Unable to load for MONTHS now. App appears to open whether accessed from notification, phone apps, or Play store -- the start screen animation works, but it then goes into an eternal loading cycle. Have verified wi-fi, un- and re-installed, reset to defaults, etc, but it won't open. At this point it's just taking up space on my phone, and considering how badly the quality of the offers has degraded, it doesn't really justify keeping it any more in hopes it might someday work again.

Free stuff is great...
By DBIG3Just an FYI for anyone looking at this for relevant, recent information, in the App Store this app shows an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars. In the month of August 2020, there were 81 total reviews written for the app, and the average of those written reviews is 2.01 out of 5 stars. That might get you an indication of real user experience. I have had this app for about 2 months now, and although free stuff in general is a good thing, as mentioned before, some of the giveaways are useful, some aren’t really. New things are presented every week, and every week there’s an issue with one of the giveaways. One week it was food at Popeyes, only you had to order online, and to stop people from getting free food, individual Popeyes franchise owners turned off online ordering and many refused to honor the deal. I’ve run into issues and errors playing the games that are offered 4 of the 8 weeks I have had the app. Much of the “giveaways” that are offered are just standardized discounts for retail goods. Some are just an advertisement for travel booking companies (there’s no real offer to redeem, it’s just “save up to 40% on hotels by booking with...” from what I have heard, this used to be a really great feature to being a t-mobile customer. I haven’t gotten anything really beneficial out of it outside of a couple redbox 1 night rentals.

It never works for me. It just hits me with a pop-up saying are you having trouble connecting, turning Wi-Fi off and trying to connect on data doesn't do anything, hitting refresh doesn't do anything but refresh the pop-up. I've tried clearing data, uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and nothing changes.

The weekly deals suck (except for maybe the shell one), the discounts aren't deep at all, usually apply to places either no one really wants (or isn't in the locale), and themselves often don't even work. The app used to be decent. Now it's just trash. My advice: Switch to Mint. Then, you can use the ACTUAL discount from your phone bill to pay full price somewhere you actually WANT to go, any day of the week.

By AurbvtfjsoxmfhWhen we first joined t mobile, we were very impressed that they offered the freebies as a thanks for being a customer. However, after only a few months of actual good offers, they switched what they were offering, and now it’s usually either junk, or token discounts off of things we would never use or buy anyway. I was very disappointed that they changed it, because we added my husband on and talked several people into switching to T-Mobile because of this “going the extra mile” mentality that we thought the company had. We’re not on social media, so can now no longer participate in their games, since now the only way to do that is to allow them advertising via your media pages, and the things like $4 atom movie tickets are only good for the movie of T-Mobile’s choice, not mine, and the ones they choose aren’t ones I’d go see, even for four dollars. Why not give the customer the option to choose their own movie?? If a $4 movie ticket is being offered, what difference does it make which movie we choose? Anyway, the service has gotten so poor that half the time we don’t even bother to check it anymore. When we do, it’s a quick scroll down to realize nothing useful is being offered and we can’t participate in the games without social media, so there’s nothing unique anymore about being a T-Mobile customer.

By CzarLukaszewiczYou can’t complain much because the majority of the stuff is free, however, I will complain because of the fact most of the stuff that is free is places are nowhere nearby. The $.10 off gas not even in my state. The only thing I saw value in was the two dollar Dunkin card that I would occasionally get. Is it worth spending over 100 and something dollars a month for T-Mobile service to get T-Mobile Tuesdays? Absolutely not I just canceled T-Mobile today, and I switched carriers and I’m now saving a bunch of money and have better service. Screw you T-Mobile.

Not even worth it anymore
By 1reinabThe items offered are old. Like I know not too many people use Redbox anymore, why constantly have that offer? I look every Tuesday in hopes it will be something good.

Nothing for me
By BilsulAs a person with celiac disease, this app is useless to me. Pretty much any food offer is pizza, doughnuts or burger king. I can’t eat any of those. I brought this to their attention in March or April and was told they’d look into it. 6 months later and nothing has changed.

I think the app was better when it first became available. Everytime to you checked it you could win something. Great prizes like cash or tickets or even something small like a keychain. But now they give away tickets for movies and concerts, which is great, but they are provided through an app that no one accepts in my state or even the surrounding states. So there really isn't any benefit to me keeping the app.

Aside from the many malfunctioning offers I've experienced over the years, it's been overall reasonably okay getting some things working. But now, the T-Mobile game, the next game to win an Amazon gift card, the button to play the game disappeared in front of my eyes and changed to there being a sentence "Looks like you've already played!" No, I really haven't. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it did not fix it. It all requires too much effort to be enjoyable for all too much of it.

Rip off Travel and other rental offers !
By Sunny270I have used this app for years now and they have steadily declined in value of their offers and not to Mention the worthless scam they run with 3rd party travel agencies that operate like some one working out of a garage and they label it as concierge when there is nothing concierge about the agency they work with. I searched that agency and found zero offices for it..it’s a sham front agency so don’t take their travel or car rental services or anything they don’t belong in for that matter given they are a mobile service provider and trying to supplement their income by these unreliable and trust less agencies of service. Also if you know they once offered 10 cents with shell which would become 15 cents with your existing gold status with shell however now they are cutting corners and offering 5 cents per gallon in reality and advertising as if they still offer 10 cents when the other 5 cents are your own good status privileges you get by default for joining shell so they false advertise it as if they offer 10 cents which is untrue and you note that when you click on their 10 cent banner ad in the app. Overall this is not worth it for mere dollar or two savings when the risks of getting ripped offer are higher and all in their favor. DONT GET PLAYED ! Dump this app and move on !

App works as intended 98% of the time, which is how I justify the one star rating. I have had this app since it became available. Initially it was pretty rare it had something I wanted, then as time went on the prizes became cooler, but now it is just a huge ad for things. The deals aren't unique to T-Mobile and it's just a bunch of "exclusive deals" that I can get from any other place.
