    its a fun and festive place to sip and hang for the holidays! But know to eat before or after. There is only 3 apps offered and they are simple but good 😊🎄

    Great app but I only use it when I travel because even though I live in the 22nd largest city in the US, there are no venues that use it here. I've emailed them in the past about opportunities but nothing ever came of it. Hopefully they will grow here and I'll redownload.

    This app allows businesses to add a minimum tip to your bill even if you close out your tab. I bought a topo Chico (the only drink I ordered, $3.50) from a bar, gave the guy a dollar as a tip and then was charged an additional $2 through the app. I didn't authorize this tip, nor was it stated what the minimum tip is for a tab. Each bar should have to disclose what their minimum tip is before you pay, especially since it's not a walked tab. I'm glad this was only for a small bill, I couldn't imagine how much it would be had I gotten a couple of rounds. I'm deleting this app immediately and never using it again. There's so many bars in Austin, I don't need to patronize the ones that use this manipulative service. This happened at Bungalow on Rainey.

    Was unable to complete order due to a food item being out of stock. However, the app claimed that my tab was now open. Everytime I tapped on the “my tab” button, nothing happened. Couldn’t access my tab or any menu items for that bar anymore. Tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, logging out, anything. This is a severe glitch and it’s ridiculous that an app designed to help businesses would be so short-sighted on their implementation and quality assurance. I will not recommend this to anyone.

    Honestly, the concept here is broken: I don't want to install a third party app to view a menu and enjoy brunch. That said, the phone verification step failed to send an SMS so we just left the restaurant. I'd like my data removed, but I don't have any way to reverse course with this app. Going forward, I'll simply boycott restaurants that insisted on this app as the method to enjoy their fare and I confirmed with at least one waiter that they were displeased with the app themselves. Womp.

    I’m not sure if I will keep this app or not. It does what is advertised, but gives you no options on the receipt. The receipt is sent to your e-mail. I would prefer to get a printed receipt, or no receipt at all.

    The logistics of the service was horrible. we ordered through the application and food was being brought out incorrectly and without confirming whose order it was. Pizza was cold and when we expressed our concern, all they did was throw it back in the oven and send it back out. Not sure if that is exactly kosher or even safe with the current COVID pandemic. Drinks were inconsistent, some were like rubbing alcohol and others were more like water. Overall not to happy with this location.

    While I see the benefits, it's rather frustrating as I'm basically my own server. The set up is time consuming and I don't like that I have to pay as I complete an order. Why can't I order my drinks, then my food and complete the payment at the end?!

    Multiple user in this restaurant are having issues, orders not submitting, staff having to manually take items off, “something went wrong, try again” and then multiple items. Geofencing not even close to accurate
