This app needs attention placed on how it shows you have an appt. No sooner then i click send it then shows i have an appt. That is very wrong and misleading. Not to mention that it really messes with ones head. Also, there should be a way you can contact the person you are seeing. It makes no sense that we can't. Thx have a great day! more -

That's fine, but the app itself is a bit buggy. I had one call that layered into itself, so it was like listening to an echo, another where the mute button definitely didn't work, and the app asks to set a pin, but I still have to use a password each time. I'll keep trying it, but I'd prefer they work on the bugs more than the pretty interface. more -

You can't make it all the way through the sign up process without encountering multiple bugs. Error messages with nothing in them that wont allow you to proceed, info forms that you must fill out only to be wiped clean and require refilling on subsequent pages. Makes me question how secure my data is more -

If you can't remember your password, the send you an email with a link that just cycles you back to the same forgot password page you saw before. So you have to call. And then, even after spending 10 minutes getting a password assigned, it either doesn't work or the app throws a server error message. So you have to call AGAIN. The doctors can and will cancel with NO explanation! SUCKS!!!! more -

You select 3 slots, which seem to not be limited to those a care provider is available. Then after up to 2 days, if they can't make the time work, they can either decline or counter propose three slots which, again, can go on and infinitum as the options aren't limited to the patient or provider's availability and there's no way to do it via the app that I can see. more -

Medical history was available, but she couldn't set up a visit for them. The only way to fix was to create my own account, then download this app and dig through the menus to add the dependent that already had Medical history set up, but otherwise didn't show in the app or website. I still had an "internal server error" when going back to see them, so I am not confident it will work when needed. more -

I just basically made no changes and just saved which let me continue. Was trying to schedule for my daughter as well and would not let me proceed or save. This app is a joke. Don't waste your time on app! more -

I have tried twice speaking to customer service and even they couldn't log me in. I can't look at any of my messages or adjust appointments online. New update: Even after getting a new account the amount of times I have to call to reset my password is insane! I get it fixed then go to log in again & can't. I wrote it down! Updating password won't work unless I call. more -

Happened once more after that. I called Teladoc to make an appointment. One was set up, but I don't see it anywhere on the mobile app or desktop app. I can see there's a message for me on the mobile app, but when I click it, it locks up. That message is not showing on the desktop app. Janky. more -
Oct 18, 2022 By EThe update broke the app. The app has canceled multiple appointments, the video doesn't work half the time, the calls drops and the app needs to be restarted, the messaging portion is difficult to navigate, there're multiple error messages that prevent signing up for new meetings with doctors and therapists. The website doesn't work either. Multiple doctor and therapists say there's constant outages/srrcer errors in their messages when they ask to reschedule. more

I'm constantly receiving an internal error message when trying to do anything, my password keeps not being accepted so I've reset it a few times, and I can't request an appointment. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it already. Hopefully these bugs can be fixed. more -

It also keeps emailing a broken link to reset my password. This has happened multiple times, and when I call the help desk nobody seems to know what I'm talking about and tell me to reinstall the app. That doesn't help, and doesn't make sense if I have the same issue on desktop browser. I like the idea of Teladoc but it is not very useful. more
