    I'm quite happy with my contract from August was my 2nd year with Tesco mobile, I upgraded to Unlimited data the App works well for me also. But one can text Balance too 282. Customer services brill also. I have a suggestion if your getting only 2bars of signal go to settings take it out of 4G LTE put into 3G, I even tether to my 4K 55inch smart TV works well in 3G. Thanks Tesco 😁

    I think it is a good app because it works well and lets me stay on top of things by letting me know how much data and texts I have left instead of using more than I'm allowed and getting fined. The app is good still but my contract is ending this month and I could not find any good quality good prices phones on Tesco mobile as my phone has not been very good over these last two years. I will be going elsewhere to get a new phone.

    What is the point of having a app to monitor, add and just look at how much your bill is but then not being able to look at your overall bill itemisation. If you have to log in via website to see itemisation then at the same time you can monitor, add and see how much your bill is 🤪 I'm personally with id mobile, I only have tesco for my daughter and partner. With my app I can view everything and practically do anything, I even ordered a new phone when I was due an upgrade. Do better tesco😠🤬

    Absolutely dire provider. The signal is 2 bars on a really good day. Can't pay for your bill on the app unlike their competitors. The website looks and feels like it was made in 2005. Locks me out of my account evertime I try and login even though my email and password is saved by chrome. Only took the contract because I got staff discount but I won't bother next time. Rather pay more for better service.

    Used the data as mobile hotspot only a few min while my internet was down and it showed not much use. Next thing I get a warning my data has all gone even though it shows 75% left. Then 30 min later it updates when it's too late. Until then I liked the app.

    Hopeless. I use the same login info as I do on the website but it constantly tells me I have used the wrong info. I re-set it but it never works. This is a joke. All I want to do is buy a data bundle, why is it so hard? I will be leaving this hopeless provider soon.

    Information about data, texts, calls usage all on one page, all set out clearly. Tariff, bills all at there, easy to access. Also info on roaming charges for each country. Everything you need right there literally at your fingertips.

    Having been a customer of several of the networks available in the UK I can honestly say that Tesco Mobile is generally one of the best out there. The app is easy to use and I am able to find the information I require. It provides an excellent visual representation of the allowances available on your contract, and if you are the account holder then the ability to add additional bundles or add ons, find out about upgrades and access your full account via the website is brilliant.

    Unable to pay my bill via the app - would be very useful by making it possible - it's should also be accessible offline would be beneficial - I also dislike the fact that when we don't always use the (250mb) in my case it doesn't roll over making (500mb) as there are times it's not needed - yet when you do have to use the (250mb) and run out - you have to wait until it resets before you can use it again - unless you buy additional bundles - what are we paying for each month - if we don't use mb?

    Doesn't accept my number, was looking for WiFi calling anyway. For those upset with GSM signal quality, T-Mobile runs on O2 and their coverage is limited.
