Have only used for a week so far but it has a lot of issues. A lot of games do not load, sometimes the app doesn't load because it thinks I am trying to start new account, wheel spin is always 100 coins and does not spin smoothly. Overall the app needs some kind of touch up to run like its not from 2014.

This game is so full of crap! I emailed support about the fraudulent wheel spin and let them know it’s rigged and that after 20 or so spins I’ve only landed on 100 or 300 coins and asked what I gotta do to land on some big coin amounts and was told “our game upholds the fullest most integrity of random spins and I assure you it is completely random and we have a team that will shut down any part of the games that aren’t working correctly and that I assure you our wheel is random and fair just as the machines in our casinos” What a crock of sh....!!!! Really? 20 spins and literally every spin lands on 100 or 300. You must have to be a chairman card holder for any kind of benefits. Save your time stress and most importantly save your money and don’t bother with this fake rigged app and don’t bother with station casinos period! They don’t keep the lights on by paying out winners and Apple should yank this app from the store! STN lost my biz! I’ll take my money to MGM or Caesers ent. from now on! I can’t believe they have the nerve to tell me it’s fair and random and the wheel lands on whatever it stops & that it’s fair. How do they sleep at night?

First of all I can’t even play anything! The game won’t start and crashes immediately with error: “Already Linked” or “Timed Out” error. I tried logging in with Facebook account or the regular email sign in to no avail....on three separate devices! Also, I allowed it to access my files, photos, and contacts which I was reluctant to do, but it wouldn’t let me get past it so I had no choice. This is just a rip off. I was at the Sunset casino when I used their free wi-fi and it offered me to load a video version of gambling online. I only spent the minimum $9.99 for unp-teen coins and thought I was actually going to be playing for real money, but I’m thinking now it was all just FANTASY type coins and just playing slots on my devices for fun. Ugh. I’m going to get my money back from PAYPAL considering all the one-stars and mindless customer support from previous complaints.

keeps shutting down without a valid reason, each time I contact your help desk they tell me I have many games that were stuck and they must clear them manually and issue me a credit but I must also go through all the same steps each time to ensure everything on my side works correctly, I've not yet found anything wrong on my end, very frustrating.

Installed program as way to add points to boarding pass. Was unable to obtain any meaningful help when stayed at casino. It is particularly frustrating given the lack of clarity on transferability of game points What is the point of playing these mindless games if they don’t transfer to boarding pass points when at casino? It was also difficult trying to find a quick solution online while staying at the casino hotel given the poor wi-fi speeds. Guests must pay extra for normal speeds on top of ridiculous nightly resort fees! So I played elsewhere and researched the issue after I got home and this is what I found. The app states: “Link your Boarding Pass card and earn up to $150,000 Boarding Pass Points from home!” At casino, 1,000 Boarding Pass points only equals $1. Thus, it appears the max value you can transfer is $150. Note that this doesn’t take into account all the time required to earn the 150,000 points and the other disclaimers delineated within the terms and conditions. So, for instance, if your game crashes and loses data or they change the the terms, you are out of luck! ... and wasted valuable time!
