised to see that finally a truly user friendly app exists, amazingly simple to use, and all the info needed just at a touch of a finger, great job, really great job, thank you Tesco Mobile, you guys are amazing, also i am very glad i swapped to your network. 5 stars because i can't give you more, but you deserve 1000 stars ✨

    both my wife and I are with tesco mobile, we have found them to be very competitive and always upfront with our dealings with customer service, they also alow flexibility when upgrading your account which is explained in layman terms.

    Started a new contract last week went from family and friends with my son to my own contract and have not been able to get in to mobile app since have tried removing app twice and reinstalling it but nothing just keeps saying there is a fault,when is it going to be running again?can't check my usage !

    For the last 2days the information on phone usage, etc has been over printed by a statement which says we are currently experiencing technical difficulties please try again later and a highlighted Quit symbol. It is still possible to see faintly under all this, the required information on data usage, etc. It is not satisfactory.

    Wants me to update security so I can login, will no doubt lock me out soon. This is a bloody regular occurrence. App does sod all, doesn't e en give you a date when contract ends. It's useless. If it locks me out I will delete it, it's bloody useless. Often does not work. Does little when it does much like the website. And yes my phone is bang up to date. And don't tell me to get in touch via fish face or titter either.

    Used to be very good, but in the past week or so it keeps quitting stating "technical issues", or words to that effect. Tried uninstall, restart, reinstall, but still the same. UPDATED 23/06/21: Now appears to be working OK.

    Received a message to download mobile app to keep an eye on usage,etc. Great. But I've downloaded it only for it to tell me to quit,as your having technical issues. Why are you sending texts requesting customers to download the app,whilst your current having issues with the app?? Not a great first impression

    I've been with Tesco Mobile from my first contract phone (about 12 years, maybe more) because I've always had the best phones, best service, best signal, best value and excellent customer service from our local in-store phone shop. Special mention for Martin Beaver!
